We're sorry to hear that the performance and speaker quality of your Galaxy S26 FE haven't met your expectations, Msalra, despite being pleased with the screen size and value for money. Your new phone features our latest Exynos 2500 processor, and it's worth noting that when a phone is brand new, users usually activate many applications and set up different features. Background activity is optimised during this time, and performance should improve soon. In the meantime, you can optimise your phone at Settings > Device care > Optimise now. Your phone also features a hybrid stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support. You can adjust your speaker settings under Settings > Sounds and vibration > Sound quality and effects. If you need further assistance, our Support Teams are happy to help and can be reached via the contact details and opening times here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we hope this information is helpful. ^EW at Samsung Support

We're glad to hear that, overall, you feel your Galaxy S26 FE is a good phone, Justin, and that you plan to keep it for the next few years. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback regarding the unboxing experience, the difficulty transferring data from your previous phone, the battery life, the removal of the microSD card slot, and the pre-installed apps. Your new phone’s battery may seem to be draining faster than your previous device even though you’re using it the same way after purchase. In the first few days after purchase, users usually activate many applications and set up different features. The frequency of background operation is optimised during this time. Battery usage time may seem shorter; however, this is part of the setup phase of your new phone, and you will soon begin to see improvements. You can find out more about this process along with some great optimisation tips here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-if-the-battery-of-my-new-phone-seems-to-be-draining-faster/ Regarding the SD card slot, many customers now choose to take advantage of cloud storage services, which help keep files accessible and backed up, as a storage card can become corrupted, damaged, or lost. Services such as Samsung Music, Microsoft Excel, and Google Wallet can be downloaded from the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store if they're not already installed on your device. If you'd like further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Teams, who are happy to help.
