Adding Tags to Photos and Videos on my Galaxy Phone

Add Tags to Photos, Videos and even GIFs saved in your Gallery to group similar content together - this could range from a particular beach you've recently visited or your Family Pet. Whatever it is, once you have added the tag to your Photo or Video you will always be able to search for it by typing in the tag. Follow the belo guide for step-by-step instructions.

1 Head into the Gallery app icon Gallery app
Launch the Gallery app
2 Long press a Photo or Video you would like to Tag
Long press File to select
3 Tap on More button icon More
Tap on More
4 Select Add Tag
Select Add Tag
5 Type in the related Tags then select Plus icon to add
Tap on plus icon to add tag
6 Once you have added in all your related Tags tap on Save
Select Save
7 To search for the image or video tap on Magnify Glass icon and search for that specific tag. (E.g. Beach, Landscape or Food)
Tap on Magnify glass icon
8 Select the Tag you would like to review
Select Tag you would like to review
9 You will then be able to see any Photo, Video or GIF that has been tagged with "Landscape"
