Purchased this 9 months ago and the rubber band started to tearing away, went to store and they couldn't replace it as it was over 6month warranty.

A few days in with this case. The strap leaves your fingers in an uncomfortable position and would benefit from being lower. It's a fingerprint magnet. The front is useless if you use gesture navigation because the bezels are so raised the screen doesn't recognise the gesture most of the time. Left front bezel does not stay in place and will bend over the screen. Mainly the issue is the front half of the protector, which is why I've taken to using just the back half with a cover screen protector. The interchangeable stand/strap works well, but the case is a bit thick to try and level out the camera bump- I think it would've been better to make parts thinner that could be thinner.

I purchased the standing case with strap and although the strap is useful to hold the phone, it always felt flimsy and has now torn, almost to the point that it is completely through to the other side. As it is a piece that can be switched out with the stand, I assumed that Samsung would have the strap or stand available so that I was not required to purchase a new case for $109 when only a portion of it needed to be replaced. After calling a number of retailers and Samsung, the representative advised me that the part cannot be purchased and a new case would need to be purchased. For this reason, I'm going to purchase a non-Samsung branded case because this feels like quite a superfluous money grab that could easily have been fixed.

I have ordered 3 cases for my fold 5 and this is far more superior when I comes to quality and protection. The case feels really nice and you get the bonus of have a strap or stand. I went for the graphite case and the colour is really nice with the black fold. The only reason I have not given this 5* is that there is no front screen protector for the price.
I recommended this product.

Bought this when it came out and the strap snapped. Very bad rubber quality. Luckily it snapped when my phone is on the table so no damage but very dangerous
