Changing the Network Mode on my Samsung Phone

If you are in a low reception area and you are having issues getting a decent signal you may need to revert your Network Mode from 5G/4G/3G/2G to 4G/3G/2G. If you are unsure how to change your network mode, follow the below guide for more information.

If you are experiencing network issues or perhaps you are unable to change your Network Mode, please try restarting your device and retry the below steps. Alternatively, you can also reach out to your Service Provider.
