I made the switch to a Galaxy S23 Ultra after 9 years of constant repetition in a different ecosystem. It's actually refreshing how nice this phone is to use, all the features and options for customisation. I feel free at last. The camera and display is amazing, the astrophotography and 100x zoom definitely 'wow' me and others every time. OneUI 5.1 is very fluent and smooth, giving the phone a 'crisp' feel to it. Despite the size, it feels great to hold and use. The design of the phone is beautiful and stylish, I often look at it like I would look at an artwork. I am very happy with my decision and I'd definitely do it again.

I purchased the top of the line 1tb version and the official Samsung leather case. Beautiful phone and amazing performance! My main concern is the screen. I have always placed this flat down on case and handled with extreme care, but noticed there are already scratches on the glass! This could only occur from being in my pocket. I have owned all the previous models and never had issue with the glass like this. I fear this could be a major issue for this release and highly recommend a screen protector, but that should come pre-installed like previous releases if the glass is so fragile.

I bought this phone recently as my old phone was slow and had poor battery life. This is the first time i've spent the money on a quality flagship phone and I'm very glad I did. Fantastic performance, great display, absolutely phenomenal camera, and wonderful battery life. The size makes it a little difficult to hold in one hand, plus it can be a rather slippery phone due to it's sleek design, so a case really is a necessity. The stylus is a feature that I don't think I'll ever personally use, so I just forget it exists for the most part haha. Overall an excellent purchase, definitely one of the best phones on the market in 2023.

I bought this phone a week ago to upgrade from the S20 ultra. It is lightning fast, reliable, battery life has only gotten better as it adjusts to how I use my phone. The latest Android auto is a breeze to use. That Camera is amazing. The performance In low light settings is like nothing I've used before. It captures clear and crisp details like no other. Love this phone. The price was the major factor that prevented me from upgrading sooner. And the design reminds me of Sony XZ Premium and I don't even mind. Oh and I forgot about the S pen, it is a great feature the notepad is very handy. Great phone, great features, great performance.

I pre-ordered the S23 Ultra 1TB version in Black and was pleasantly surprised by the pre-order discount of $600 as well as the $250 voucher, I opted for the Buds 2 pro. I was blown away by the speed of the phone, the intuitive interface and an enjoyable user experience. Everything was automatically imported and all the memories that I thought were lost, came back to me. It was a truly emotional experience for me and Samsung made it possible. This shows that Samsung is more relevant than ever, even after years of making smartphones. I also bought a Samsung fridge as all the tech seamlessly connects and provides the best user experience ever.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is an unrivaled flagship smartphone, boasting an exquisite design and build quality, a stunning display with a 120Hz refresh rate, blistering performance powered by the latest processor and ample RAM, an exceptional camera system, and impressive battery life. Samsung's One UI enhances the user experience, and additional features like S Pen support, IP68 water resistance, and 5G connectivity make it a standout choice. While it comes with a premium price tag and a large size that may not suit everyone, the S23 Ultra's remarkable combination of features and performance places it at the forefront of the smartphone market.

I bought the Samsung S23 Ultra almost exactly a month ago, about a week before I went on a 3 week trip, so that I can take nice photos on the trip and have plenty of storage. My previous phone was purchased in 2018, battery doesn't last too well anymore and low storage. Well, found out on my trip that the camera has a dark spot that I initially thought was the phone's screen or camera lens. Tried to wipe it off but can't. It's a camera issue. It's way too new and too expensive of a phone to have issues like that. Can't recommend. Definitely not worth it if you're getting it mostly for the photos like I did.

Comparing this phone to the S21 ultra, I honestly didn't think it would be much better. However I have been pleasantly surprised with a lot of the small things that have just made sense. The camera was always going to be better, but I wasn't expecting this much improvement, the field of depth and colour in the pictures are phenomenal. Additionally the video improvements are also highly noted! The accessibility improvements, the stylus pen and all the other small improvements are all features I'm loving. Honestly this phone is everything I wanted and more. I look forward to exploring the versatility of this phone as time of ownership continues.

Samsung should not be trusted with warranty repairs/ replacement with this phone. After a few days of having this phone, it restarts and loses power constantly. Terrible phone but the customer service is worse. They returned the faulty phone to me saying " we can't find the problem " and basically bad luck, no repair or replacement offer. I am in the process of lodging an ACL legal dispute against them and will report all of this online and expose samsung. I've had samsung phones for over 15 yrs and now I'm leaving them. Beware this phone and beware their customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves hurting innocent consumers financially! I trusted their support process and was lied to. Do not buy samsung. Buy any alternative!

I have been an avid Samsung user from the very beginning and haven't upgraded to a brand new phone since I bought the S8 Plus, which was almost 10 years ago! Samsung has really done a fabulous job in revamping their camera resolution and s pen features. The photos taken are a lot more clear and vivid, especially with the 100x zoom feature which allows very distant objects to be seen in superb detail (something which is only unique to Samsung and currently beats all other competitors in the same market). Samsung has really listened to the feedback received from users and delivered a really well rounded and top of the game product. Well done Samsung!

Got this phone last week as an upgrade gorm my s20 ultra, and I'm loving it. I'm still adjusting to the heavier weight, but that is fine. The cameras are fantastic, which is really handy for my makeup social media pics and vids. I haven't used the stylus much yet, but i can certainly see how it will come in handy for certain things. Thr battery life is excellent, which I great because I basically live on my phone. I'm disabled and don't work so between filming and editing content for my social media, playing games, and messaging my friends, the phone rarely.out of my hands during waking hours. In summary, a lovely upgrade with great advancements!

I bought this phone in December 2023 (almost 12 months old) and have not regretted it. The camera capabilities are fantastic and great for capturing priceless family moments. Capturing the perfect moment is easy with the use of the video capture and colours and zoom are amazing. The S Pen adds more versatility as a shutter remote allowing all of us to be in the shot. The processing power in the new snapdragon chip is great and have not yet experienced any lagging or delay to performance as I have with previous Samsung phones. Battery life goes without saying but is not an issue. Even after using this phone all day was left with over 50% charge.

I've had the S23 Ultra for a week so far and I'm really loving at just how crystal clear the phone conversations are and also when I listen to music the sounds are more clearer and Spotify sounds absolutely fantastic with my headphones. I do love the S pen as well and I had fun colouring in for the first time with the pen, I'm still getting use to knowing what else this phone can do but it's definitely worth checking out. The graphics on my games are great!! Beautiful sharper colours and the size of the screen is great for gaming and video calls, movies. Overall I am loving getting use to the apps and seeing what else the camera can do 👍😊🥰😊🥰

Went from a S9+ that was having battery issues and becoming necessary to upgrade for work purposes. Only had the phone for a week but rather smooth functionality. Only thing is to watch out for the lack of a charger with phone, that was disappointing. I got the 512 as my 256 on S9+ was full. I will need to buy a case as the camera's on the back don't allow the phone be flat on a desk/table because they protrude, unlike the S9+ lays flat. On the whole, easy reloading of apps, excluding some banking for security and Whatsapp. And the screenshot is awkward now on the right side using the volume and power together. keep accidently turning the phone off!

my new Galaxy S23 Ultra is replacing my perfectly good S22 Ultra only because it is the latest version. I like to keep up to date with modern technology and like the feel and operation of this new S23 Ultra. I will be verbally selling the benefits of the new s23 to my friends. In fact i used it over the weekend to take a photo through a glass window of friends taking selfies across the road. I zoomed in and the picture was perfect. My friends loved the photo and asked for me to share with them. All the photos I took that day were in demand as the quality of my photos taken on S23Ultra were far superior to their Iphone photos. Love my phone.

My last phone was the s21 Ultra 5g. This is an improvement in every way. Both the rear and front facing cameras look far more crisp. Everything feels more responsive. Images and video on screen pop so much more with colour. The wifi and cellular antennas seem to have a better range as well. The speakers seem louder and more clear with audio. The only thing I'm not particularly fond of is the five camera lenses on the rear of the phone, protrude a little far for my liking. Probably not an issue if you're a coward using a phone case, but I like to raw dog it. Zero protection. It loses a point in design because of this, but otherwise its perfect.

Have been Note user since 2015. Last I had S22 Ultra. Liked it but never really loved it. Then I moved to Pixel 7 Pro for change. But when S23 Ultra was announced, I knew I had to go back to my Notes. Best decision. This phone is completely different from S22 Ultra (with subtle but meaningful changes) and way superior to Pixel 7Pro. The performance is great, super fast and amazing battery life. Camera performance is top notch. S-Pen is something which you have to use it to believe in. Once you experience the big bright beautiful screen and S-Pen functionality making use of it, I don't think you can ever go back to any other phone.

I found the S23 Ultra to offer a wide range of options, more customization, larger screens, longer battery life, more storage options, and better cameras than my iPhone. The S23 Ultra also has a larger screen and higher resolutions than iPhone Pro Max. is that they are often more customizable than iPhones, as they allow for more user control over the device's interface and settings. Samsung phones also typically have longer battery life and more expandable storage options than iPhones. I love the fact that Can customize many things-far more customizable than my iPhone and has a longer battery life and more expandable storage options than my iPhone.

Samsung....you've done-it again! I purchased the galaxy S23 Ultra during the pre-order timeframe in February 23, having had Galaxy's since the S9. So far I've been amazed at what is 'packed' into this device. The battery life is exceptional, the S Pen brings a whole new gambit of functionality to the device, the camera setup and 'Nightography' options are amazing, screen resolution is outstanding, the chipset and ram unbelievable. Thank you for spending time in developing a leader in the mobile phone Industry, and listening to your customers on what they want to see and experience in a phone, you'll always have my business!! Who needs an iPhone!!

Fantastic line-up of the S23 series devices by Samsung. I purchased the S23 Ultra 512GB and have been blown away by the performance, display quality and the cameras. I particularly love the display(one of the best in market) and speakers for media consumption. The battery life sets a benchmark and has matched the current gen iPhone Pro as well as the best across all the android flagships. My phone last 2 days easily and a bit more. Love the fast charging feature and reverse wireless charging to change my buds 2 pro. Overall a complete package and with 4 years of OS and 5 years or security updates this phone will last me a few years.

After reading all of the hype and getting up early to watch the launch, I was keen to upgrade my Note 10+ to the new Ultra. I expected the new phone to be fast, responsive and easier to use but when I received my phone and set it up, I was totally blown away. It's speed is phenomenal. The graphics are crisp and easy on the eye, especially with my ageing eyesight, and the camera did not let me down. Well done, Samsung! This is truly the benchmark for flagship phones in 2023. Anything worth having is worth paying a little extra for, because in the long run, it pays for itself. A perfect balance of style, functionality and raw power!

Not happy at all. I'm a lifelong Samsung and Note user. The changes in this model are terrible. Why are the volume and power buttons on the right? How do you push the volume down and power button at the same time with 1 thumb? Makes no sense to be on the right. I use my phone a lot for work to zoom in on fine print. On my last Note, it worked perfectly. On this phone, you can't zoom in enough without it getting blurry. Speak to text is awful, changes just about everything I say. I can go on and on about how the last model was better. Wish I never got this phone. Might have to switch to iPhone which I really don't want to do.

I bought this phone a week ago. I'm not entirely on board with all the comments from people. They say it's a really great phone. I am not sure if it is on the wrong setting but I'm not getting 5g as promised. The speed is slow. Not happy with the typing bar across the page. Preferred the old typing bar that i didn't have to keep moving out of the way. It's heavy and clunky. Yes it's good to have a stylis but why does the phone have to be soo wide? I am happy with the storage as I haven't been able to download apps on my other one and my photos look brighter and lovelier than before. Time will tell. After all I've only had it a week.

Has been a fan of Samsung mobile since the first series of Fold and Flip, owning each both the Flip and Fold (work & personal respectively), decided to move to Ultra due to being disappointed by the durability of the hinges (you may review my service centre tickets the amount of time i had gone to queue, and await for the device to be fixed). My 2cents worth on the S23 Ultra; Pros - Great screeen size - good grip feel - great contrast - great camera feature Cons - battery life; expecting it to be better, but couldnt last beyond a day despite minimal use of office apps - couldnt use my thumb to fully utilize the keyboard; width too far apart

I bought the S23 Ultra to replace my S20+ and to potentially replace my Galaxy tablet. I initially had concerns regarding the larger size of the S23 Ultra but so far there have been no issues with it fitting into of falling out of pockets. The S-pen is great for doing cross words in my newspaper subscription and for sketching in MS OneNote. The sketches on the S23 Ultra are probably more defined than on my tablet! Battery life was also a concern for me moving to a larger phone but with my usage, I can get two days out of the S23 Ultra where I was getting only one day with my S20+ Upgrading to the S23 ultra was a cinch with no issues encountered.

I have had samsungs since the first galaxy and was given an iphone.I GOT JAILED. I had the iphone 7 & 11. Moving to the S23 Ultra was unexplainable. actually using the phone for almost a month and the diffrence in technology, software, Battery, etc over Iphone is like the difference between dialup internet and Fibre. i dont see Apple ever catching up at this point. When people see you watching a movie on that incredible screen or see you using it as a Portable DEX Pc, every techhead will want it. samsung has come such a long way that the only little things apple had over them are now non existant.

Got the chance to play with and and wow big difference in speed and the camera is just simply amazing. The night mode is amazing! It's like having night vision, the phone could see better in the dark than my actual eyes! I was walking around a pitch black room and I could use the camera to see. Very impressive. The 200mp camera looks amazing. Phone feels great in the hand almost makes you not want to buy a case. The S pen is also amazing used to get the note series before it was discontinued but glad it's back in the S series. You won't regret the upgrade. If you are new to Samsung this is the phone to get as your first Android.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is the best phone you can buy at this point of the annual phone refresh cycle, and will prove to be one of the best phones released in 2023 by the end of this year and beyond. It is a masterstroke to leave the design relatively unchanged this year compared to the S22 Ultra - there was probably no need to tinker with a well-received, classy outer shell that has been universally praised. More importantly, it allowed for additional resources to be allocated to refining the already-excellent feature set to attain other-worldly performance using the exceptional Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy SoC as a foundation. Two of the most important ingredients for a great mobile phone have been significantly upgraded this year. Firstly, battery performance is nothing short of superb - I have my S23 Ultra's battery charging limit set to 85% and I get a full day's worth of heavy use before needing a charge. Secondly, there is a new 200MP ISOCELL HP2 main camera sensor and it is a step up in low-light photography and image crispness compared to previous years. Coupled with industry-leading software support and optimisations (5 years of software security support and punctual monthly updates), plus industry-defining features like the S Pen and Expert RAW (which allows professional photography-level of customisation for epic looking images), the technical qualities of the S23 Ultra is unmatched in the industry. Perhaps less-often mentioned is Samsung's excellent trade-in program and generous pre-order bonuses which lowers the entry price point for new users into the Galaxy exosystem. This year's was particularly good, with additional bonus credit to purchase other Galaxy gadgets to a free double-your-storage upgrade. All in all, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is an unbeatable hardware and software behemoth coupled with a unique value proposition, and should not missed if you are in the market for a mobile phone in 2023.

I upgraded from a Note10+ to the S23Ultra for the camera. I find the auto camera oversaturates blue skies and so far I haven't figured out how to fix this. The auto camera also burns out the highlights. Sure I can alter the brightness but that's annoying to have to do. The Note10 rendered dawn skies superbly with rarely any burn out at all. I'm working on mastering the Pro function to overcome the above issues but it's still annoying to have paid a lot of money for something which is not as great as purported. I'm not saying there aren't some great advances in the camera but, imo, at the expense of the basics it's not so great.

I bought this phone 2 months ago, and am glad I did. I was concerned that the phone was large, however I have come from a Note 8, and the size is only marginally more, though it is heavier, so it is just fine. The battery life is amazing when compared to the Note 8, and the cameras and performance are excellent. Build quality is first class. A key reason for buying this phone was the presence of the S-Pen, like with the old Note phones, something that I find very useful. The phone jack and expandable memory are missing, but this has not been an issue so far. I would highly recommend to someone wanting a premium phone that will last for a few years.

As a proud owner of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, I can confidently say that this device is truly exceptional. Its camera system is undoubtedly one of the best on the market, providing crystal-clear photos and videos that are breathtakingly beautiful. The processing power is equally impressive, allowing for seamless multitasking and lightning-fast app launches. The battery life is also remarkable, with a large battery that easily lasts me all day. The gorgeous 6.8-inch display more than makes up for it. The phone is also solidly built and feels great in the hand. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is definitely worth the investment.

Hardware specifications are really good. However, I am struggling with UI and smart features. I had been using Oppo Find X3 pro for nearly 2.5 years and OxygenOS made me really happy. It had smart features like - 3 fingers swipe screenshot - heads up notification while walking - display settings to view more colours - Dolby Atmos with basic modes and environment based modes - cross button to close all notifications and several more features that I miss in UI 5.1 Also, there is no microscopic mode or camera in S23 which is not show stopper but it's good if you are into photography of tiny things (living and non living). It's not worth spending $2000.

This phone if I can call it that is amazing. To put it in simple words it has made me feel more connected to the world. The quality of the videos and photos are like nothing I have ever been able to take before. Every time I take a photo and look at what I have photographed i feel a connection to that picture and the space that I am in. When I look to the stars I see so much more than bright lights and its almost like this phone can capture that with its astropogrohy and transport me right back to when I took that photo looking into the deep night sky. I could not have any higher praises for this phone it is just sooooo good.

Love the colour too definitely & marching pro buds 2 just arrived today in the mail :D of the ph the screen size, sound and display quality is excellent. I bought Samsung S23 Ultra after years of using iPhone and last used iPhone 14Pro. I must say the experiences this phone provides is much much better than iPhone. Heaps of features that are not there in iPhone and you won't realise that they are so valuable in day to day experiences when you are not aware or using then. The benefits of SPen, the whole day battery life, the super crisp and fluid 120Hz screen and lastly but least the cameras set up is just few great features which make this phone super awesome to use. Highly recommend this phone to anyone and especially to iPhone users. Come experience what real innovation is.

Very happy with the overall phone and features great camera very clear pictures a lot of different features in the camera settings great video clarity. However battery life is a negative it's probably one of the the lowest battery lifespan that I've had on any mobile it does charge fully very quickly but that is pointless because very shortly again it is back to closer nothing do cute nothing also the face ID recognition really isn't that great I think that the volume up button should be the fingerprint sensor because that's where you usually going to open your phone from so it should pick up the fingerprint the speaker isn't that loud so overall a 3 out of 5.

I have tried many phone brands but my last few phones have been Samsung S series as I think they are the pinnacle of smart phones. I just recently got my hands on a S23 Ultra and am very happy with it. Stand out features to me are the camera, with the 10x optical zoom, and also the s-pen. I didn't buy it for the s-pen but I have found myself using it, editing pictures, writing notes with my kids, and just having fun. Overall, the phone has all the features that I have learned to appreciate so much with previous Samsung phones, but has made a giant leap forward with camera technology, other features and it's simplicity to use. I can't recommend this phone enough.

I bought my phone very recently and it's truly lived upto its expectations. I have always been a Samsung baby and the S23 Ultra lives upto all of its standards, like camera quality, phone smoothness, excellent gaming experience, to name my 3 most commonly used features amongst its many 100s. Definelty note, that stocks update pretty quick, so be patient with the website, as you'll be able to get the colour you like, in the spec you like. Hands down the best experience I've had on a Samsung phone, on top of their previous years supreme performance. 11/10 would recommend to anyone, because the value for money is excellent.

I had a break from Samsung phones after using them for many years for many years and tried Google pixel phone and the screen broke last week so I went Samsung and purchased the S23 ultra and I'm so happy with it. So happy with it as 2 things have changed for me. Firstly the bloat to wear yesterday the bloat has been dramatically reduced Which pleases me and secondly it is the most intuitive Samsung device yet It was also the easiest phone set up yet phone set up ever transferring the data data using the QR Code with Samsung switch *excuse the typos. I am vision impaired and my new phone is still learning my input

Love almost everything about this phone but was dismayed that the most expensive Android phone marketed as an "Ultra" phone, does not support multi-user functionality. What is the point of claiming it is a viable computer replacement, if it can't even do what a tablet can do and provide different user accounts. Even cheap $100 mobile phones can do this, why can't Samsung in a $2000 phone? It was even standard on my ancient Samsung Note 4. I will need to return and buy the Pixel Pro instead as I need to be able to share this phone with my children for their use too. Please add back in this base android functionality asap.

I somewhat reluctantly upgraded from the S21 (only because I hate change) but am so happy that I did. The S23 Ultra has every feature I could dream of in a mobile device plus so much more! The photographic capabilities are the best I've experienced in a mobile device to date. The screen resolution, processing speed and stylus makes working on the go a breeze. I don't game but do watch a lot of streaming while travelling and this mobile device makes it a pleasure to watch in my downtime with no eyestrain. There are so many features I could rave about...just do yourself a favour and get the S23 Ultra. You won't regret it!

Amazing phone. I haven't had a Samsung in a while and I've really missed not having one. This phone has great sound, awesome picture quality and takes amazing photos. Love the speed. I just don't think it chargers quick enough. Doesn't come with a charging block or head phones. Come on Samsung, for the price it could at least come with a block. My old oppo came with a block, head phones, screen protector and case. You can't even add in a charging block!!! My sons $200 oppo came with all of this as well and at a $2000 price point, this phone should come with at least a block!

Just bought it last week and found issues straight out of the box. Hotspot issues, gps issues and others. Quite disappointed with Samsung in the last 3 years with unreliable products. I'm a business customer but keeps on suffering disruptions for choosing Samsung. Had Samsung since S7. Had an s20+ that died just out of warranty. Had an a34 that died at 5 months. Just bought tbis S23 Ultra thinking it will be good but already had issues. So far, only the s7 and Zfold2 had proven reliable. The s9 tablets are yet to prove themselves. Why have you got to this Samsung? I'm really wondering! Will I have to go back to Apples?

Upgraded from s21 ultra to s23 ultra 512gb 12gb ram. Phone looks and feels amazing however the battery is a downgrade from s21 ultra despite what Samsung says "more efficient processor" will increase battery life. It does not. My s21 ultra after 2 and a half years of use, in exactly same conditions as s23 ultra the battery of s21 outperforms s23 ultra. Samsung have emailed and said to me check this and check that, treating me like an idiot. Conclusion. The s23 ultra is very fast, looks amazing, but the battery is a complete disgrace. Avoid the phone and wait for s24. Very disappointing and I am now completely turned off Samsung after this phone and there response.

Samsung S23 Ultra has been my everyday phone for the past couple of days, and it has been a great reliable phone! I use it for business and personal purposes, and been loving it so far. The display is pretty bright and clear with a great refresh rate that makes scrolling on it very smooth. The battery has been reliable with only needing a charge once a day after a heavy use day at work. Tested out the camera as well with great delight, it captures high-res photos with great difference from previous galaxy S phones, and a huge improvement to taking pictures at night. Definitely going to use this phone for a while.

I got the phone 1 week ago. Ay the time I had the Samsung s7 edge. Since I love taking photos, I tried almost everyday to snap something with the camera on the s7. Sometimes the quality wasn't great so I thought it's time for an upgrade and I am so glad I did. The s23 ultra is an amazing phone, the night photos that I tried taking on the s7 is nothing compared to the night photos on the s23. The astrophotography is just unreal. Seeing stars not available to thr naked eye was unreal. I love it and with it, the performance and the AI engine just work seamlessly together. This is definitely a great phone to upgrade too

I originally switched from the iPhone 14 pro max to the S23 ultra and I would love to say its absolutely phenomenal. I didnt want to get stuck in the ecosystem trap, and due to the ultra's performance many exclusive features, I noticed that the ONE UI as significantly better than the IOS counterpart due to thr customisation ability and freedom of functionality. However one thing i would miss on my iPhone is the battery life. Even tho the battery performance is almost similar I noticed that the battery life was a bit better and longer lasting. However, most the features on the s23 ultra outweighed this disadvantage.

Build quality of the phone feels great and solid, it's large though, much larger than my previous phone so may not fit snuggly in your pocket, you need to be careful of it falling out, also I found it difficult to use 1 handed until I put a phone ring on the back then it was fine. Using the phone and apps is fast, it's very snappy I don't notice any lag loading apps or changing between apps, the large screen is great for watching movies and tv shows. The cameras are great, the main camera is very clear, capturing pictures and videos of my son playing are great, the 10x zoom and the 100x hybrid zoom is amazing.

Bought this phone as I needed a phone that had a quality camera, one that doesn't freeze after you take 1 photo...that being said the speed and quality of every photo I take using this phone is immaculate, the quality is to die for, the ease of taking photos couldn't be any easier, but the new features are a bonus....over all this is the best samsung phone I've Owned. The only downside is no sd card slot, but if you've backed up all your photos and documents to the service you can easily just import them from backups. Design is flawless great feel in the hands not too bulky either, nice sized screen. Great work samsung you've definitely outdone yourselves this time.

I've spent around a week with the phone now and it has been absolutely fabulous. I traded in my note 20 for the s23 Ultra. I did a lot of research before making the purchase and the phone has lived up to all the claims. The levels of customisation available gave me the chance to truly make the phone mine. On top of that, the camera set up has been a stand out for me when compared to my note 20. The overall experience is very familiar to my old Samsung and it's made the transition easy. I would definitely recommend this phone to old Samsung users and new users who are looking for a phone to entire the android world.

Not comparable to the iPhone 14 pro max. I've owned the Samsung Galaxy Ultra for less than one week and I'm selling it at a loss to purchase the new iPhone. I wish I had done that from the beginning. My partner owns the iPhone so we have been comparing everything. Biggest difference which we use daily is the camera. Selfie, video, night camera everything etc is soo much better on the iPhone, unfortunately. I have been Samsung lover for over 15 years. Going to be hard for me to learn a new system, but needed.

I'm using it for last 1 week. It's amazing. Overall the feel and appearance are just too good. I'm always a fan of S series. My last phone was S10plus (S6 before that). So, this was a big upgrade to me. I loved the S pen feature. Very convenient and easy to use. I take notes, create check-list and write reminders with the pen. I got the green colour and it looks very stylish and classy. Only one drawback is that it's a bit heavier compared to my S10plus. Otherwise, it has great features and huge screen size. Unbeatable picturisation. I'm loving this experience. Looking forward to continue my journey with S Series.

I'm not gonna lie when I say I always thought the hype for Samsung Galaxy X series smartphones was just fan talk. I've always owned an iPhone and I spontaneously decided to do the switch from my iPhone 11 Pro Max to Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Now let me just say; WOW! I can't believe the difference; the amount of customisation feature are unreal. I'm honestly gobsmacked at how incredible the photos I can talk on a phone! 200MP on a phone? HELLO?! I could go on and on about how incredible this phone is but I honestly think you need to experience it for yourself. I'm going on holiday soon and I can't wait to take countless photos and videos using my new Galaxy S23 Ultra!

I upgraded from a Samsung s8 that served me well for many years. When I chose the Ultra, I was a little worried about its large size and the sharp angles on the screen. Particularly because it's such a change from an s8. However, after using it for a week or so, I am fully used to it. The phone is hefty, but not majorly so, and the extra perks of the top of the line model are worth it. Switching phones with Samsung Switch was very easy and I was using the Ultra in no time. The camera is the biggest upgrade. I don't think it can be matched in current model flagship phones. I really recommend the Ultra.

I have been using Samsung for many years now. I have used Samsung S6, S7 edge, Note9, S21, S22 Ultra, Fold 4, and now S23 Ultra. I must say Samsung is the king of the smartphone world. This phone works like magic, everything is so smooth and easy with this phone. This phone is a power beast and now with an incredible camera and battery. I always had requested Samsung to work on video recordings and battery performance. I must admit that Samsung has really worked very hard on both of these. I love this phone so much, and I care for it a lot. Love you Samsung for making such innovative phones and selling it with good discounts, unlike other big phone brands. 5 star for sure!

Recently upgraded from an S22+ and I thought that phone was great but compared to the S23 Ultra, this phone is the best phone I've had. The processing power with the 12GB RAM is insane, I have a bad habit of not closing my apps bit it feels like I don't need to. The camera takes the most beautiful pictures and the 200MP is stunning. You can zoom in and see so many details without losing the quality! It's perfect for cloud gaming too, the Xbox Game Pass app works so seamlessly with 5G on this device and connecting it to a controller with no drop outs is great. Overall, would recommend a Samsung device to every person I know. I cannot fault this phone in anyway.

Opened the phone to setup and noticed that the camera lens had a internal scratch mark. Took it to the samsung store and was told that there was nothing they can do or help me with. $2800 down the drain with a phone with manufacturers defect.

I recently upgraded from the S21 Ultra a few weeks ago. The S23 Ultra has so many amazing features built in, for my work I take lots of photos and fine the new S23 Ultra camera is far imperial than normal 35m camera. The S23 Ultra is packed with speed and memory, its quick and easy to use, I transferred all my S21 data and aps (all 2 years' worth) using smart switch & the provided cable, it took less than ten minutes to complete. To some up: The S23 Ultra from Samsung is an Amazing Phone, if you're looking to upgrade to a new phone, don't go pass the S23 Ultra or you're missing out on the future of phones.

I've been an apple user since the first iPod /iPhone had come out and swore I would never change. This year, I just got to the point where I was bored of the same product coming out every year being relabelled. My contract was coming to an end and so I had a browse in store at the new Galaxy and was blown away by how many more things you could do with the phone, yet be so simple to use. The camera is amazing, I love the customisation and themes, the ability to draw and scribble, everything is aesthetically pleasing. I've since got the Galaxy watch to go with and love that just as much. Team Galaxy now 4 life!!!

I went from S20 Ultra after the screen on the phone had stopped working after multiple drops. The difference between the phones is huge, in my opinion - the new S23 Ultra's build, the weight, the aesthetic, and physical looks, just feel much more luxurious. Samsung has always been very good with giving its users a lot of flexibility in phone customisation, which is always appreciated. The battery life is much improved, at least from the phone I had. The camera is also significantly better, in my opinion. Overall, it's a great phone. I've had it for a week now, and the new phone feeling is still very much there.

Undoubtedly the best phone in the market. Our family Switched from Apple tax long time back and never looked back. Pro's - Massive upgrade in terms of chip and that too tuned for Galaxy. No more Exynos chips for Australia. Thanks Samsung for listening to customers -Amazing camera system (huge video upgrade from my S21 Ultra) -Super smooth UI with greatest display -Stunning Samsung Dex (replace my laptop) -Super useful S- pen (kids use for drawing and I use it for many things) -Outstanding battery life Cons -Samsung need to catch up on fast charging but long battery life saves it for long usage

Upgraded from galaxy note 10+ and the hardware on this phone feels great quality. If you can get this phone on sale, it's great value. I made use of the bonus trade-in deals and got it for a great price. The main selling point for me is the translate features added with galaxy AI they work better than expected that being said I'm using it for Korean to English so I can't say how well other language packs work. Overall on the hardware side all phones are pretty close these days, the selling point would be Galaxy AI. Samsung has done well on that one. If you are interested in the AI features highly recommended.

I bought this phone mainly because of the camera, as we do a far bit of travel and was getting tired of carrying the big Nikon camera around , it is so far is way better than the old camera the zoom is amazing and clear , way better than expected for a phone and has great video capabilities with loads of different features including ultra slow motion which is fun , it is slightly bigger than my old phone but I don't find it a problem , the stylus if an amazing feature which I find very handy particularly as I work a lot and have dirty hands so it allows me to us the phone with out getting the screen filthy...

I purchased this phone a couple of weeks ago and I am glad I did. I have always owned a Samsung as I am totally in love with their camera quality. As a hobby photographer, I am so incredibly impressed with the clear, crisp photo quality of the 200 megapixels I enjoy doing macro photography and compared to my S20 model, this camera quality is amazing! I love the size of the phone, the stylus is great for writing quick notes, for someone who can write faster than they can type. I am very satisfied with the overall features and functions of the phone. Absolutely love the green cover! Highly recommend this phone!

I got my S23 Ultra in my hand for just over a week. I bought it to replace my Note 8. I have still a lot of S23 Ultra features unexplored. Despite that, it has met with my expectations and needs. I especially love the powerful camera features. I am very impressed. A bad point in S23 Ultra so far - the screen was easily scratched! It has a bad scratch in the screen in just a week of ownership, comparing to my Note 8 of over 5 years with not a scratch. I have both my S23 Ultra and Note 8 next to each other most of the time and they were handled the same way and placed on the same surfaces. I am disappointed.

From the moment I first reviewed the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, I knew this was the phone I'd been waiting for. It's simple, smooth lines with the hidden depth behind the screen has taken me to places I'd only dreamt of being taken. The camera delivers images and videos of never before seen phone shots. The depth and clarity makes you linger and behold the content. The connectivity of the Samsung continues to be one of continuing pleasure, without lag and timeless reconnection. The features of this amazing phone will continue to teach me new skills and lift me to new heights of technology. Thank you Samsung for working so hard and tirelessly to bring us together.

I traded in my Note 20 Ultra 5G about 3 weeks ago - a phone that I though was very good. It was substantially faster than my Note 9. The S23 Ultra 512g is a bit faster than my Note 20 but is noticeably smoother and the battery life is excellent. With light to moderate use I could get 1.5 days battery life from the Note 20 but the S23 Ultra gives me up to 2.5 to 3 days. I should mention I do turn my phone of at night but on the odd occasion I did leave it on the Note 20 Ultra it only used about 10% battery - I haven't left the S23 Ultra on at night yet. I've only taken a few photos but they look good and I'm looking forward experimenting with the camera. So far very impressed.

I bought this phone a week ago and it surpassed my expectations. I upgraded from the Samsung S21 Ultra and expected it to be the same phone with faster processing but it has so much more. The s pen makes it incredibly convenient to write notes on the fly with ease. I am amazed at how much I can customise the phone to meet my needs - changing button functions, changing modes depending on the day and methods of unlocking and more. The camera is next level - the photos have an incredible amount of detail. The only downside is the length of time it takes to discover all of its features because there are so many.

I brought my S23 Ultra on 8th Feb and received it 28th Feb. 2nd day of having the phone it fell on the floor along with my S20 Ultra shattering then S23's screen. So unfortunate. However, the camera I must say Im really impressed with! The camera quality is amazing especially when taking 200mp photos. The battery life is super improved from my S20 Ultra. I went 2 days without charging it and that was with moderate usage of social media, taking photos, and using google maps for navigation. Overall awesome phone, it was just my badluck that it fell on the floor (with the Samsung Frame case on) and broke.

I've just taken possession of my s23 ultra. I'm very impressed with the new range of colours and settled on the olive as its my favourite colour. I'm returning to the ultra after some time away and the major seller for me was the S pen. To those who haven't used it I know it seems gimmicky, it seemed that way for me too. But when I changed phones and lost access to on board stylus I realised how much I used it and had become reliant on it's precision for complex work tasks (or even just a camera remote, great for group photos!). I'm stoked to be back on board with my galaxy and am looking forward to seeing what other innovations have come about since my Samsung absence.

From Galaxy Note 3, 5, 8 & 10+, I felt like there was a big change owning and using those past series, until I started owning and using this one, the big one Galaxy S23 Ultra. It is a real upgrade and the real best experience I have ever had with a phone. I did not want to leave my Galaxy Note 10+ which I had for about 3.5 years however, I have had the Galaxy S23 Ultra for only over a week now and I do not regret for one second, or one bit however you want to it across. It is a perfect phone which gives that comfort and greatest experience. I love it!

I bought this because my trustee Note 9's battery is draining faster than usual over years of use and I refuse get the battery replaced compromising its water resistance. The Note 9 represents the absolute peak of an era in Samsumg and I want keep it as a relic as I am a fan. To the point. I'm absolutely happy with my s23. Coming from the note 9 I can truly appreciate the up to date software and its camera. Needless to say the battery truly amazes me. I'm happy to stay in the Samsung family and use the new s23 ultra seamlessly with the watch 4, tab s7 plus and the buds. I hope Samsung add the micro sd card expansion back to the line ups ahead. I miss that hardware feature

Ive always gone for the top market gaming phones, purely from the performance stance. Rog series, black shark pro 5 but i made the switch for the mainstream case options. This phone is better than i expected, the UI is seamless, easy to navigate, amazing battery life. Charges pretty slow compared to other phones on the market but with the battery life i dont mind. The camera is amazing, the buggest upgrade switching from a gaming phone was the 200mp camera. I left samsung years ago after being viciously loyal because i felt they were getting stale on ideas but this phone won me back. 10/10 experience

It has been almost 10 since I bought a s23 ultra. User interface is the best on the world, including brightness, smoothness, quick, responsiveness. However, I would like to mention couple things that needs tob changed/improved. 1. When video calling via internet mobile, it gets noticeably hot. 2. Improve pocketability! Corners can even rip pockets in long run. 3. When typing, there is black bar at the bottom, that takes some of the screen. I hoped there was a check box for this. 4. Round corners increes the chance of breaking the screen. I wish this phone gets better and better, since I am a fan.

Very glichy, no aux port, the phone takes 40g storage. Overpriced and not even given a charging block, they give you a ctype to ctypre cord, so you need to buy a block separately. I would also recommend buying a case and screen protector separately. The case and screen protector I got were cheap plastic. You can get glass screen protectors cheaper than Samsung's piece of plastic. The phone itself is not impressive, bixby does not work. The camera is ok, it's honestly no different to my cheap oppo, it would have been nice to be given a phone with the value of $1400.

I had the S10+ for years which I loved, then a Z Fold 3 but it was time for an upgrade. I saw on line that Samsung had a very attractive trade in bonus plus an instance eVoucher for the new S23 range so I pulled the pin and purchased the S23 Ultra and wow what a great decision that was, obsoletely love this mobile, love the battery life, the 100MP camera, 8k video recording, the screen size and resolution, the S pen and best of all it does what I want in a mobile, a large screen and easy to use phone for its size. I highly recommend the S23 Ultra.

Been debating about buying the Galaxy S23 Ultra for a while now, (even though I certainly didn't need another new ph!) but finally, 2 wks ago I gave in & bought one while it was on sale: I decided on one of the 512g Lavender ones, & I'm so happy I did, I love it! Must say, the pretty red colour was very tempting too. The phone is a great size, has some awesome features, & I love the cool little 'click in' pen. On top of that, you just can't help but want to take lots of pics, because the camera takes such clear, professional looking photos. There's definitely no way I would ever opt for any other phone but one from the Samsung Galaxy range; they are definitely the only way to go!

I should listen to people advice and don't buy s23 ultra. I purchased a s23 ultra from their online store and the device is always hot. I ask samsung to replace it because it's brand new device and obviously it has a factory fault. Samsung is not responsible for my issue and they ask me the repair process which will take at lest 2 weeks and it completely stop my work and study process and you know repairmeans just factoryrestartand send it back to you with same issue.. This should be replace straight away and samsung is not responsible. I will never shopping with Samsung again, absolutely disappointed.

I'd say that most of my complaints refer to what I'd expect a perfect phone to be... 1. I don't care about SPen, so for me, the space would be better used to make the battery bigger and maybe the corners more rounded. 2. I really, really, really miss the retired IR blaster that is still present in all Chinese phones and that alone makes me consider if I shouldn't get one. 3. The camera is really exelent, but I fell the AI doesn't make the pictures look as pleasing as some I've taken with other phones, in particular Vivo and Huawei. 4. Battery charging could be faster. Still, overall a great phone.

First time I ordered a phone on pre-launch and I have been using the phone for the past two months. I love using my phone! Firstly, the WQHD+ screen resolution is gorgeous and makes whatever you watch so vibrant that I often lost track of time. The speakers also sound full-bodied and loud considering it's just a phone. The processing speed just chews at anything you throw at it and I have been spending hours playing games. Lastly, the battery life is ah-may-zing! I go out for a full day from 7am - using Google Maps, socials, calls, camera for photos and videos and watch occasional YouTube video and when I get home and into bed at 1am, I still have 30% battery life left on the phone.

Since making the switch from I Phone recently, I have never looked back. The features and technology is fantastic. The camera is simply brilliant and all of the other features you don't really know about in the beginning just leaves myself wanting to unleash the phone to its greatest potential. Superb value for money. You get exactly what you pay for. It has an impeccable design and although it is slightly bigger than what I am use to I don't even notice it. I cannot wait to open the world of incredible features with the camera. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone. Well done Samsung! You win!

Coming from the S22 Ultra, I was concerned the upgrade to the S23 Ultra would be a minor update, but I've been pleasantly surprised. I picked up the Green colour and its superb. The camera is much improved (especially the Astro mode in Pro), and the battery life is amazing compared to its predecessor. A nice touch reducing the screen edge curvature too, but I would prefer flat like the S23+ and S23. I found the finger print sensor to be the fastest yet (I would say even faster than the fastest Optical sensor, which makes unlocking the phone an absolute breeze. Either way, I think the S23 Ultra is the ultimate phone, and a worthy upgrade from anything released in 2022 (or prior)

I bought the S23 Ultra from the Samsung site about 2 months ago. The primary reason was around the camera capability as I do a lot of sports photography (DSLR) and wanted to supplement this with some video from the phone. I have been amazed at the video and how steady the footage is. I have also been blown away by the photos but more importantly the capabilities of the Samsung editor. Things like reflection removal are a huge time saver. Still learning how to get the most out the stylus but it's very handy for so many things. The battery life is also amazing. I was getting 2 days but changed the recharge to Max out at 80% to give the battery better long term life. Great phone.

I have now had this phone for around 4 months and cant say how happy i am that i made the swap! I use to use iphones all the time and never thought it was worth the dwitch, however after switching phones, i can tell you how much it was worth it. This phone offers a fantastic camera that has capabilities to digital zoom up to 100x, as much is it may seem like a gimmick i have taken some fun photos with the 100x zoom. The display has fantastic colours that you can even adjust in the settings that wasnt even possible on my last phone. It is deffinetly worth a try if you have never owned a samsung before!

I previously had a Samsung s22+, I wanted a smaller phone so went to the s23. It appears the the battery life is better than the s22+ I had. Feels faster. I did the device transfer from s22 to s23. Super easy, all my apps and passwords transferred. No long set up required

I bought one of these and had for 8 months before switching back to iPhone (iPhone 15 pro). Had the iPhone for two weeks before going out and buying another new S23 ultra.. best phone I've ever owned, doesn't get hot, runs buttery smooth, the customisation is just about limitless and the cameras are the most versatile I've seen in one unit. One UI 6 takes it to the next level with improved smoothness and even more features with no loss of battery life or anything else. Don't even mention battery with this phone, lasts the longest I've seen with what tech it's running. Smartphone of the year for sure.

Using it for a week now, pleasant phone, no regrets, very snappy, awesome screen, reliable GPS and Mobile Internet connections, camera zoom is awesome, does not beat DSLR yet on max zoom of 230mm and macro is a bit hit&miss, but still on another level tech wise! Wish there was 3.5mm jack as wireless buds from another vendor just do not cut it microphone wise. Battery is not impressive for the size & weight of the phone, but okay so far not to complain about it, could be better as a back thought of running out of charge for daily use during travels is there. Quick charging with separately purchased charge is fine and quick enough, though providing a cable and no charger is a bit weird.

I want to give more stars as I migrated from the Galaxy S10 to the S23 and the phones are fairly comparable. I do wish the volume were louder on the S23. Where the phone FAILS miserably is speech to text. It is horrible. Slows down the entire day. Never types anything correctly. And it doesn't matter if you're on Google or Samsung software. I've tried both. Can't recommend the phone until that is fixed. It's really painful to deal with. Samsung refuses to respond to the numerous social media posts I've made asking for help. I think they made a mistake somewhere and don't want to go public with it.

I originally went to buy a Galaxy S23+, but a very convincing Samsung salesman steered me to the S23 Ultra when I told him that the main reason for my upgrading from an A32 was improved camera features and performance. It's still too early for a proper review since I've only had it for a week but, so far, I am very happy with its performance and the quality of the photos as well as the hardware itself. P.S. One of the reasons I readily moved to the more expensive phone was the special trade-in deal for my A32 but since it was too late in the day to transfer everything to the new phone, we agreed that I should return the next day. When I did, the only S23 Ultra in stock had been sold!

Purchased in the pre-release period to replace my S21 Ultra. What an upgrade! The phone performs significantly quicker than the S21 with a noticeably brighter screen and big improvement in sound quality. The camera speaks for itself; 200MP delivers a level of detail I've never seen in a camera before and the use of the S Pen to act as a remote makes night photography incredible. I'm very happy with the upgraded features and amazed at the pre-release offer that I was lucky enough to receive. Smart switch made transferring data across a breeze. 1hr to copy all 86GB across without any hassle.

The device itself is amazing. Upgrading from the s20 ultra to the s23 ultra - battery life is so much better and the device works so smoothly. Love the addition of the S pen. Although the device is great the service provided to get the device was a pain in the backside which almost made me move away from samsung. Have been a long term samsung customer since the original s series began and I've never experienced such terrible customer service to make me consider changing to another brand of phone. Maybe it's time to work on the face of the business since the back ends with products is working well?

Having had the S23 Ultra for a week now I'm extremely impressed. It feels very familiar upon upgrading from my S20 Ultra but is leaps and bounds ahead in speed and style. The new camera system is incredible and the quality looks fantastic in conjunction with the high resolution screen. Low light imagery is incredible with the new sensors too. Battery life has been around a day and a half to two days depending on usage which has been very impressive also. I'm also a big fan of how Samsung has worked with app devs to ensure the phones cameras are properly utilised across their applications.

I brought the new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra a couple weeks ago. The phone its self is the same set up as my previous note 10 plus. Was expecting a little bit flashier icons or widgets since my previous phone was 6 years old. It Definitely runs fast and the battery is amazing Camera lives up to its online compliments - really is the camera of all cameras . Overall its a great phone - it didn't wow me like I thought it would.. especially with the heafty price tag !! Im a big fan but Feel like Samsung peaked about 5 years ago.

Bought this phone in one of the online only special colours (lime), 256gb. It's my first new phone in 6 years, as no other phone had impressed me enough beforehand. The camera is incredible, with excellent photos in low light settings. While I don't use the pen all that much it's still a pretty nifty feature, the large screen size is very helpful as someone with sub-optimal eyesight. And the battery life is incredible, I always charge mine every night anyway, but it usually still has over half charge on a regular day of usage. I truly believe this is the best phone on the market currently in 2023

I have had this phone for about 2 weeks now so I am still finding out new things everyday. The phone is so much better than the S21+ that I upgraded from. Screen is brighter and sharper, the camera is more powerful with better zoom, the phone is not heavy and the squared off corners mean you don't get "cut off" when viewing websites. The fact that the ultra comes with an S Pen harks back to when I had a Note 10 and is a good thing to have for "scribbling" notes and having them convert to readable text. Battery life appears to be greatly enhanced as I get around 50% more battery life when compared to my old S21+. I am very happy that I upgraded as this is a great phone to have and use.

I bought this phone 30 days ago and i have not looked back. I was reluctant to leave my s10 5g behind because it was so reliable, smooth and a great camera. I was so right in choosing a phone which not only has lightning speed reaction swipe timing but an impeccable camera. Using the 100 times zoom and amazing camera features to take stunning shots of mother nature has been the biggest highlight so far. Not only is the camera amazing but the smart features just work so fluently. The facial recognition and the sound quality is definitely second to none. Such a great purchase i am glad i bought it

As an owner of the already solid S22 Ultra, I was questioning if it was worth upgrading to the new S23 Ultra. Wow, that is all I have to say. As an Australian, getting to use a high end snapdragon processor makes last years phone feel slow (even though it's super fast) The new 200MP camera has been amazing to use and the difference in quality from last years camera is quite noticeable (especially when zooming and capturing detaul when zoomed). I've gone from asking people to send me that photo to them asking me to send it to them. Overall, I feel like samsung really delivered this year, if youve been thinking about switching to a samsung, there's really no better time than right now.

I bought my new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra almost a week ago. I love to take photos, thus my choice of the ultra. I am so extremely happy with the stunning photos I've taken so far and everyone of them is capable of being printed as large as I please. After playing around with the settings I have fine tuned the phone to suit me better than any other phone before. My hubby isn't happy with the price, but I'm over the moon with the phone and recommend that everyone should buy one. My only disappointment was I couldn't buy a lavender one, so I bought a lavender case to keep my precious safe 💜
