Dishwasher is very quiet but no matter what we do to clean the dishwasher, clean dishes first, we end up with stuck on crud. Have tried every detergent there is and same thing. To get to the filter in this dishwasher is a nightmare too

Did they actually TRY to load this boat anchor before bringing to market? I don’t think so. Nothing fits. Dishes fall over no matter how try to load them and hit the top (they are “normal” sized plates), glasses and cups don’t fit properly, you have to REALLY push the door EVERY time you close it, its like the springs don’t work properly. I’ve had dishwasher my whole life, never hated one like this. Don’t waste your money. Samsung, SHAME on you.

Wow, what an awful dishwasher. Has never worked right since we got it and it's only 3 years old now. Glasses are never clean even though we clean the filter often. Heat from the dishwasher doesn't seem to be able to escape the sides, so when we pulled the dishwasher out to fix it one time, I noticed the steam has started to eat away at my NEW cabinets! there is a leak underneath the dishwasher that nobody can seem to find, so it is always tripping the flood sensor, and I have to pull the dishwasher out and flip it on it's side to dry off the sensor. had to do this 4 times in 4 years which I could live with, but now the circulation pump had quit. I have to order a new pump and install myself because I refuse to pay someone to come fix it as I want to spend as little money on this garbage machine as possible until it fully quits (which I'm sure will be soon). Overall it's a nice looking washer, but do yourself a favor and buy a Bosch!

We bought this dishwasher 4 years ago and this past year the rinse agent release stopped working. The dishwasher also builds up gunk and mold very easily so we need to deep clean the filter, which is hard to get out, and the entire inside about 1x/month. It's gross and disappointing that dishwashers are not made with better quality control.

I bought this and returned it directly. Even before water installation we had an error code LC , meaning that there is water leakage. Water is coming from the bottom of the dishwasher.
