Why does my TV change settings automatically?

Your TV changes settings automatically as this is set to Store Demo. In this mode, any changes to the picture or sound settings will switch back to unit's original factory settings after every 30 minutes. Your TV must be in Home Use to function normally.

 

Follow the instructions below to change settings from Store Demo to Home Use:

1 Press the Menu button on your remote control.
2 Navigate to Support > User Mode > Home Use.
