How do I cancel a subscription in Galaxy Store

You can cancel a subscription from the Galaxy Store menu. You must be logged in to Galaxy Store in order to see your subscriptions. After you cancel a subscription, you can still use it until the service period ends.

Please note that these instructions pertain to the Galaxy Store, and not the Play Store.

How to Cancel a Subscription via Galaxy Store

Please note: Even if you cancel the subscription service, you can still use it until the service period ends.

Step 1

Select the app/subscription you are looking to unsubscribe from.

Tap “Unsubscribe”.
