What is Vascular Load? How do I measure it?In order to use Vascular Load, you need to establish your baseline. The baseline is measured for 3 nights. If your lifestyle changes significantly, you should update the baseline to keep it as accurate as possible. For example, if you reduce your salt intake or start exercising more, resetting the baseline will help your results reflect your current health status most accurately.

How do I use Health Data Sharing?In order to use Health Data Sharing, you need to request data sharing to your family members or friends. (Family) To create a family group, open Samsung Health on your Samsung Galaxy smartphone and tap Settings. Select your Samsung account name. Then, tap Family and select Add family member. Tap Invite people and send invitations to family members via email or directly to their Samsung account. You can also use a QR code to add a person to your family group right on the spot. (Friends) To use Health Data Sharing with your friend, open Samsung Health on your Samsung Galaxy smartphone and tap My page. Tap Health data sharing. Choose either Ask someone to share or Share with someone. Then, tap Ask a friend to share and select Send message. Once the link in the text messaged is opened, soon you'll be able to start using Health Data Sharing.

How can I connect accessories to Samsung Health?Connecting accessories to Samsung Health is easy. To begin, open the Samsung Health app and tap 'More options'. Select 'Settings', tap 'Accessories' and verify that your device is ready to pair. A list of device categories will appear. Search then select your device.
