Absolutely love my new double ovens. Still experimenting with what they can do. So far have used bake and convection operations. Looking forward to using the air fry and dehydrator functions. The display is wonderful, easy to read and very responsive to the touch. The oven can be turned on remotely and the panel has several options for display. Has a easy pullout shelf that will help reaching in for items. There is a screensaver, but i have yet to figure out what it actually does. Right not thinking it just means that the whole panel could go dark if desired. Mine is matt-black glass. Looks really sharp too.

One of the things we like most about this oven is its compatibility with Alexa. Alexa is a dominant force in our home, and she and Samsung work well together. We were concerned that the stainless matte finish might not match our older Samsung appliances in black stainless, but the colors and finishes look great together. Ik

Wish the cooking completion "jingle" could be changed. I'd prefer a simple tone rather than being serenaded. Screen is larger than I thought it'd be (a welcome surprise). I also wish the microwave would accepted, e.g., 90 seconds and understand it's a minute and 30 seconds. Mostly just a huge learning curve coming from an eleven year old appliance. Not hard, just so much new items to learn. Hoping all the features live up to our expectations.

The features and options with this wall unit are way beyond the unit we just replaced. I have a lot of learning to do, but I’m excited to try all the new options. The unit is comparable in size/capacity to similar units. Big enough to fit the ham in a roasting pan. The design of the user interface is easy to navigate. With 10 timers that can be programmed with names, you can track everything you are cooking. The technology of all the options in both the microwave and oven is impressive.

The unit looks fantastic and matches the premium Bespoke design, but the functionality doesn't live up to its price. The lower oven works perfectly, but the microwave has been a major disappointment. The microwave door sensors are extremely unreliable. It constantly displays a "Door Open" message and stops the microwave in the middle of use, even when the door is fully closed. This makes the microwave frustrating and, at times, practically unusable. This is Samsung's premium Bespoke built-in wall oven, and I have Samsung appliances throughout my home without any issues. Unfortunately, this expensive unit has been the exception. A premium product should perform reliably, and recurring door sensor errors are simply unacceptable.

Supposedly the default setting is at 100% power. A 1/2 cup of water in the microwave for 2 minutes is medium hot, not boiling. Our free standing microwave boiled the water in 55sec. The instruction manual that came with unit is less than helpful. The oven is nice but has a lot of features i would never use. 5 stars for the design of the unit, 1 star for the Microwave and 3 stars for the function of the oven.

I opened the original undamaged packaging to find a defective interior porcelain finish inside the lower oven door. After wiping the interior cabinet before the first use, there was chipped paint flakes inside. I contacted Samsung to report the issue and was told that it was not covered by warranty even though it was clearly sent defective with photo evidence provided that showed the defect right out of the box. Buyer beware.

I am extremely disappointed with my Samsung Bespoke combination wall oven. The microwave portion developed a serious problem where it repeatedly says "Door is Open” even when the door is fully closed and properly latched. The microwave stops operating unless I physically press and hold the left side of the door/handle. For an expensive Bespoke appliance, this is unacceptable. A microwave should not require someone to hold the door in a certain position just to operate. The problem started relatively early and has progressively gotten worse. I expected much better quality and reliability from Samsung, especially for a premium appliance. Unfortunately, my experience with this wall oven has been very frustrating. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable combination wall oven.

Unfortunately the touchscreen stopped functioning properly so we tried replacing controller boards but the problem ended up being the touchscreen membrane which could only be purchased as a sandwich with the other controller boards but was discontinued by Samsung. We are giving Samsung one more chance in hopes that this system will hold up better on the touchscreen. We do like the layout better and touch door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] FYI, there is only one sound option, which is musical and can at times be annoying. Also, the music will sound 3 times once the oven is pre-heated. One time is enough! The gliding rack slides back into the oven before I can set a pan on it. It would be helpful if the timer display would stay on until the time has completed, so I know how much cooking yome remains. Hopefully a software update will help, otherwise, overall, it cooks evenly and is a good product.

Hands down some of the best packaging I have seen. No scratches, no dents, not even a finger print anywhere. Powered on and setup took less than 5 minutes. Tested oven and microwave. Oven preheats fast, up to 400* in under 2 minutes. Microwave is huge and heats food fast. Very impressed with all of it!

The duo oven seems to work well but I have only used the upper section at this point. Perhaps because it is only half of the oven, it preheats much faster than our previous electric oven. Completely love the all white gloss finish but it also takes time to get comfortable pushing on the oven door to open. I may have preferred a button that caused the oven to open itself.

when working everything is great, it looks good and operates very well. Water drips (from each side of the top opening) when we open the microwave door. There never seems to be a wet spot. It’s odd! The oven doesn’t have to be on.
