I preordered the Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 case along with the phone, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this case. It broke within a month of use, and the frontal case became completely useless as it loosened out of nowhere. This looseness even caused unintentional touches on the front screen, which is incredibly frustrating. While the Galaxy Fold 6 itself is amazing, I can't say the same for this case. In all my years of buying cases directly from Samsung, this has been the worst experience. This case should be taken off the market immediately. It's a waste of money, and I strongly advise against purchasing it.

Bought this on release. Lasted a month and a half and the front part of the case randomly broke, never having dropped the phone. Samsung won't bake their product and says they won't approve warranty. Do not buy.

I invested $250 in two cases, and both failed within a month. Additionally, the broken plastic scratched the edge because the adhesive did not hold. Samsung acknowledges the issue but refuses to offer replacements. Considering their stance on case quality, it raises concerns about their phones and other expensive electronics. I've decided not to purchase any more Samsung devices.ever.

I pre-ordered this case with my phone. 3 months in and the front cover has broken. When I took it off my phone - it left tiny scratches that look like the phone paint has peeled off the phone which is super frustrating. Why is the paint even peeling? I have had Samsung phones forever and always bought the cases with it but this case didn't just break - it ruined my phone!

Th front frame at one edge does not hold in place and keeps popping out. Also, for those who are used to pull in and out S pen on note series , this stylus/pen holder is classic example of nightmare. The old S pen was flat so you would not miss in which direction you needed to insert the pen back to the slot; this pen however seems square but it it is not, so you may try to put it back in place on a wrong side and it won't fit.

I bought this product with pre-ordered Fold6 and the front cover broke without dropping the phone. I am confident there's a form of manufacturing defect as many customers also experienced the same thing about the product. I contacted Samsung support but was told there's nothing on file that supports such. Anyways, my wife uses a cover from third-party and that looks solid, better and cheaper than what Samsung offers now. I rate this product a 1.

This case comes with S-Pen for Z Fold 6. I purchased the case for 50% off as a discount when I purchased Z Fold 6. The front cover of the case is too fragile to adequately protect your Z Fold 6 and its hinges. You can place S-Pen in the back case but is sticking out so that it hinders wireless charging. I wish I can return this case for refund.

Terrible quality and pathetic warranty. The website says: "Accessories included with product - warranty period 12 months" But even if you ordered this case/accessory with your phone, they will only warranty the case for 90 days. Mine broke in 5 months from normal wear. It wasn't even dropped. It snapped as I took it out of my back pocket. Given the price, it is a rip-off

I bought this when I ordered my phone because there isn't an s pen included with the phone & I wanted one. I like the pen holder part a lot & the pink case matched my z fold 6 perfectly but the front part of the case is very flimsy & doesn't add much protection at all. The pen is roughly $60 cad by itself but even with that included, this case & pen should be priced closer to $75 cad. It doesn't protect the hinge, there's no magnet & it isn't protective. It's pretty though & the bright coloured pen is cool.

I preordered this case with my Z Fold6 in summer 2024. It saved my phone at least 2 times when my phone dropped on face of the outside display. It comes in two pieces and you should be a bit careful when installing the smaller display part. I like the case after 5 months using it specially holding my S Pen. The only negative part I can say about that is I found it a little slippery. I prefered that has some pattern on edges.
I recommended this product.

Very solid case from Samsung and the S Pen holder is the best on the market. Finger prints are a thing of the past with soft gripable case. Perhaps a hinge protector would be a good addition.

Picking up a new case is always exciting, especially when it has cool features. It's a bummer when something breaks unexpectedly, especially if it hasn't been dropped or damaged. A good, protective case should hold up to everyday wear and tear. Hopefully, there's a way to get it fixed or replaced soon. That's frustrating when a new accessory doesn't perform as expected.

I regret purchasing this product. After just one drop, it shattered my case and damaged my screen. The design is clearly flawed, as it offers little to no protection. When I contacted Samsung about an exchange, they were unhelpful. I can't recommend this to anyone looking for durability. Save your money and look for a more reliable option!

I ordered this upon release and the bottom corner just broke when I was pulling the phone out of my pocket. It didn't even drop on the ground. Samsung says the warranty doesn't cover it. It is really sad to buy a $3000 phone and not be able to get a descent quality cover!!!!!

The case provides adequate protection to the outter body of the Fold 6. The included SPen is great for any art work and notes taking. One thing - SPen lacks the Bluetooth features of using as a camera remote or gestures.

I purchased this directly from samsung's store when I purchased the phone. Plastic cracked within the first two weeks. The CSR asked me to attach a picture of the damage but when I tried pulling it off the phone it broke.

The front panel broke after 1 month, alone , and the phone did not suffer any hit , many others shared photos , I want the pen ,, so this is an issue and the only way to get the pen through this case

I used it for less than 3 months, it was broken. The plastic frame of the front cover is way too THIN. It is absolutely a design failure.
