How to register your Samsung product

If you're looking to register your new Samsung product for warranty, you have a couple of options. You can mail in the warranty card that should have been included in the packaging of your product, or you can call 1300 362 603 (Toll Free in Australia) and ask our Samsung Care experts to add your new product to your account.

To register a mobile device, you will need the IMEI, Serial number and model code of the product. If you are registering other products like tablets, smartwatches, monitors, TVs, fridges or washing machines you will only need the serial number and model code.

Register your Product online
1 Open a web browser and search Samsung Home then click on Sign in with a Samsung Account

Note: If you do not already have a Samsung Account, check the page on How to Create a Samsung Account.

Click on Sign into your Samsung Account
2 Log into your Samsung Account
Sign into your Samsung Account
3 Click on NEW PRODUCT REGISTRATION
Select NEW PRODUCT REGISTRATION
4 Type in the product details then click on Validate

Note: Check the page How to find the Model number and Serial Number to locate these details on your product.

Enter the serial number then click validate
5 Select the Purchase date and attach your Proof of purchase
Enter in purchase date and proof of purchase then click submit
6 Once the product has been registered you will be able to view within My Products

Register your Product via Samsung Members
1 Launch the Samsung Members iconSamsung Members app
launch Samsung Members app

Note: You will need to sign into your Samsung Account to register any of your Samsung Products through Samsung Members. If you do not have a Samsung Account or are unsure of your Username/Password, head to the Samsung Account Login page to locate/ create your account.

2 Tap on Get Help icon Get Help
Tap on Get Help
3 Select a + Add
Select Add
4 Select how you would like to register your product
Select how you would like to register your product
5 Tap on the Product type
Select product type
6 Add in your Purchase date and Proof of purchase, the select Register
Enter in the product details then select Continue
7 Once the product has been registered you will be able to view within My Products
