[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ‘I received this refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ There are three things that need to be considered when buying one of these or an American equivalent. They are:- 1) make sure that entry to your property is wide enough and there are not too many steps. 2) Look at the width and height and make sure they will go through your doors in to it's final resting place.3) Where your appliance ends up, make sure you have a water supply to plumb it in for the ice maker. I do not have a water supply anywhere near so will not be able to comment until I have arranged for water to be fed to it. I told my wife we were getting this to review, at first she was pleased because she was fed up of the broken drawer runners in the freezer of our current FF. Her next comment was where will I put all my stuff!!. When the appliance was delivered it was straight forward and it was soon up and running. There is hardly any noise from the motor when running much much quieter than anything we had before. We started to load up with the contents of our other appliance and my wife kept saying wow! look at the room. we got everything and more into both the freezer part and the fridge. One criticism was there was a lack of a small shelf for small condiment and chutney jars, so we bought a small add on shelf which does the job and can be seen in the attached photo. We have now had the FF for just about a week now and every day my wife say's,"Wow I love my new fridge)" she has been won over. I cannot praise it enough, the fit and finish is superb. Goodbye to finger marks. The Freezer compartment is well designed and items can be easily got, with a little bit of forethought. One of the real pleasures is to see metal drawer runners, goodbye to flimsy plastic. Would I recommend this Fridge/Freezer? Yes without doubt!

I received this refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposes.' Delivery - excellent 5* Installation - excellent 5* When first opening the twin doors the most obvious feature is the abundance of storage space available even the way the door space that is home to the ice / drink dispenser has been well thought out unlike my current device where the space in that area is wasted. My wife is delighted with the freezer compartment, our old one (six years- is a side by side so the storage for the freezer was a little more precarious opening it is an art to make sure nothing falls out) with a little thought and consideration the freezer can be stocked so that everything is accessible. I like the fact that the water filter is changed from the front so no more pulling the device out to change the old filter. If I was to have a criticism it would be that unlike my previous device the doors are not self closing and it is slightly more noisy but not to an annoying level

The color which is Tuscan is beautiful, you can’t tell from the photo but it sometimes looks gray and sometimes it looks brown, I love it. I am an avid Samsung fan and have televisions that are Samsung this refrigerator totally exceeded my expectations it is very roomy everything is easy to get to and I like the fact that I am able to control the temperature and it has an alarm to alert you if the door was left open. That was an issue I had on my previous one where the door would always be left open and I would find out a little too late so that is really a very neat feature I would totally recommend this refrigerator I love it

I like how the storage is huge, in both compartments, the fridge, and the freezer and love the deli tray as that where ham, cheese, and small things go. The only thing I do not like about this fridge as the french doors don't close on their own and I have to press the doors hard to shut it. But, at least there is an alarm when the doors are not properly shut so you know they didn't shut properly. I wish the door had more storage to keep bottles and condiments. There is not much place for high containers or packages on the inside shelves. Overall, I love the product as it fulfills its purpose of a huge fridge and has lovely features to use.

It easily accommodated what we had in our previous fridge with plenty of room to spare. The easy sliding drawers make it a breeze to work with. The freezer is more spacious than it looks , to our surprise, it held everything we had previously with a bit to spare. The digital temperature control settings and Alexa compatibility make this an A+ in my book and something I would definitely recommend to others.

One of my favorite features is the cool select pantry. We are currently using it as a deli draw but looking forward to using the temperature control for other purposes. I also love the adjustable shelves which adds to the versatility of this applance. All of our food and items from our previous refrigerator fit in perfectly and we even had room to spare! The freezer is spacious as well. It is bright and easily to reach things from the shelves. The door alarm will definitely come in handy with our family who sometimes forgets to close the refrigerator door! All in all, I am extremely impressed and would highly recommend this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't think I needed a new fridge till I got this one. I like that I can be anywhere and check on my fridge from my phone. I set alarms to go off if the doors are left opened to long or if the temps change. No more worries about the kids leaving the door open some. The ice maker works good and having filtered water is nice. And the system doesn't take up as much room in the fridge as I thought it would. It seems to be pretty quite over all and is more efficient then my old one. The stainless steel is nice, and is for the most part fingerprint resistant and wipes really easy. Having shelves that can adjust and even have one that can fold up to make room for tall items is great. French doors seal nice and make it easy to store big items. Freezer space is plenty and it being pull out is actually better then I thought it would be. Things are stored better and easy to find. Over all I am happy with this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new fridge. I got the 23cf one and it is the perfect size for my kitchen and my family needs. I have yet to fill it up. The French doors make it so easy to get larger items in and out of it and I can now store platters with ease. I love, love, love having a ice and water dispenser and it works great. Being able to set an alarm and set the temps from my phone is awesome and fun. The led light doesn't hurt my eyes when I open the fridge either. And having shelves that can either go up or retract back means I can finally fit soda and juice bottles. The freezer fits a ton of stuff and I like having baskets and the divider. I don't have to worry about things falling out and I can organize things for easy finding. I also like that it is counter depth, it's on a wall alone right now but we will be adding cabinets to that wall soon and it will all look nice and sleek. The fridge is very quite and looks awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 28.5 cu. ft. Samsung refrigerator and love it! The delivery went smoothly and the people delivering were nice and had it installed within 30-45 minutes. The entire refrigerator was wrapped in some kind of cellophane that needed to be removed and that was really hard to get off around the edges. The refrigerator is so spacious and has so many separate places that you can put stuff and control the temperature. It makes it so easy to organize and see everything in it. There is a drawer that you can keep different kinds of food/wine/beverages and adjust the setting just for that drawer based on what you are keeping in it. I love the features on the inside where it tells you what temperature both the freezer and fridge are at. The color is a Tuscan Stainless Steel and looks so nice. No finger prints so up on it. The on-the-door water and ice makes it convenient for a quick cold glass of water. The only thing with that is that the crushed ice is not real crushed, it comes out in bigger chunks.

This Samsung fridge and specifically the color of Tuscan ... which I can describe as a mocha color. Very beautiful finish and the fact that your fingerprints don’t stay on the fridge is awesome especially if u got kids. The space this fridge has along with its freezer at the bottom is great I had so much room left after I had just transferred frown a fridge that looked full before. I suggest removing the plastic from the door also before putting on the handles as I learned the hard way and now I’m pulling away in pieces the plastic that’s left . But that was my error. There is n app also u can get alerts of if the fridge door stays open ... super cool to me. Also you can set the temperature from it. There’s also setting for the bins in the fridge for humidity control and since I never had that before I was okay this is very cool . I own Samsung tv’s and other products and this Samsung fridge meets the expectations just as any other Samsung product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung 23 cu. ft. French-Door Counter Depth Refrigerator. The stainless steel fingerprint resistant finish is beautiful and the counter depth design saves valuable space in my small kitchen. Even with the reduced depth, there is a surprisingly large amount of room in the refrigerator. The ice dispenser takes up very little space, and provides easy access to filtered crushed or cube ice and cold water from the outside. There’s a lot of really good features, including Samsung SmartThings allows you monitor and control your fridge on the go, bright LED Lighting, digital climate controls, humidity controlled crisper, and dual evaporated cooling system control. The fresh food compartment is very well laid out, with spill-proof shelves, cool select zone drawer keeps beverages extra cold and two crisper drawers.There’s also multiple compartments on the side doors that easily accommodates gallon size milk, juice cartons and condiments. The digital inverter compressor motor and ice maker are also very quiet, which is very nice when it’s located near living spaces. The freezer compartment has adequate space for most families. Highly recommended for small kitchens where space is a premium.

I received this fridge freezer from Samsung for product testing purposes. This replaced my existing Samsung side by side fridge freezer, which was 16 years old. I wasn't sure, initially, if the French style would be as good for my needs as the American side by side it replaced, but after a few days using it I much prefer it. The compartment design and layout is superb and well thought out. I particularly appreciate the narrow shelf compartment that is great for storing open packets and sachets without fear of them tipping over. Being a French style, the freezer section is at the bottom in the form of a large pull out drawer, which is equipped internally with two compartments. The interior lighting is really bright and allows a clear view in both the fridge and the freezer sections. Having the freezer at the bottom also allows a huge double width fridge compartment and offers vast storage capabilities. The design is very stylish and contemporary and fits right up flat to the wall. It runs very quietly and the cooling is powerful. There is a boost type function in the form of "Power Cool" for the fridge and "Power Freeeze" for the freezer. The ice and water dispenser functions well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the first look, before even opening it, you can see the quality of the product. When you open it, the fridge is deceivingly spacious. The lighting is amazing, and everything is easy to reach an locate. There is no awkward reaching for things crammed in shelves like my old fridge. The glass shelves and clear drawers make it easy to separate and find items without much search. The adjustable shelves is useful for fitting bigger items as needed without having to remove a shelf. When I moved my food from the previous fridge to this one, the difference in the free space was mind boggling. The extras: I love that the water and ice dispenser is big enough to fit bigger cups and pitchers under it without having to awkwardly tilt and spill. The temperature reader and controls on the inside or easy to read and conveniently located where it is easy to spot if there are any issues. The app is also great if you want to super cool your fridge or make other adjustments. Freezer: The only con I have so far is the freezer section. Honestly maybe its just me. This is my first bottom freezer unit and maybe i'm just adjusting to the setup. While everything fit from the other freezer, I'm still learning how to sort and navigate it easily. I wish there was a convenient "pizza" drawer in the freezer as I usually have 2 pizzas in there and not all of the boxes fit easily in the drawers. In the end the positives far out weight any cons I have. I would highly recommend this product. It would be a beautiful addition to any kitchen.

I am more than happy to have a chance to buy a Samsung 28 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door, full Depth Refrigerator with CoolSelect Pantry™ in Tuscan Stainless Steel. I would like to talk about the CoolSelect Pantry™ mainly. I put about 25 cans and bottled drinks in the pantry to keep them cool. It is a huge capacity. My family can always get cold drinks without a sudden ending. For the CoolSelect Pantry™ temperature, there are three modes: beverage, deli or wine for select. which is from 34°F – 41°F, for chill or defrost food to ideal temperatures. To defrost, I just take away some drinks and put the frozen meat in the pantry one day before. It is easy and clean. There is a divider in the pantry drawer, that I can keep some dry food in the different package on the right-hand side. To keep them well organized. All I want to say is, CoolSelect Pantry™ is a “Cool” design of Samsung refrigerator, and it is a unique design as well that I can’t find in any refrigerator like this so far. The door on the left side of the refrigerator, there are three door bins, space is a bit tiny. But I love that area, I name it “Snack bar”. Chocolate, lollipop, energy bar and biscuit bites are put there, and they are placed in categories. Whenever I or my family want a snack, we just open the left door to take what we want, no need to open all the door just for a snack bar. And the color in Tuscan of the refrigerator is very special and eye-catching. It is not black nor brown but like light black and brown. It’s stunning, it’s luxury, it’s trendy. If it’s a car, it must be a dream car.

i have had this refrigerator for about 8 months now and have been mostly pleased with it - the ice and water functions work well and it keeps everything at the correct temperature. it does a great job of managing space and has lots of interior room for the size. however, the crisper drawers are not sealed and watertight! there is a small gap at the front bottom of the crisper drawers that allow liquid and small particles to pass into that can't be reached with any type of cleaning utensil! i have never had crisper drawers that aren't water tight before! it is a poor design that could easily allow mold or bacteria to grow easily in a spot that could be out of sight.

O suporte informa que a peça não tem como ter defeito ("5 estrelas" pois 0 chance de ter defeito de fábrica), ou que minha cozinha é muito disnivelada (mostrei um nível na vídeo chamada, onde os locais estão no prumo) - Tenho de pagar visita técnica para instalar (colocar na tomada, aparentemente) , o que incluiria o "nivelamento". Mas se a peça estiver com problema, ele abre chamado na Samsung mas quem paga a visita técnica aparentemente continua sendo eu.

I bought this fridge 2 months ago. I don't know what all the horrible reviews are about - it works fine! The only complaints I have are oversights on my part. The biggest would be the fact that there doesn't seem to be any way to dump the ice bucket. If I want to fill a cooler I'll have to stand at the dispenser forever. I'm also surprised a big fancy fridge like this doesn't have a convenient butter tray or egg tray.

I received this refrigeratorfrom Samsung for product testing purposes. I am totally in love with this fridge/freezer. There is so much space and yet everything is within easy reach. I love the 2 drawer freezer compartment - lots of room and easy to get to everything. The main fridge is huge and hold soo much more than you would think from just looking at it - it feels like the Tardis!!! My only minor issue was the limited space for small jars of chutneys etc ( I think because of the space the ice-maker takes up) but problem soon solved by buying a small perspex drawer on the internet which is perfect for the job - see photo. I really can't say anything negative about this machine - it's amazing.

The water dispenser on the front of the fridge drips and will accumulate water on the tray when not in use. Since the tray is mostly a flat service, the water starts running down the front of the fridge. I have had 3 service tickets from Samsung to repair the fridge. First time the tech replaced the valve for the water line on top of the door which did not work. The second time he replaced the entire water system, which did not work. The third time they noted “no defect found” on the service report said there was nothing more they could do; but the fridge still drips... I am disappointed that the fridge still leaks and Samsung is washing their hands of the situation. I would not recommend this fridge.

Looks very smart. Love the drawer in the middle. Plenty of space in the fridge. However it didn't take long before we found a problem with the ice dispenser - it stopped dispensing ice. Then we found it to be completely iced up inside. We had to switch off and defrost it to get it working again only to find the same thing happened again. Its ridiculous. We paid a LOT of money for a frost free fridge freezer so we didn't have to defrost it only to find that to keep the icemaker working it now needs a WEEKLY defrost. Needless to say we don't use it anymore. When we bought a new TV we went with LG - just would NEVER buy Samsung again.

Absolutely love the finish of this fridge, just replaced our old Samsung American fridge freezer which lasted us almost 20 years so Samsung for me was a reliable option. Having an elderly person in the same household I love the french style doors where fridge is at top and freezer at the bottom as it’s a lot easier to get fruit out at a higher level. Was very easy to set up straight forward instructions took me about 30mins to plug in the new water leads,filter and attach the door handles very easy even for a novice like me. So far so good it’s a lot quieter than the old fridge we had and was ready to fill after a few hours. So far very impressed. Only down side is the freezer isn’t the highest but luckily we have one in the garage for larger items.

Who ever design this obviously doesn’t care to ever clean it. Yes, it keeps your food cold, but its so difficult To remove shelves. The freezer is giant, but the drawer but I can hardly put a1/2 gallon ice cream in the freeze without opening the fridg doors. THe door with the ice maker and water is a joke. My last fridg (Maytag) had the water inside and the ice in the freezer... I wish I got another one like that. I’m currently trying to put the big bottom drawer back and and can’t figure it out. Seriously crappy design and shame on me for not doing more research. Next time I’ll take the dang thing apart before buying it.

overall, the fridge works. purchased on dec 9th, installed on jan 5th. first issue -attempting to adjust freezer/fridge temp. manual doesn't explain panel lock/unlock procedures well. second wifi set-up fails at 39% asks for wifi password, enter the one given to me by smartthings, gives authentication error. started with chat support, completed entire trouble tree checklist, all failed, then referred to a "live person" via phone, did all the steps again all failed i now have a ticket for "expert" to call me in 7-11 business days to assist me with my issue. really frustrating. will update as the situation unfolds...

As you open the double doors, be prepared to be amazed at how roomy it is inside! There is literally a spot for everything! I love that the icemaker does not dispense water or ice while the doors are open! Makes wiping it down/cleaning it up a breeze! The freezer is a little deceiving. I truly thought we might struggle with organization, being used to a side by side model before. I was COMPLETELY wrong. So spacious, and yet so easy to see everything that is inside! Highly recommend!

I bought this refrigerator in November 2020. Less than 3 years, I had the ice machine replaced. Less than a year of the replacement, the ice machine is broken again. The magnetic piece that connects the doors when closed is broken. The shelves are cheaply made. I've had 3 shelves to break. To replace the shelves are extremely expensive. It seems like it's made with very cheap plastic that easily breaks. Worst refrigerator I had and repairs are extremely expensive. The only reason I haven't replaced it is because the color matches the rest of my appliances. DO NOT BUY, IT'S NOT WORTH IT TO HAVE THE UNIQUE COLOR.

love the look, counter depth, interior space, led lighting, quiet, efficient ice maker--all positives. the learning curve in storing has taken time. this replaced a side by side so have struggled a bit. the shelves are reasonably adjustable but still working on figuring some of that out. here are the issues: the door shelves that wrap around the ice maker are virtually useless. control by an app? why? useless. finally, and most important, i did not realize that the water filter could not be replaced without shutting off the water. the 16 year old unit i replaced did not require that. a huge disappointment.

Water dispenser would not shut off. We tried to get support online and the wait was over six hours. We phoned the 1-800 number. They told me that since the product was 14 months old that it was now my responsibility to repair it. 14 months!!! You pay approximately $2,000 and the product begins to fall apart after 14 months. This is complete garbage. The only help they offered was a phone number for a repair man that I would have to pay for. The faulty product created a lot of water damage. We had to turn the water off to the fridge and now not use that feature at all (keep the water valve shut off). Seems like a problem with their design or poor quality parts. Do not buy.

Our new Samsung French-style fridge freezer has just been installed to replace our old reliable American fridge/freezer after 18 yrs of service! We were lucky to find a model that fits into the original space, and could not be more pleased with how it looks. Haven’t stocked it yet as it’s just been installed, but already it looks like there is much more space for our family’s needs.

Do not buy this fridge or any other Samsung household appliances!! If I could I would give this fridge zero stars. The coils in the back of this fridge freeze up so bad that the ice builds up and starts hitting the fan until eventually the fan stops turning all together and our food starts to spoil. It is difficult to know when the temperature of the food starts to change because the temperature reading on the fridge stays the same. We had to find out the hard way when our child got sick because the food was not at the proper temperature. This started before the fridge was one year old and now we have to empty our fridge once per moth to defrost it and constantly monitor our food temps so our family stays safe! We do not keep our fridge very full so this does not make a difference. We will never buy Samsung products again. Samsung appliances came with our new build and we have already had to replace the dishwasher and now the fridge.

our ice maker was always extremely slow even when we first received the fridge. it wasn't that it wasn't making ice, it was just slow dispensing. this was fine. however, now the ice machine is frozen. it does not dispense. it is useless. i've removed the ice numerous time and it just refreezes within a few days. i've tried everything to prevent this from happening, but it does. even when we left for a week without touching the fridge, we came home to a frozen ice machine. please help if anyone knows what to do. it's a constant inconvenience and a feature we purchased the fridge for...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Smart features that come with the fridge. With the Smart Things App on my Galaxy S10+ I am able to monitor whether the door has been left open, the temp of the fridge and freezer, I can even turn off the ice maker. This feature came in handy the other day when my wife was rushing out of the house and left the door open on the fridge. I kept getting notifications about the door being open and I was able tell her about it so she could go back and close it since I was across town in a meeting. I was also able to monitor the temperature and make sure it didn't get too warm for the food in the fridge. The layout of the shelves and storage are well thought out and very flexible. You can slide one shelf out of the way or fold the one next to the ice maker to accommodate taller items. The drink drawer is especially handy because you can set the temperature for it which I love because it keeps my drinks super cold without freezing other things in the fridge.

my favorite feature is the counter depth. for a family of four the ice maker output is not sufficient. the ice maker bucket when full is less than 2 quarts, if you deplete the bucket it seems to have to reset and has taken 24-48 hours to start making ice again. the water line has frozen twice since we installed 7 months ago (never had that issue with previous ice maker). the drawer inside the freezer is incredibly difficult to slide back n forth and is impossible for our kids to move. waited a long time to make this purchase and am really disappointed in samsung's quality.

i purchased the refrigerator about almost three years ago. for the first two years it worked very well. just outside of two years, water started dripping from the ice maker. after time this got worse and the entire ice maker froze solid. i defrosted the ice maker but the problem continued over several months. after reading that this is a common problem online, i reached out samsung support who said we were out of warranty period. i subsequently replaced the ice maker unit myself but the problem continues to persist even though this is known issue with this unit.

Loved my Samsung French style fridge freezer for 2 years until it BROKE. The automatic defrost function has an electrical component set in the actual back wall of the fridge that is non replaceable - mine corroded in less than 2 years. Samsung sent their repair company to confirm this and I have now been living with a broken fridge since the end of July - the customer support has been diabolical, promising to call back and look into and then no reply until I chase again on a weekly basis, meanwhile my food is going off. My advice would be don't buy!

have had this fridge for about a month now. I can see almost everything inside at a glance when I open the doors. Things would get lost in my old side by side. The bottom freezer is surprisingly roomy and efficient. I especially like the Samsung ap since I have a habit of not fully closing the door or drawer from time to time. Yay! My phone warns me to close it!! The only thing I don't like about this fridge is the ice maker. The ice cubes are very slow to drop and it requires a little patience. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

I don't want to replace a product that does the same thing as the product i had before. Thats why i love this Samsung 3 door counter depth french door refrigerator. Ive been having fun playing with the wi fi feature. It was very easy to use. I just downloaded the SmartThings app, added my refrigerator and i can monitor and control it right from my phone. It can change settings, monitor my filter and has a wizard to make sure it is functioning in optimal condition. This is a really helpful feature. This refrigerator had really updated the look of our kitchen. The design is very sleek and modern looking and its the most fingerprint resistant stainless steel ive ever seen. One of the features i really like a lot is the cool select pantry...its a refrigerator wide drawer that slides out and lets you select the perfect temperature for whatever you store in it. We keep beverages and wine in ours. Its got a high capacity ice maker that is a must for our family and the door alert has saved me a couple of times from accidentally defrosting the freezer!..weve never had that feature before and i really like it! i can fit a lot in both the freezer and refrigerator and everything is easy to see because of the glass shelves and the bright inside lighting. It will hold a lot of tall containers and has an adjustable shelf in case i need more space for tall items. There are also large bins for fruit and produce . The control panel ion the inside of the refrigerator is very intuitive and easy to use. i have always loved Samsung tvs and now i love their refrigerators too!

i don't even know where to start with this thing... the color: not that noticeable in person, online it is far more red. guests think i am lying or colorblind when i tell them the appliances are supposed to have a reddish tint to them. i understand why stores don't have tuscan stainless ice max ice maker: worked from january 2020 to about april 2020, then as it started getting warmer in new england the efficiency of the ice maker went way down, unless the ice maker was broken. advertised to hold lots of ice, but the fine print should say that it will only do that in winter time, some of the time. do yourself a favor, buy another brand and spend less money. they can't even make proper fitting water filters...huge disappointment in a nutshell.

Defrosting cycle issues. First builds up around coils at the back and infringes the fan until the fan cannot move and the fridge stops working. Ice sheets collect below the freezer drawer and sometimes there was frost pithing the freezer (even when we closed it perfectly and the seal was tight). Samsung knows about the frost build-up issues at the back of the fridge compartment with their fridges but has not done anything about this design flaw. There is a class action against Samsung for this design flaw in the uS.

I bought this fridge October of 2019 and just this month the Ice Maker is not working. its only been a 1.5 years and I didn't expect the ice maker to fail this soon. I contacted Samsung and b/c it was out of warranty they had me contact one of the approved repair shop. the repair shop quoted me $800. to have the ice maker fixed. This is quite crazy considering the fridge was $1500. so this fix would be half of what I purchased. at this point I rather buy a new one but it will definitely not be a samsung.

We purchased August 2020 a full package of Samsung appliances, and I don't like the refrigerator, and the gas cooktop, So disappointed. The ice maker does not work and the door dents very easily. Never had any of these issues with my prior fridges - Almaz: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations close properly for both fridge and freezer. Door dents very easily. we’ve had this fridge for 5 mos. good price. the counter-depth looks really sleek & makes it easy to see everything in the fridge. so far, the freezer drawer hasn’t gotten stuck even though we have it quite full. i wasn’t sure i would like a freezer drawer but having one drawer on top of the other makes it easy to use. i like the large drawer at the bottom of the fridge for deli meats and cheese. being able to flip shelves up or out of the way is convenient. we love the filtered water & ice maker on the outside. we don’t run out of ice with four people. i don’t like that one produce drawer squeaks quite loudly & the ice tends to go all over the place, especially if you select crushed ice, but even with the “cubes”. replacement filters are expensive. overall, i really like this fridge.

Stylish design looks superb in our kitchen we chose the stainless steel finish, interior well thought out for maximum capacity and ease of use. Difficult to move could do with lockable wheels on the front as well as the wheels on the back however we won't be moving it very often as the filter can be changed from the front inside without turning the water off. Overpriced you pay a lot of money for the extra features compare with a basic model. I have given 4* only because of the price.

Not having to crouch down and find items in the back of my old freezer top fridge has been so nice! Also, love the versatility of the interior. I cook for a living, so being able to adapt for different dishes and cakes is amazing. The only issues I have is that it won't connect to my wifi, not a big issue but would be nice to take advantage of that feature. Also. The water dispenser is really slow.

After having our previous American style fridge freezer fo 15 years we thought its about time for a replacement . We picked the Samsung and are delighted with our purchase . Its a very nice looking unit and even though its the same size as our old one, there seems to be a lot more storage area in it. Its very well designed with a lot of storage features. It is also a lot more energy efficient than our old model. I would recommend this model on price appearance and design.

I see I’m not alone in my complaints on this refrigerator. We have had it approx 3 years and the ice maker has frozen up more times than I can count, almost monthly lately. I’ve learned how to take a hair dryer to it to thaw it quickly. Ridiculous. And when it does make ice, it is SO SLOW. The water also leaks from the front where you can get ice/water. It has left a water stain on the tray there that will not come off no matter how hard I scrub. In the last year or so it has started freezing random things in the refrigerator part, ruining many salads, vegetables, fruits, etc. Our settings haven’t changed and it doesn’t seem to matter how full or empty it is, stuff just freezes. I’ve never despised a refrigerator as much as I do this one, so much so, that we decided we’d had enough after just 3 years and went and bought an LG.

I bought this refrigerator for cosmetic looks in late Dec 2020 for my newly renovated AirBnb. On June 29, 2021 all power is dead with water from the ice maker is creating a lake on my new wooden floors.. On July 1, 2021, the Samsung service company reports that the PCB Main motherboard is defective and this is a special ordered part. It takes 10 days to come to shop. This was all confirmed through my 3 hours of speaking to all different divisions within Samsung Customer Service. Of course, I would be out of state for a long July 4th weekend and July is the busiest month of the year for Airbnb travel. Anyway, I asked for the part, a substitute part from another fridge, snd then a replacement fridge… anything to solve the issue, but to no avail. I now see that this defective motherboard is an ongoing common problem. This is a DO NOT BUY!!!

i love my new refrigerator! it is so easy to find everything in the french door style and i love the freezer section, easy to store and take out things from the freezer. the cool select pantry is wonderful for dairy items, ie butter, eggs, cheese and luncheon meats. the fingerless stainless steel is wonderful. it does not show any marks at all. the icemaker is wonderful and the water temperature has just the right chill to it.

This is a really classy looking fridge. Very spacious. The problem I have with it is the condition on delivery. The right hand door was badly dented, and I had to wait 5 weeks for a replacement. This also arrived with a dent in it, so I now have to chase the supplier for another door, and wait another 5 weeks. I know accidents can happen in delivery, but I didn't expect to have these issues with a really expensive item.

I have had this fridge for a couple of years - The good? It looks great in my kitchen, I got the copper colored one, and counter depth, it looks great! The bad? 1.) The shelves on the ice maker side of the door are terrible, almost unusable. 2.) The shelf adjustments in the main portion are not great either, tall bottles cannot be accomodated 3.). There are several place in the fridge that are almost impossible to clean, the drawers, the shelves, etc. Terrible!!!! 4.). They did not include the part number for the replacement water filter in the documentation!!!!! WHAT???? I still cannot believe it.... 5.). Removing the drawers to clean, I must de-install/move the entire fridge because you have to be able to open the doors completely wide open! I really wanted counter depth, I love the color, but there are so many bads.....very disappointed...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator almost 2 years ago and it has run with no issues except user learning curve! The French doors make it seem huge and it is so much easier to see what you have and store what you have purchased. I was worried, coming from a side-by-side refrigerator, that the freezer was small but I find it so much easier to store items and find them. Samsung service is pretty good too, if you have questions.

So I loved this fridge at first, I did notice some things at first, the plastic on the shelving broke pretty quickly but in a minor cracked sense, then, the shelf wheels broke for the veggie, still minor.. After about 2 years we noticed water on the floor which would come and go, but thought it was just some ice that dropped. A month ago after 4 years, the fridge started making some loud noises. As it turns out the entire unit in the back froze, and cracked the insulation. The Samsung repair man tells me none of it us under warranty of course, and pretty much its for scrap. Oh also a bit minor, dents really easy, if you have kids, don't expect it to be very nice looking for long. So size wise, great, the ice dispenser isn't the best design, over all it would be good, but sadly looks like we got a lemon, and Samsung aren't to bothered. So ill switch to bosch this time around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an Electrolux for not even 8 years and it started to fail on us. Needed something with counter-depth and could make ice. This fit the bill without needing to spend too much money. Fridge keeps items cold and freezer, too (our last one never hit 0 degrees F really ever)! The stainless steel looks great and there are less fingerprints. Here's to hoping it lasts twice as long as our previous fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In looking for a new refrigerator I needed to make sure it was "counter depth". Many of that variety I reviewed sacrificed space for counter depth. Samsung stood out as one that realized they could provide both features. The design of my new refrigerator shows just how attuned Samsung is to design and practicality. The internal layout is, without question, a very well thought out design that maximizes the available space into extremely useful areas. Three storage drawers make storage and retrieval of items a no-brainer. To say the least, the inside is spacious, well lit, easily accessible and very easy to keep clean. The freezer drawer is laid out very well with upper and lower storage locations making it easy to keep items separated and easily retrievable. As with the refrigerator, the freezer is of a great design. I am extremely pleased with my Samsung and would recommend it to anyone.

It is extremely quiet to the point you cannot hear it run. The water/ice dispenser is handy! The only area where I can see it needs improvement is a holder for the egg cartons! That would be so handy and create more space. Outside of that it is excellent!!

Where to start? App to control is useless. Connectivity to use the app is very complicated. The app functionality takes a user manual to understand. Worse part, fridge won't cool below 50 degrees. Buyer beware...! Do not buy a Samsung Refrigerator. We purchased it because the appearance was so incredibly sharp, but I wish I would have known how poor this appliance would serve us.

Mine is 3 years old and the ice maker doesn't work any more. Also, the door bin configuration is very cumbersome. Some spaces are worthless because they are so thin that nothing fits in them. The shelf height is somewhat adjustable but not enough options for tall things like 1/2 gallon milk. There is absolutely no place for a wine bottle except in the door, which is not where I want it.

the samsung ice maker for the three door refrigerator has a freeze up problem that the company knows about but can not fix. i am on my second refrigerator and the problem is the same. when talking to the repair man he said the company knows about problem and there is no cure. i must defrost with a hairdryer every8 to 12 weeks than use the fd fast defrost setup to return my unit to normal.

We switched over from a double door to a French door and were very skeptical, but in the end it turned out great. The racks on the left - near the ice maker could have been just a bit larger to store thing. The freezer's extra set of sliding drawer comes in handy to store items that need continuous access to.

I finally decided to get a fridge that had an ice maker and water dispenser and I regret wasting money on this brand at all. Fridge is BARELY 15 months old, and its gone through 2 ice makers already. DO NOT waste your money on this model. Not only that, but NO WHERE in the instructions can you find where/how to defrost. Its a massive issue. Buy any other brand. Do not get this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been really enjoying the fridge since arrival coming from a much smaller capacity fridge. The interior space addition has been great for storing food for my growing family. The build quality seems good but not great. There were some initial issues that I believe is more due to the installers and not the actual fridge itself as I found steps in the manual to fix them. Initially had a water drip from the dispenser but once I released the air in the line the drip went away. I also had a bad seal around the freezer drawer which created ice and frost buildup in the freezer. I used the steps to make sure the drawer face was on correctly to fix the seal portion for the moment. Still keeping my eye on it though. I would also have liked a little more flexibility with the shelf positions in the fridge but the actual adjustment options are pretty low. Overall I would say a good mid-level plus fridge and good value for MSRP.

Our last Samsung American fridge freezer lasted 20 years! Sadly decided to say farewell and died on Christmas day.......now replaced by a younger, better model. One can only wish for a similar length of service from this fantastic, well designed Samsung product. One downside is no drip tray for the water dispenser which does flick water on the door occasionally.

Huge shelves big enough for gallons of milk plus all the extras you need! The pantry door is perfect for all my wifes pans of cookies and pies! After some tinkering with the temperatures, we got our fridge at the perfect setting. I especially love the small Cool Pantry drawer. There are really only 2 comments that I can think of 1) the top drawer in the freezer is awkwardly functional meaning that you can put stuff on it but it is not conveniently available and 2) the interior shelves are apparently not adjustable due to the back, center bracket limitations.

I bought this refrigerator about 10 months ago, it has very nice features and you can sync it to your phone though the app to monitor temperature, get alerts if the door stayed open among other things. Only issue I have is that it stopped making ice about a month ago, I've scheduled an appointment for service, hope it's an easy fix.

I love all the space and how organized you can keep things it was very easy to set up . The freezer at the bottom allows for separate for storage as well this is a must have!

We purchased in December 2019 with a full package of Samsung appliance, none of which are great. So disappointed. Ice maker does not work properly. Door does not always close properly for both fridge and freezer. Door dents very easily. Never had any of these issues with my prior Kitchen Aid. Will never buy Samsung again.

Nothing but issues with the ice maker jamming. I download the manual and go to page 58 , follow everything step by step and it doesn't fix the issue. Then if you still need help you have to talk to their Chatbot for 45 minutes, until it says they can contact a repair person, on my dollar to fix. Your appliances are garbage.

just love this fridge/freezer - the only drawback was the 9 month wait to get it. it fit perfectly into the space we had for it - love the counter depth and the french door and bottom freezer drawer. it seems so much roomier than the fridge it replaced even though it is the same cubic feet. again - i just love this fridge.

I bought my Samsung French door refrigerator 4 years ago, had problems with it after 1 year, the ice maker broke after the warranty expired, now the fridge must be defrosted every 3 weeks. Both the problems are known to Samsung, and they will do nothing about them. There is currently a class action lawsuit in the U.S.

Spilt milk today and the milk ran down to the shelf below which covers crispers. Can’t remove glass to get the milk wiped up that ran into plastic mouldings holding glass in place. Also, can’t remove door shelves to wash/clean and had to listen to the non-stoppable binging alarm entire time trying to clean up the mess.

The one exception is, the bottom tray inside is all the way accross the bottom of the fridge requireing you to open both doors to access this tray. It would have been much better to have this tray split into two seperate bins.

Purchased on 7/1/21. Freezer has failed three times due to a faulty dryer which Samsung service (NISI USA) has tried to repair. Freezer is going out again (freezer set at -7 F and thermometer in freezer consistently reads 15 F plus. Ice maker works intermittently but most often doesn't. Awful experience.

The ice dispenser is a little slow and the water comes out a bit fast usually causing some spillage. These are the only negatives that I can find. App is nice too.

This unit only lasted 6months & 2days(February-August) Samsung support has been poor had 4 visits to the unit, repaired twice after each repair tool a new fault developed. Here we are middle of October nearly 3 months now without a working unit. Up the point the unit broke down the unit was working well.

we have had this about 3 weeks now and i really love it. there is so much more space than my old fridge. the only thing i wish i would have known is that there is supposed to be 3” clearance on each side for the doors to open. one door is too close to the wall and does not fully open, but it still works.

This replaced my previous Neff American fridge freezer which had the traditional door layout. I love the spacious feel of the french style layout, feels like there is much more space. Quality feels very good, with good flexible shelf layout and plenty of trays in the doors to keep things organised.
