The first thing I noticed was how smooth everything looks. Games feel way more responsive, especially anything fast-paced. The picture quality is equally impressive. Colors are super vibrant, and the blacks are actually black, not that gray-ish look you get on cheaper monitors. It makes games and even just watching videos look a lot better. I also like the design, it looks clean and modern. It’s a good fit for my setup. Overall, I’m really happy with it. If you game a lot and want an immersive experience the Samsung Odyssey OLED G6 is the way to go.

Since the ps5 system runs in 120hz for most game support. The G6 can run up ton240hz of frame rate. Which is more than enough for me to enjoy these beautiful color rate screen. Pretty easy navigating Control on the monitor too. The 27inch size is a decent size for gaming and can rotate to a vertical side for pc use, and streaming use. The lightning on the G6 is well balanced and it affect any type of room or environments. Highly recommended, a must have gaming monitor for all ages.

When I tested direct sunlight on it, I was surprised with how well the anti-glare tech actually worked. I use this mainly for gaming and with this bring my first OLED monitor I really understand the difference on what type of picture quality it has to offer. The colors have been so vibrant and offering detail I have not noticed in games before. While utilizing the freesync technology, disabling motion blur and having this monitor run at 240hz there is no loss of detail when playing my racing games or shooters. This monitor has truly stepped up my gaming rig and I could not be more happier to try it out. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to step up to an OLED monitor.

The Pantone screen colors really does make the flesh tones look really accurate and I love that it came that way out of the box. I’m partially color-blind and I enjoy having that confidence. The glare free screen makes a big difference as I’m fortunate enough to have a nice work area with sun in the afternoon. However the daylight really means I need a screen that can deal with that. This, combined with the HDR and the 240hz means that I can work all afternoon with no problems. The resolution is definitely an upgrade. It’s especially easy to see as it’s the same size monitor—it feels as though I have much more area to work with!

It is so lightweight and easy to move and adjust positioning on our mount. Out of the box there is hardly any tweaking of settings needed, the visuals are rich and smooth. Even next to an open window the screen remains unchanged and it’s so easy to see even during the daytime. It’s something we look forward to using almost daily for gaming both PC and Nintendo Switch games.

The display has amazing antiglare technology that allows for those deep blacks and vibrant colors to really pop. This can especially be seen when near a window. When I switched from my previous 144hz monitor, I was immediately able to notice the visual smoothness of the 240hz display especially when gaming. I am in love with my new oled and would encourage everyone to consider this monitor as their next upgrade.

Unfortunately is MATT screen coating taking away the vibrant colours of oled. it is still good ,but compared to my friend's (same price) is way less appealing. also companies should write MATT or GLOSSY on the page of the product. as i can see is big difference. also the promotion for resident evil 9 doesnt work outside usa. got the feeling of paying for a brand name more instead of the product. first time got disappointed with a Samsung product. (its not bad, mostly like okayish)

This is essential to me so I can open multiple windows whether I am working, using zoom, using references, transferring information, watching movies, or playing games.. This stand is really nice looking and was really easy to put together without any help needed. I think it would be nice if the monitor came with a remote because it’s a little bit hard to navigate the settings on the monitor with the toggle feature on the unit. I think that the visibility of the screen in bright conditions is fantastic because that is a big need of mine and I’m having no trouble across various platforms viewing my screen during daylight conditions. Anti glare is effective. The high refresh rate definitely contributes to accuracy for movement , and I’m also happy with the small detail when working on spreadsheets . The aspect ratio of the screen is ideal for my work, allowing me to see more at once compared to my previous screen. Overall I am very pleased with the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Odyssey g6 for a few weeks now, mostly for gaming and some regular work stuff and overall I am pretty happy with it. Usage is very smooth and gaming is fantastic on the monitor. I personally do a lot of high end gaming and I am thoroughly impressed with the performance. It has a auto dim feature that protects the panel from burn ins and the blacks and colors on the panel are great. One thing I didn’t expect was how fast the response time feels. There’s basically no noticeable blur during fast movement, which is great when playing competitively. I also use it during the day near a window, and glare hasn’t really been an issue for me. That said, it’s not perfect. The brightness could be better if you’re in a really bright room, and I did have to tweak a few settings to get it looking exactly how I wanted. The menu system isn’t the most intuitive at first either. Overall though, it’s been a great upgrade. At first, he said I really don’t need a new monitor, my existing gaming monitor is still good. I told him just to set it up and let me know what he thinks. He’s been gaming with the Samsung G6 27 more for a few weeks now and absolutely loves it. Mom eased dropped on him, bragging to his gaming friends online. He now has a dual monitor setup, and the difference is noticeable. The 26.7-inch display and 2560x1440 resolution are super crisp with vibrant colors. He’s on his system more now, being immersed in gaming or watching a movie. I asked him what his favorite part is, and he said the refresh rate, it's 240Hz, just insane. He has improved in his competitive gaming due to faster tracking of targets and smooth motions. He plays in dark mode and in dark rooms, and the colors are so bright and vivid. I like that the monitor easily adjusts for him to select vertical or horizontal display. The screen adjustment of tilt and swivel also helps to reduce eye strain after hours of gaming. My son actually told me I was right, this gaming monitor was a great improvement and exactly what he needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 27” Odyssey OLED G6 is almost the perfect monitor for power users. It is equipped with HDMI 2.1 for Gamers who want to play in 4K with higher refresh rates. The QD or Quantum Dot technology has added an additional layer of clarity and sharpness to videos. I noticed that a lot of the colors are vibrant but not over saturated leaving me with ideal picture experience. The monitor is stacked with multiple technologies for user who are concerned about burn in. It has a taskbar detection which dims that area in order to prevent static image burn in. As a user who use windows and Mac I thought this feature was pretty cool. In addition my setup is pretty bright, and I can see the display very clearly. The display is coated with Anti Glare technology which helps reduce reflections from the display. Overall, if you’re a power user, gamers, creative I believe this monitor is great for you. The one improvement that this monitor needs is additional ports for connectivity, whether that is another HDMI port or thunderbolt port either case an additional slot would be great. I’m extremely satisfied by the experience I’ve had so far and look forward to Gaming more with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung OLED G6 monitor is by far the best monitor I've seen and now own in a gaming monitor aspect. it comes with it a 27inch display screen, a decent size for your space viewing, a HDMI cable, a DP cable, and an up to 240 v 50/60 Hz power cord. Also, a one-year warranty card and simple guides and instructions. It is easy to set up but I had my husband help. It took about 3-5 minutes putting it together. With the displays functions and setting up a console takes about 10-15 minutes. Its awesome resolutions (2560x1440) 240Hz, (PS5 only max to 120Hz) gives a look into Gaming spec as it should. It’s colors are rich and smooth, plus you don’t have to worry about lighting in room, whether small or big room (living rooms). The lighting in the room doesn’t reflect or interrupt the monitor screen. The Samsung OLED G6 monitor can also change directions of screen positions from horizontal to vertical. You had an option if you like a standard rectangle view to 45-degree angle or a straight 90-degree display. The control panel sit right underneath at center of the monitor, and it’s functions are very simple to navigate, easy to read. My husband and I love the Samsung OLED G6 monitor and will not be using it only for our laptop but for our game system. It is an amazing monitor and worth the money. Highly recommended for gaming users and for PCs. I’m glad to be part of the Samsung electronics group. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once you go OLED, you can’t go back. I typically play PC games like FPS and RPG/other single player games, as well as watch movies, browse, etc. Also the occasional photo and video editing. I wasn’t really sold on OLED monitors before even though I’ve had an OLED TV in the living room for years. I thought “Oh that’s overkill, I don’t need that.” But oh man, it makes a huge difference during gaming. First, the COLORS. Check out the side by side photo in this post. The monitor on the left was my previous main gaming monitor and the colors just do not look as vibrant. The 27" Odyssey OLED G6 on the right looks much more vibrant and the blacks are much deeper. You can also see the glare difference - there’s a bit of glare on the left monitor but no glare at all on the right monitor. This translates to a better picture quality, and it makes an even bigger difference when gaming. It creates a more immersive experience when the colors within the games pop out more, so it’s just generally a better experience. Second, the responsiveness (or frame rate)! Going from 144 hz in my old monitor to 240 hz is a pretty significant difference. While it may not be as noticeable as going from 60 FPS to 120 FPS when gaming, more frames means more info and responsiveness in more competitive FPS games. I play a wide range of FPS games like Rainbow 6 Siege, Battlefield 6, Marathon, Destiny 2, etc, and the responsiveness is noticeable. While I don’t get 240 frames in every game due to not having a high-end PC (I have a mid-end PC, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X with an EVGA RTX 3070), I can tell a difference in responsiveness for less intensive games where I can output closer to 200 frames. Overall, I think the 27" Odyssey OLED G6 is a great gaming monitor that packs a punch. It’s definitely a monitorI don’t see myself upgrading from in many years as it has everything I need: great vibrant colors, responsiveness, and also many options within the menu to customize the colors and other settings. There’s definitely more high-end OLED monitor options, but this one has everything I need at the right price.
