Purchased a new phone in June 2023. From Robina Store on the Gold Coast Qld . 2 months later after very minimal use it would not charge. No alerts nothing. Took it back to Robina store, they sent to Gold Coast repairer. They said moisture in port. This is utter rubbish. It sits on a bench in the lounge room. $325 to fix it. I only paid $380 for phone took it to phone repair guys $89.00. They fixed it. Then 1 month later. Won't turn on. Took it to Samsung. Bad luck you got it fixed by outside company. Only because Samsung agent lies. Should have been fixed under warranty. I've had Samsung devises over the years. Always moisture problems. WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG EVER AGAIN. SUGGEST ALL MY FREINDS WORK MATES ETC DO THE SAME. I have purchased a Redmi Note. Haven't had any issues in 12'months. Live in same house . Charge in same spot. NO MOISTURE PROBLEMS.

It has been 3 years with this phone. I have enjoyed this phone for what it is worth. It is... a phone. It doesn't have any outstanding features, other than its fingerprint sensor which absolutely is the best feature of this. Not the 50MP camera that you can't zoom out, or the 1080p LCD display. The fingerprint sensor that is also the power button. And because the A17 has this and also a 4K OLED display, with more features, I'm planning on upgrading soon. Because it's been real fun, A14, but this is where I get off. Also the octo-core processor is quite slow, atleast now so I guess Samsung is lying to us again...

I bought the A14 as a present for me my grandmother and switching from her old samsung to the new A14 was nice and easy with smart switch application, Managed to recover all of her photos Video's and accounts and all of her favourite applications without any problems. The A14 is nice and easy to use for her to. She loves the phone, The phone does everything she needs and is great value for money, thanks samsung. Very happy

The A14 has no IP rating. It is almost impossible to discover this critical piece of information and I found out why... My A14 lost all USB function after less than 2 months operation and it is not covered by warranty because of moisture damage. My phone was never wet or even damp so I can only assume the moisture is the result of condensation from humidity here in Brisbane. I will never buy another Samsung product.

Our consumer rights are being denied with this phone. You do not get a charger with the phone anymore. They give you a USB-C to USB-C with the phone but I like many people dont have any devices with this connection including my car so now I have no way to charge the phone without buying additional items. This is a ridiculous situation. Do I now have to buy a new car to suit my phone.

I bought this when it came out and let me say, it's been terrible since the start. Now it's gotten to the point where it's so bad that even developer mode options cannot help speed this phone up. Samsung really cheaped out on the cpu, ram and the ufs 2.2 storage. Please do not get any Samsung A series phones

Cheap version of samsung. Cannot get hearing aids to work. No function to hear telephone calls or videos played on Facebook or YouTube. If you have hearing aids, don't go for this product

This phone's battery is very good and can lastest 2 days+ Good for a spare phone. Camera is good, compared with my S22U and found the quality is at least 60% of S22U, but the price is only 10%. Recommend for a person wants a spare phone or LCD screen.

Purchased for the tween in our family. Can do everything the s series can do but in an a series friendly budget. It's a wonderful chunky robust phone perfect for young people experiencing their first phone. Our kiddo is besotted.

Had this phone for about 2 years, very good, works very well for its cheap, affordable price, camera could need a bit of work, and is slow and heated when running multiple things at once, but other than that its very good.

i owned this phone for just over 1 year and it performed ok. I do uber eats food deliveries around Liverpool NSw 2170 an the display at 400 nits was woefully inadequate. Havint to find shade to see the screen.. Not good enough. Then the battery charging board failed.. No it didnt. The the fast charge modulke behind the camera module failed. The charging rate went down from 1amp at the battery to 0.05Amps. it took 14 hours to charge the battery. It got very hot. And Uber would flatten the battery in less than 4 hours Then i dropped the phone many times on a vynal tile floor. No problems. Drop it once on a crumpled towel and the screen broke. 2nd last straw. it fell out of my cradle on my mobility scooter and smashed open on the ground. the Finger print sensor tore of. the volume button lost. and the battery plug became disconnected. Do i repair it?? NO a week later a drug addict broke in and stole the phone, the watch 6 the cordless drill, the toaster, bread and margerinethen stood behind the police and said "if you tell them you are dead" so i told them and he walked away.. the poliice did nothing.
