Installation was straight forward, we did have to download and print a complete users-manual, which seems to be standard these days. We are an older couple and not up to date on all of the latest cooking techniques. The unit is very high tech with touch screen and features we are not used to having. Thus far, it performs beautifully, many features being automatic. Plenty of room for any of our needs. We own numerous Samsung products and are very happy with them all. Would recommend.

Let me just say that in general, the oven controls are not very intuitive and there are limited instructions available in print or on-line. We are certainly enjoying the air fry option in the lower oven, but we are disappointed in the air-fry options in the upper microwave. The microwave only has options for set menus for air-fry. Overall, the oven seems to be a winner, but time will tell. Still trying to figure out all of the options and the "smart things."

This appliance lasted for 13 months. The display would glitch intermittently for a short time so we couldnt prove there were issues. It would also ding randomly when it wasn't in use. We think the control panel is the issue. Because it is past the one year warranty, Samsung is doing nothing to fix this. It looks beautiful but for $4000 I wish I would have picked something more reliable.
