This unit does an outstanding job cleaning my dishes and storm wash blew me out of the water on a huge family dinner load. I was skeptical of the top utensil racks cleaning ability, but wow it's never been an issue. The open door air out at the end of a cycle is such a nice feature. Then to top it all off I love that I can see, check on and control my cycles. Switch it on as Im heading out for the day. Knowing it's completed when Im other wise occupied. You've done a stellar job with this one.

I like to wash the dishes when I go to bed, but the kitchen is near the master bedroom. I could hear the old unit, and it bothered me. his one is very quiet. I love the third shelf, it makes cleaning small items easy. The smart things app works well, and allows one to turn on and off. I also like the different cycles, as sometimes I just need a quick rinse rather than a deep wash, but when you need a deep clean Storm Wash is cool. A silly part I really like is that the door pops open when the cycle is done. It is a nice visual cue.

Haven’t been able to finish the install of the dishwasher yet because the supplied power cord doesn’t clip onto the electrical box so the cables are able to move around. Looking at the manual, the electrical box should have a screw that secures the strain relief to it, but that doesn’t exist on the product. Either the box is missing the mounting hook or the hole machined in the box is too because the strain relief of the power cable doesn’t click into it. As a side note, I would like help with this issue. Just posting this here to get the ball rolling because Samsung Home Appliances is closed on the weekend, according to the message I got when I called.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dishwasher it has 2 large racks and at the top it has a small rack/ drawer where large cooking utensils such as stirring spoons spatulas..... or lids for your bowls or jars. It's very quiet. The AI technology is awesome it has multiple settings if you have a small load that will fit on the bottom rack theres a setting to wash that rack only. If you have a Samsung phone the app has a place to add your samsung appliances. After wash is complete everything sparkels/ shines such as your glasses and silverware. Once its complete it sends you message to your phone with a symbol. Also when it's complete it automatically opens the door about 3 or 4 inches.

I'm not a fan of the third rack, don't think the washer is big enough to support it. It took less than a minute to remove, and I've been happier with the unit since removal. The Storm Wash feature is great, makes such a difference both for cleaning and removing any of those after wash residue. Combined with a good detergent, you really can throw dishes after just a light scrape, I rarely even rinse before placing them into the washer The filter is easy to locate, access and clean. Love this dishwasher.

Also its not like the typical white color, its like a crystal one, which gives it a beautiful touch. In addition I love how spacious the dish washer is because it can fit all my dishes and I don't have to wait to put another load in because it all fits there. It has 3 levels, the first one is for the big stuff, then there's the middle level for mid sized things, and lastly the top layer for small things like lids. There is also a section to put straws and silverware, so I really like that.

I have to leave the door open for another 30 min. to an hour for the dishes to dry. It cleans decent if using the 1 hour cycle, I have been putting mine on auto and it seems to do better, but the cycle last for 2 hours and 30 minutes and if you use the sanitize, the time goes over 3 hours, so if you want clean dishes fast use the 1 hour, but you'll have to dry the dishes off before using them. This is just my opinion and each review will give different things that are good or bad. It is definitely a quite dishwasher, I can't hear it when it is running, so that's a plus!!!

The auto opening action at the end of a cycle really does help dry the dishes faster. The top rack is perfect for spatulas and stuff like that. It does a GREAT job cleaning, and isn't that the point. Cons: Once we start it we cannot stop a cycle, not that we do that often. The buttons are on the top lip and are under the counter when closed so it is impossible to access them. To start it it has to be open, you hit the power button, the cycle, then close it. It's not a huge deal just inconvenient.

It has a sleek, modern design that looks great in the kitchen, and the Bespoke styling gives it a more upscale appearance than a typical dishwasher. The StormWash cleaning system does a great job tackling dishes that have stuck-on food, and I really like not having to spend as much time pre-rinsing everything before putting it in the dishwasher. The dishes and glassware come out clean, and the different rack configurations make it easy to fit a good amount of dishes inside. One of my favorite features is the AutoRelease Door. At the end of the cycle, the door automatically opens to help release steam and improve drying. This is especially helpful for dishes and containers that normally tend to hold water. The dishwasher is also relatively quiet while running, which is important in an open kitchen. The controls are easy to use, and the overall design feels modern and well thought out. Overall, I’m very happy with the Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher. It combines good cleaning performance, useful features, quiet operation, and a beautiful design. Love that! also, I've been using the stormwash function deliberately because I get a lot of cups with the hardened on milk (yuck) Stormwash function absolutely cleans off all that, so I don't have to soak and scrub ahead of time. I can't actually say enough good things about this - the extra third rack - genius! frees up space in the rest of the dishwasher for other stuff. Finally - I love so much that it pops open the door when the wash/dry cycle is finished. My last dishwasher was not drying anything - such a pain. This Samsung fixes all that. Very happy about this.

Definitely helps to dry dishes better. Also love the two upper racks! We adjusted the 2nd rack a bit lower and we can fit out glasses easily. Very top rack is great for our spatula, etc. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that sometimes a few dishes don't clean well, then I have to rewash them and clean out the bottom filter. Also plastic cups and Tupperware don't dry that well, but everything else does. Overall compared to other dishwashers I've had, I am really happy with it and love it!

It has an app that advises us when the load has been completed. The best part of all is that it is quieter than our last dishwasher and it performs a better. Dishes come out very clean. It's a great dishwasher that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to upgrade. Before I forget, the app helps you keep track of how many of those dishwasher cleaning pods you have stocked at home. It's very helpful when you're out buying cleaning supplies.

Downside of this exact model is the third rack doesn’t have any adjustable features, but having a third rack clears up a lot of space on the bottom so much so I can barely fill up my silverware holder My most favorite feature has got to be the auto release door, which allows steam to remove from the dishwasher making it to where I can almost instantly put my dishes away versus my old dishwasher. I would have to leave it open for 12 to 24 hours to allow everything to remotely dry.

Love the fact that it is connected to smarthings app. It notifies my phone when a load is done, it also sends notifications for self cleaning, and other regular maintenance. Really well designed which allows for fitting a lot of dishes. Love the third rack for utensils. It did very well in terms of wash performance. It was able to get off light to moderate soil from dishes. Some of the heavier gravy stains needed some pre scrubbing. The second rack is a bit low so you cannot have both racks pulled and take out dishes without bumping into it. But overall a really good and well designed dishwasher for everyday use!

Being Samsung phone users, we were leary about venturing off into the appliance world. The dishwasher we chise had a decent sound rating but also included a third shelf. After we set the dishwasher up on the SmartThings app, I learned you can download extra "programming" for the dishwasher. One of the downloadable settings is the door will pop open after the run cycle is co.plete to facilitate further drying of plastics. Very nice addition!! The dishwasher cleans better than any dishwasher we've owned, and I've tried all the brands by now. Do not hesitate at all with this addition if you are looking to replace your dishwasher.

This is by far the best dishwasher we have ever owned. Dishes come out sparkling clean every single time, and the door popping open to facilitate complete drying means no more damp dishes! We have a rental unit that also has a brand new Samsung, but a cheaper model, and although it cleans really well, the cheaper unit doesn't have the door opening feature, so the dishes are always damp, even when using Heated Dry. The Bespoke model is FAR, FAR superior!

It looks amazing I'm my cabinets and blends in well. It is better made and quality is obvious. The dishes came out clean and it pops open when the cycle is done. This is definitely a purchase I am happy with. I have only had it for a week but so far so good. I definitely recommend it. The glass is also easier to clean versus other materials found on other dishwashers...my previous one had stainless steel but the glass is easier to wipe. It really is fancy looking. I have not used the Smart Things app but I have heard it can be useful and I may try it in the future, it is definitely a high tech dishwasher !

I just bought tge unit and havent run a full dirty load yet so I cant attest to its cleaning ability yet. I can say I''d give it a five for exterior styling and technology being wifi enabled. However upon getting the unit I noticed a glaring omission: There are no adjustable tines in the upper or lower baskets nor are there any cup shelves. It's a bare bones setup. I didn't think they even made dishwashers in 2025 without some adjustability in the baskets. So if you want that, you may want an upgrade from this model. Fancy outside, base model inside.

My favorite feature is the auto release door, which opens up at about four minutes remaining so the steam does not sit inside the dishwasher causing your dishes to stay wet. My previous dishwasher would have to sit open for 12 to 24 hours before the dishes would completely dry. Only feature that I was slightly disappointed and was the third rack, not having any adjustable features to it but it’s not a dealbreaker as it gives me more room to place more stuff in the dishwasher so much so I cannot even fill my silverware holder

I however would not repurchase this dishwasher again due to the interior layout. The top rack only has two height features that aren't 100% functional in either position. If you drop it to the lowest setting, the spray washer strikes and is stopped by plates in the lower rack. If you move the top rack to the highest position, then you are limited on the positioning of bowls and small plates as the utensil rack on top catches upon these items when you pull it out.

This is a bad product. It started having issues before the first year of owning it. I called to get it fixed and they managed to get it to limp past the warranty. Now I have owned it for a year and a half. It gives the 5C code every wash which means it isn't draining right, but even prior to that it left food on the dishes. Now, it wasn't food that was on there before, but rather food from the water that it shot and then dried onto the dishes. This dishwasher is worse than not washing dishes. It makes them dirtier. It is a complete waste of money.

I was trying to stay with Samsung becasue we liked our connected refrigerator from Samsung so much. We have a connected living room, dining room, and kitchen. I was focused on noise when I was evaluating new dishwashers. We are disappointed with the noise level. We need to turn up the TV in the living room when the dishwasher is running. We have switched to a higher temp setting for the water and the run time is over 3 hours, that seems a little like overkill. The auto-open feature was new to us and then we realized there is not a drying feature. In essence the auto-open is the drying feature. The dishwasher cleans very well, but it's not quite what we expected. I would not buy this model again.

It's great in theory, but there is no heated dry. The dryer opens itself when it's done and a bunch of steam comes out, allowing the hot dishes to "dry". In practice, the dishes don't come out as dry as other dishwashers I've had with a dedicated heated dry cycle. It DOES save energy. If that's your top priority, it's a five star machine. If dry dishes are your thing, then it's four stars. Choose your own adventure.

I was shocked at how quiet it is a well. Literally had no idea that my previous machines were so loud until I have this one. Another thing that's really cool about it is the top rack for utensils. I hated dealing with baskets and bending over to connect all the forks and spoons. The top rack really makes it easy and efficient to lay out any kind of utensils. Overall I would highly recommend!

Although I purchased this dishwasher for it's looks and to fit in with the rest of our Bespoke appliances, I wish I noticed the lack of a heating element. Our dishes are constantly wet when removed, even overnight and even with the auto open activated, and it's not what I was expecting. The dishwasher is super quiet, the third upper race is convenient and the dishes are consistently clean, but I just can't get past having to manually dry the dishes every day. I can't say I'd recommend this product to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old dishwasher with the Samsung Stormwash model. Everything comes out spotless! This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. I thought that maybe the lack of a drying cycle would be a problem, but it's not. The door opens automatically at the end of a cycle and the dishes and glasses just dry out when the steam releases. Plus, it sends a notification on my Samsung TV and my phone when done. There's even a third rack for some of the larger knives that might not fit well in the silverware basket.

I am a designer and have a Samsung business account. I have purchased the Bespoke refrigerator, and one of the 2023 versions of this dishwasher. have referred many, many people to buy the pieces from the Bespoke line. I bought this dishwasher a little over two years ago, Of course the warranty expired at 2 years. The repairperson said the parts for my particular model are already discontinued!!!!! So I need to buy a new dishwasher 27 months later!!! While I absolutely love the look of the appliances, so unique with the glass doors. As someone in the design and trade industry especially, recommending appliances to clients and friends. I am extremely, utterly disappointed in the brand now. There is a colossal lack of ethics and business responsibility to customers.

extremely disappointed in my Samsung linear dishwasher. I am on my second one because your control panel box keeps breaking and causes my dishwasher to have no power. I called to ask if that part was revised and of course no one knew. Now what Samsung? the part is not breaking because of misuse. i use it normal and my repair man said how its cheap plastic. i own all Samsung appliances expect my range. revise your parts. also fix your products if you are going to sell warranty's ..that's not professional.

It works just like it is supposed to do, When I learned to start it before I shut it. We use Cascade Power dry in the bin and use Cascade pods to clean the dishes.

When sitting in the living room right next to the kitchen, we can barely hear it when nothing else is on. If the TV is one, we never hear it. We did a test, to see how well it would get dishes clean that had food still stuck on them. When the cycle was over, the dishes we tested with were spotless!! Our other dishwasher could never accomplish such a thing. We are extremely impressed with the dishwasher and the installation services from Samsung.

I just bought this dishwasher. In description it said it has adjustable times. It does not. My previous Samsung dishwasher would allow me to lay tines flat on bottom basket when I needed to adjust for pots and pans or to adjust in general. That is not available in the one even though description say it does. The gaps on the bottom basket are very large which allows items smaller than plates to fall through. Other than these problems it works fine. Very disappointed with bottom basket in this machine.

I am very pleased with my new dishwasher. It has several useful cycles. It’s is surprisingly quiet. The racks ar perfect the top rack is deep enough to for items I could only foot on the bottom rack with my last dishwasher e.g., Air Fryer Basket. Bonus extra top rack for silverware and other utensils. It cleans and drys everything perfect, and the door pops open when the cycle completes to release the steam assist in drying. Finally it connects to my Samsung Smart Things. I love a Smart House.

This dishwasher does not dry, doesn’t have the capability of drying like the other glass face bespoke that I had previously. it opens to dry, so I have to dry my dishes after they’re washed! It completely confounds me how you have all this technology, but I still have to hand dry my dishes to put them away or let them sit for a couple days! Who in the world even thought that that was a good idea… OK so the stainless still doesn’t get fingerprints what does that matter when I’m too busy drying my dishes all the time I barely see the front, cause I have to keep my dishwasher open. Just absolutely ridiculous. I loved the one I had previously but unfortunately after just a year of buying the bespoke glass front for 700+ dollars it just stopped working. This is completely disheartening in every way.

It looks great in my kitchen with the sleek design and shine of the stainless steel. It blows my old dishwasher out of the water in both cleaning performance and quietness. I’m a light sleeper and our old dishwasher was newer and thought was quiet but still woke me up at night meaning we had to leave the dishes for the day. This dishwasher is so quiet we will be in the same room sometimes and I’ll have to hold my hand on it to see if it’s running!!! Besides that it’s also done extremely well on football day cleanups with thick dips and queso which for us is the ultimate test. Great job Samsung!!

The install was straight forward for me (chose to DIY) as it came with everything I needed to complete the install. So far, I have only used the 1 hour wash cycle as a starting gauge to see if I would need to try different options. Even with the 1 hour wash, it does a great job and haven't found myself having to try other options yet (could be due to my habits of prep before loading the dishwasher so YMMV). It also is compatible with Samsung's SmartThings app so you can also help control it via smartphone which is a nice feature. I like how it chimes at any inputs and shows estimated time of cycle. When it has completed a cycle, it will pop open at to aid in the drying process. I also appreciate the very top rack where one can put utensils. Overall, am impressed.

The look and design is great. I like a lot of the features, especially the adjustable racks. The machine isn't as quiet as advertising said it was, though. Directly behind the kick plate it sounds like someone is sloshing water constantly, and has a much higher decibel rating than advertised. The previous washer that we had was much quieter. Also, the drying feature where the door pops open isn't all that effective. It still takes a long time for stuff to dry, just like leaving it out on the counter for hours. The third shelf, the very top one, is not adjustable and it would be nice if it were. The smart features are nice. In closing, if they had added a little more sound proofing underneath the kick plate, this would easily have been a five star review. We added our own sound proofing to help, but it is still quite noisy.

I can even operate init when I have company over and we can visit easily as there is so little noise. I really enjoy the 3rd rack. A lot more than I thought I would. I am more than satisfied with the cleaning ability. Casserole dishes come out spotless even with baked on Foods. The pop open feature at the end of the cycle is a great time saver as the last of the moisture evaporates.

We’ve had this one for about six months now. Although this dishwasher is fairly quiet and does a decent clean (there have been more than a handful of occasions where we had to hand wash something that was in the dishwasher), one thing it doesn’t do is dry your dishes. After the wash, everything comes out dripping and we usually have to leave it sitting for over an hour just to air dry. A good dishwasher is going to do everything including steam dry.

I also like the color and how finger prints don't show up. Especially having two kids that love to touch it. My only thing that I wish I knew when I bought it, is that is takes really long to dry. I do wish they had the heated dry cycle. Rinse aid is your friend if you buy this. Other than that, it works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent enough dishwasher; the cutlery top rack is a nice feature; we were able to take out the bottom insert to make more room, thanks to it; the tines seem to be designed for plates more than bowls, so we feel like we actually fit less in the bottom than in our old dishwasher; the major pain point is the drying - it does not dry! their troubleshooting FAQs suggest adding a rinse aid to help with drying; I don't know why that's the best option.

Will no longer use any Samsung products. We've had multiple difficulties with product breakdowns. Although these products were bought from Costco, the follow-up is with Samsung who does not extend their warranty like Costco does. Also multiple communication difficulties very nice customer service. However, the products are the problem as is their current system. Products such as the dishwasher broke right after the warranty ended.

Our only complaint is the lack of a clean indicator light that so many other dishwashers have. When the cycle completes, it beeps and opens, which is awesome, but how do you know it is clean? Other dishwashers have a very helpful light that goes out after you empty the dishwasher and close the door. Did your design team assumed that someone is standing there and sees it happen, is the same person who started the cycle (not valid in a large household) and does not wait for it to cool before putting things away and has perfect memory? This is a huge miss for Samsung, very disappointed. We are now taping a "clean" sign on the door handle when we start a load and remove it when we finish emptying it. This works but is not a good consumer experience when an industry standard was seemingly just not included for some reason. Otherwise, great product so far!

Having the control button on the top and not on the outside of the dishwasher prevents me from accidentally bumping into the buttons while in the kitchen. The Smart controls are a nice addition, but you can operate the dishwasher from the control buttons on it. Overall, I’m satisfied with my dishwasher and would recommend it to others.

We love the auto open feature at the end of the cycle which enables dishes to finish drying so we aren’t putting wet dishes in our cupboards. Our only concern is that it is sometimes hard to hit the exact right spot on the touchscreen on the top to change cycles or set the delay. Not sure if this is a problem with the dishwasher or us just learning where the right spot is.

This dishwasher was installed by the builder of our home, and it's clear why they chose it—likely the cheapest 'modern-looking' option available. Almost immediately after the warranty period ended, the drawer baskets began rusting severely. Now I have tines breaking off completely, and replacement baskets cost nearly as much as a new dishwasher. Unlike previous dishwashers I've owned, this Samsung model requires extensive pre-cleaning of dishes to achieve even adequate results—despite having filtered and softened water throughout our home. The poor cleaning performance combined with the rapid deterioration of components is deeply disappointing. I'll likely be replacing this dishwasher after just two years of use, and based on this experience, I doubt it will be another Samsung product. The quality simply doesn't justify the cost or reputation of the brand.

It's so quiet that I forgot it was running and then mistook what little sound I heard for leaking water. I was really impressed when I realized that it was just THAT quiet. There is a model that has a lower decibel rating but I'm very satisfied with mine. As far as the third rack is concerned? I think I'd be happier without it. I'd rather have the additional headroom. I haven't gotten around to seeing if it's removable. The dishes generally come clean and they're always completely dry by the time I empty it. I really appreciate that it opens itself to vent steam. Everything else seems to be very straight forward and works without a hitch, including being able to program it with my phone and getting alerts to my phone and tv when the cycle is complete

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Dishwasher DW80CG545012 in Glass White is effective at cleaning dishes and quiet as it does so. The white glass panel complements our white kitchen cabinets, and the best part is you can change out the panel for the color of your choice, it comes with a tool you can use to remove the glass panel. A couple of minor things I see as a negative are the dish holders are not adjustable, meaning you are not able to lower them to put big items flat and the top rack is not as wide to be able to fit big coffee mugs flat as well. There are a lot of positive things, such as the adjustable top rack for height, the many washer settings, remote app to control the dishwasher, and a third rack. One thing I noticed is that certain features for wash cycles are accessed only by the Samsung app and not on the dishwasher itself. Overall, this is a nice addition to any kitchen.
