I PURCHASED MY PARTICIPATING PRODUCT AT A SAMSUNG RETAIL STORE BUT WAS UNABLE TO MAKE IT INTO THE SAMSUNG RETAIL STORE TO ENROL INTO THE SAMSUNG CARE+ PROGRAM IN-STORE. HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT?You will still be eligible to redeem the Gift with strict adherence to the below steps.
If the purchase was made at a Participating Retail Store, you will be eligible to receive the Gift with strict adherence to the claim process outlined below:
1. Purchase a participating product from a Participating Retailer (excluding the Samsung Online store).
2. Keep your valid proof of purchase (as outlined below) and IMEI/Serial number for all participating products.
3. Provide a copy of your proof of purchase and IMEI via the URL https://www.samsung.com/au/offer/galaxy-offers/
4. Once you have submitted the requested contact information correctly, you will receive a Samsung Care+ Welcome email (to your registered nominated email address) with your Samsung Care+ subscription number.
5. You must do this by no later than 11:59pm AEST 31st August 2024
6. If your claim for the Gift has been submitted incorrectly, Samsung will endeavour to contact you through your nominated email address within fourteen (14) days. If the requested information is not provided by you within fourteen (14) days, the claim for the Gift will become invalid.
