Its average phone.
I like the lime green colour.
Battery is okay
Camera is very poor (even cheap phones have camera better than this).
Also customer service from online store is very poor they dont honor the bonus SC+ Care lite as per advertisements online clearly going against Australian consumer laws, (their emails and phone support told this that they not gonna honor this because of a screenshot of some random three line terms from no where says "This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other Samsung offer or promotion." - No links to this source provided
I would avoid ordering the phone directly from website next time instead may buy from a retailer instead.

A very nice looking mobile phone, the screen is the right size with a sharp clear screen. For me, the phone is easy to hold. There are a lot of apps on the phone to use as yet. The ront camera is excellent, the weight of the phone is very light. The 4G reception is good, I don't have a 5G mobile plan yet. That depends how much the plans cost and there is only one telecommunications here that supply a 5G network. So far, so good, the battery is excellent. Still a lot more to play on the phone. I need a case for the phone just in case I accidentally drop the phone. If you are on a budget, have a look at this incredible phone.

Cons: very poor cameras, no wireless charging, no adaptive screen refresh rate, quite a bit of bloatware, no charging brick in box, AND NOT A DUAL SIM PHONE unlike other nations that got better version of phone, sim tray design is bad too, the microSD card often tends to come out or may get damaged when trying to insert in the phone, fingerprint scanner needs to light phone (annoying at night), battery life is still okayish for ~5K mAh.
Pros: 5G speeds good, smooth phone because good RAM, and CPU, 90Hz display looks very good, NFC included so google pay is easy, fingerprint scanner is there and fast, same looking design as other higher end galaxy phones.
Other : Does not come with "Bonus SC+ Care Lite" as per the emails from support saying
This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer from Samsung. - No links or sources provided from support from where they got this terms and condition from. (so I would not TRUST ONLINE store again)

Bought this on spur of the moment, had been thinking about getting an upgrade to my older Samsung phone for a while. Was thrilled to discover I could redeem online for a smart watch - didn't even realise it until the salesperson pointed it out. Phone itself is sleek and fast, and colours are vibrant and bright. I like the screen brightness automatically adjusts as needed. Camera speeds are good, no waiting for auto focus like the old one. More options for pic editing too. Didn't realise how slow and clunky my older Samsung was until I bought this, very happy with my purchase. This phine met my requirements of memory space, 5G and budgeting need. Wish I had done it sooner!

I bought this for my mother, a very young woman in her 70s. Her note9 had last well beyond it's contract but was cracked and tired looking.
Set up was simple and very easy to follow.
The model looks and feels similar to what she had but has a much fresher style. And she loves the lime green colour.
The standout features she has commented on are the excellent battery life, although she needed to purchase a new adapter for the usb c charger.
The camera quality and overall display quality is excellent.
She often comments on how bright and clear everything is.
Highly recommended as an easy to use model

I am a big fan of samsung A series. After using samsung A50 for 2.5years, and still as good as new today, I had no problem of making decision to buy A34, to buy a secind phone for office use.
And as expected I turned out to be a very user friendly, reliable and fast.Especially the data transfer between phones and security features are just amazing. The mobile is very tough and designed to be used in harsh environments especially for construction workers, which work in heat and require long battery backup.
Will recommend to everyone, if you are looking for reliability, durability and long battery backup.

I bought this phone a week ago as I needed an upgrade and while I usually stick with the S series and have for the last 10 years, I branched out for the cheaper option. With almost the same specs as the S23 I decided to go with the A34 and I don't regret it so far. Although cases for this phone are hard to find it is fast, lasts all day (im on it all the time) all the apps I could use on my S21 Ultra I can use on my A34. The camera is a bit less but still good. I would recommend to others. The ram is a bit on the slower side but still the function, the graphics all very good.

When it became time to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S8+, I knew that staying with a Samsung product was in my best interests as not only is the brand good value for money, Samsung phones have great longevity and are easy to use.
My new Galaxy A34 5G has an interface that I am used to, was incredibly easy to set-up, and has fantastic battery power. Mobile reception has been far superior to my previous phone and I am loving all the additional camera features and the improved photo clarity.
I use my device for calls, text messages, photos, emails and streaming videos, musics or audiobooks. Despite having multiple apps installed, the phone's RAM loads them quickly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend this product.

It's a phone, you ring people, or they ring you!
It's also a camera, it takes pictures, bloody good pictures!
It's also an email machine, people send you stuff like surveys!
It's also a texting thing, people send you text messages!
It's also a computer machine, I can google stuff on it!
It's also a clock, with alarms, it wakes me up in the mornings!
And it takes notes to remind me of stuff, amazing!
And it plays music too, lots of different types!

Very Happy with my A34, was wanting the A54 originally but ended up with the A34. Very impressed and still very happy. The camera is excellent, the phone is nice and loud for movies and music. Streaming and download speeds are nice and quick, also NFC compatible wich has made instore shopping nice and easy. The A34 5g is also Fortnight compatible for gamers looking to play that. Gaming is smooth and picture quality is decent. Very happy :-) thanks
Must admit that I really do miss the Quad Camera that you guys have Replaced with the triple camera thoe.

My old original S8 had a rough life and finally needed to be replaced, I researched new phones and chose the A34 5G as all but one aspect fitted my needs, other phones were too expensive for a pensioner. The screen size is good and easy to read, the functions are much more in depth and easy to adjust, camera is brilliant, overall a great phone that should last for a few years.

The display, camera, performance and connectivity is alright not really anything special in todays market. The battery is terrible if have a normal charger its 8 hours to fully charge, fast chargers take 2 hours, they don't give you a charger which for the price is puts down at least 1 star on its owe, after a year the charger port on the phone wears out and tip off the wire and it falls out, if I was you I would buy another phone and not waste my money on this one, if I could go back when I was buying this phone I steer clear of it

Previous phone was Galaxy S8+ - top of the line at the time I bought it. With the A range being Samsung's budget range, my expectations weren't super high. This is better than my previous phone, although I miss the old knock notification sound for my SMS's. I find many of the pop ups intrusive e.g. Gallery, Samsung Dual Messenger etc and I'm working out how to block or silence them as I go. Also, not keen on all the bloatware that cannot be deleted. Smart Switch was super easy.

I bought this phone a month ago and it is the best phone ever! It is so durable, it has so many features. It works amazingly! It was so cheap, very much so under priced. I really recommend this phone! I have had countless apple phones, that have broken, glitched or just stopped working right after warranty ended. But this phone will last me ages. I have always used samsung for the past 10 years, when your on a good thing, STICK TO IT. So easy to use the features, very user friendly, I'm 72 and need a phone that has the features I require. Also the camera is fantastic, my previous phone after 6 years still took great photos, needed to upgrade purely because I wanted. This is my first Samsung phone and I had previously owned Chinese smartphones only.
I think the Samsung A34 has the perfect balance of price and performance. It also comes with a powerful camera and has long battery life!
I feel safe using my A34 because it allows me to have full control of the apps, unlike my previous Oppo where I cannot even permanently delete my account and there's no way to opt out of some apps that collect "analytics and user experience".

Replaced my old phone that wouldn't charge. This has been flawless,great battery life and seamless integration with the watch. The wide mode camera is amazing while the macro has been excellent on my small bug pictures.
The only thing I'm not used to is the full stop where I'd normally hit space. Other than that I am loving this phone. Very easy to set up and great support for all my apps. Sound is excellent and Bluetooth connections are fine.

I brought this 3 months ago and the design is sleek and beautiful. The operation of the device is smooth and consistent . There are always good transitions between one app to another or to another tab. It is also very simple to use and the battery lasts for so two whole days. The performance is pheonomal in its minimal distractions to user usage whilst engaging the user in its good audio cues and interface.

I've been an iPhone user since the second version of them so was extremely nervous making the switch. Bang for buck it made sense, but i've been highly impressed with this rig. The camera and portrait mode are far superior and while i'm still adjusting to the difference, I've been quite impressed by the range of functionality too. I really enjoy the display too. Soft yet crisp.

I bought this a week ago after my a54 got run over by a car :( I was expecting this phone to be noticeably worse than my old phone considering the cheaper price however I was pleasantly surprised! The screen is just as bright and the camera is excellent. I hadn't noticed a huge difference other than the slightly different size . I also like the reflective colour this one has.

I was so surprised to receive the Galaxy A34-5G on Mother's Day. I was quiet happy will my current Galaxy A71, never had any problems with it so wasn't looking or expecting a new phone. It was extremely easy to transfer all my information from the A71 to the A34. Everything in setup was simple to do. I've been using the new A34 for a week now and honestly it is fantastic.

I bought my Samung A34 last week. It is my first Samsung phone and I love the larger screen. I definitely prefer it to my old phone. Google and Microsoft apps work well and I am finding it easy to use. I am also more relaxed knowing the screen will not cost over $500 to replace if I accidently drop it. I am thinking of buying another Samsung phone!

All I've asked for a perfect phone had come true with the Samsung A34 5G. Easy to operate, instruction and help was presented in layman's term so it's easy to follow and understand. Whatever i think of any features that i need on this phone was readly available on the A34 5G phone. The best part of the phone is that helps me on my daily living.

After upgrading from a S9, the A34 made it feel like a dinosaur and don't know why I didn't upgrade any sooner. The larger screen size is great with fantastic clarity and the phone operates quickly and smoothly whilst navigating through different apps.
With a 2 plus day battery life, I almost forget that I need to recharge the phone.

Bought 2 weeks ago. Great screen, capable processor and very customizable software. Solid longer term software support. Main camera is decent, and Samsung Gallery gives lots of options to enhance photos. Night mode is not so good. Battery life is okay but not as long as expected. Overall a well-rounded and good value mid range phone.

I came from a J1 Mini. This new A34 is a ripper! Easy to see the screen in daylight, Fantastic camera and everything is laid out logically so it wasn't a huge learning curve from an older phone. Big enough for my big fingers but small enough not to fall out of your pocket all the time and light enough not to pull your pants down.

I got this phone 2 years ago. Always use a case for it as well as a screen protector. The screen is fragile like any other phone but, I have loved using it. The battery life does degrade after prolonged use but that is expected. I reccommend this phone for people who don't want to spend more money on the S series

I have only had it for 10 days, if I knew it was not the same I would have repaired the A30s. I hoped it would be the same to fit in the non slip cover I had due to my arthritic fingers. I keep dropping it as it is so smooth & slippery & does not open as easy which is painful for my fingers

I bought this a week ago. Like it a lot and love how it is water resistant as I go hiking a lot so need something robust. BUT just wish it wasn't so big. I had a Google pixel 4a previously and just wish phones didn't have to be so big that's why design is low. Otherwise seems pretty good.

I guess it's OK for the price but I wish I'd paid more and got a better phone with a better camera. I miss my Huwawei.
The camera is ok in good light but no chance of taking a night photo. So disappointed.
It's big and heavy and not as user friendly as my old phone.

Major problem is waking the phone up which is very different to S9+. Why change a good thing?
Apart from that it has everything I require in fact more.
