How does PayTo work?
1. Set up a PayTo agreement with us
You can use your PayID (mobile number or email address)
2. Authorise the PayTo agreement
The agreement will appear in your banking app for you to review and authorise. It will include the relevant payment terms like amount, purpose, and frequency. You’ll need to authorise it within 30 mins.
The steps to authorise an agreement may vary between banks. You may receive a notification via your banking app, SMS, email, or see a prompt when you log in. In some cases, you may need to log in to your banking app and navigate to 'PayTo' or 'Payment agreements’.
3. Complete the payment
Once authorised, you can return to the payment screen to check payment status. Generally Samsung will deduct the fund as soon as we received the authorisation.
4. Manage PayTo agreements in one place
Agreements can be viewed and managed in the security of your banking app. From here, you can pause, resume, or cancel agreements.
