What am I buying?

Spend $20 to receive a Tablet eVoucher+ (eVoucher) worth $100 towards purchasing the latest Galaxy Tab S12 Series Devices (S12+ | S12 Ultra), between 8th of October 2026 (12:00AM AEDT) and 18th of November 2026 (11:59PM AEDT).

If the cart does not contain a Galaxy Tab S12+ | S12 Ultra tablet device, or the Offer Period has passed, the eVoucher will resume to its original value of $20, and may be used towards purchasing Samsung Products (Devices, Appliances and Accessories) of $21 or more, on eligible Samsung.com stores. Strictly cannot be used to purchase Service Products (e.g. Samsung Care and Knox Manage Subscriptions etc).

The Offer is redeemable online at Samsung Online Stores (samsung.com/au, Samsung Education Store, Samsung Government, Samsung Business, and eligible Samsung Enhanced Partnership Portals). This Offer is not redeemable on the Samsung Staff Portal.

The eVoucher will have a set expiry of 3 years from the date that it is provided, e.g. if the eVoucher is provided on the 8th of October 2026 then the expiry date will be the 8th of October 2029.

 

What happens if I don’t use the eVoucher sent to me?

After the 3 year validity period the eVoucher will expire and the $20 will be non-refundable.

 

Will I be refunded the $20 payment if I use the Tablet eVoucher+ and then return the product that I purchased?

Should an order be returned in accordance with the Samsung eStore returns policy, found here, then you will have the option of either using the voucher on another Samsung Product of $21 or more, or receiving a refund of the original $20 order.

 

Can I change my mind after purchasing the eVoucher?

The $20 order for an eVoucher is non-refundable, ie. there is no change of mind policy for this purchase.

 

When will I receive my eVoucher code?

In most cases the eVoucher code will be received within 72 hours after purchasing the eVoucher, though delays may occur.

 

What should I do if I didn’t receive the eVoucher email?

Please check your spam or junk folders for the eVoucher email and if it has been more than 72 hours after purchase, please contact our customer service team on 1300 362 603.

 

How do I use my Tablet eVoucher+?

Once you receive your eVoucher code via email, copy it exactly as it is provided (including capitalisation and dashes) then paste this into the ‘promo code’ field in the cart page during checkout, to receive you respective discount.



What do I do if my eVoucher is not working?

Please ensure that you have copied the code exactly as it is provided in the email sent to you, and that you have not used the eVoucher on another purchase. Should the eVoucher still not be working please contact our customer service team on 1300 362 603.

 

Can I use Samsung Rewards points to purchase an eVoucher+?
