  • What is Samsung Subscription?

    Samsung Subscription allows you to upgrade and provide you with the flexibility of owning an eligible Galaxy Flagship device every year with independence from a Telco network. You can upgrade early³ after 9 monthly instalments with a fee, or upgrade at no additional cost after 12 monthly instalments, or choose to pay all of your 18 month instalments and keep your device. Your device must be returned in Good Working Order when you upgrade it to a new device.
  • In addition to having the device you desire, Samsung Subscription also provides a complimentary Samsung Care+ 18-month subscription that allows you to swap your device twice (once in the first 12 months and once in months 13 to 18) when you pay a swap fee. Ready to upgrade and your device is not in Good Working Order? Simply pay the swap fee and upgrade to your new device.
  • Good Working Order means an Eligible Device which is in good working order as determined by a series of functional tests and device condition assessments performed using the Samsung Subscription App.
  • You can sign up for Samsung Subscription on Samsung Online Store (exclusions apply) when you are purchasing an eligible Galaxy Flagship device. Just make sure you have a LatitudePay Bigger Buys account ready to go.
  • Unfortunately, you cannot trade-in your existing phone to join the new Samsung Subscription program.
  • Unfortunately, at the time of processing your order, you can only add your eligible device to your cart. Free gifts with purchase will be added to the cart, however, all other offers and additional items will be removed and required to be placed in a separate order.
  • Samsung Care+ is a device swap program that comes included with your Samsung Subscription. This means that you can swap your eligible device twice (one in the first 12 months and once in months 13 to 18) during your 18 month Samsung Subscription.   • As part of the Samsung Subscription program, Samsung Care+ will be added to your subscription automatically for no charge. However, you will need to register your device and other details here , so that if you need to make a swap request, you’re all ready to go.
  • What devices are available to upgrade?

    A selected list of the latest Samsung phones is available to upgrade once you apply.
  • If you are a Samsung Subscription member that has paid at least 12 monthly initial instalments in full, you are entitled to a Free Upgrade. If you decide to early upgrade and have paid 9 to 11 monthly instalments in full, simply pay the early upgrade fee.3
  • To check your eligibility, download the Samsung Subscription App from the Google Play store and create an Upgrade ID. To upgrade click here.
  • Once you upgrade to a new device using the Upgrade ID, your current 18-month Samsung Subscription plan will end and you will start a new 18-month Samsung Subscription plan with the option to upgrade again after 12 monthly installments. Your new monthly payment instalment will depend on the RRP of the new device.
