Galaxy Z Flip comes with a 24 month express warranty, which complies with Australian consumer laws and regulations.


Customers will receive a one-time* screen protector attachment service free-of-charge (FOC) at a Samsung authorised service centre in the event the original factory fitted screen protector is accidently damaged. This service is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.


Charges may apply in the event of physical damage.

Galaxy Z Flip main screen replacement or repair within 1 year

You are entitled to one-time screen replacement within 1 year from the purchase date of the device at a discounted price.


One-time screen replacement is applicable to the internal, foldable Galaxy Z Flip main screen.


Once your device has been assessed by an authorised service technician, you will be contacted regarding applicable fees.
