I love the refrigerator door storage as well, as it allows me to organize and separate compartments by dairy, condiments, sauces, etc. I also love that the main refrigerator shelves are cut in half, allowing the height to be adjusted differently for each half of the fridge. Being able to get alerts about my fridge’s temperature and potential open doors is perfect for my household, as I have young kids to often fiddle with my appliances. My only wish is if it had a lidded butter compartment in the door.

Having a lockable drawer for alcohol is a subtle but very practical utility that differentiates this fridge from others. This refrigerator is everything we were looking for. We wanted a modern simple model without water dispenser taking up space. We don’t currently have a water line hooked up so we use that area for extra freezer space. The storage capacity is plentiful!. We can finally fit a box of frozen pizza in the freezer! The fridge is almost 2 inches deeper than the previous side by side that we had, and the “all around cooling” is exceptional! The *secret snack drawer* is also very nice and definitely worth mentioning in the highlights. The Samsung Bespoke AI 25 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator meets and exceeds what I wanted. I think it’s really amazing that it is on wheels, making it easier and accessible for cleaning. Most of all my wife love it.

I love the way that the fridge cools the product, so I like that I can use the app to adjust depending on what day it is and stuff like that. I've had the fridge for about four or five years now. There has been great consistency with its service, no issues. I think I had a little issue in the beginning, but it was an easy fix. Also, I like that the filters aren't that expensive as well.

I love the crisper drawers and the built in snack drawer that my grand babies can reach with ease. And the freezer... oh my word...I love it. Large capacity ice maker with storage spaces and a sliding drawer for deep space storage. A huge plus for me! This AI endowed appliance has the option for use of a Smart Grid function ( demand response) to help control energy use. Just download the Smart Things app, which is super user friendly, and connect the two. I can the control the temperature of the refrigerator and the freezer from my phone. I can turn on and off the ice maker and adjust the energy management feature! What's not to love about this appliance?! Oh and it's on wheels... easy to pull out and clean behind... we all know how bad that area can get! Love this refrigerator!!

But I also didn’t want to compromise on storage space, so this 25 cu ft fridge was the perfect compromise. I can open the fridge and fill it too! I am also electrifying my house while slowly moving in, so the AI energy saving feature helps me lower energy consumption when I don’t need it to work hard, better understand how my fridge usage effects my total electricity use, and helps me control it more efficiently. The All-Around cooling is something I have been very impressed by, both with the Samsung fridge at my old apartment as well as this one: it cools the fridge evenly and I have not seen any condensation or ice buildup on either the freezer or the fridge compartments. Connecting to the SmartThings app was a breeze, and I love being able to change settings on my phone and not have to open the door, and it tells me if the door is open or closed! All in all I am excited to have found a fridge that can fix my problems without having to compromise.

I love that it doesn’t have a big clunky water dispenser but instead offers more shelf space and a clean design. The Auto Ice Maker is always topped up with fresh ice making my evening cocktails easier than ever. I also noticed that my veggies stay fresh for a really long time, the All-Around Cooling system helps with consistent temperatures that supports longer product shelf life. I am a bit of a tech geek and have been measuring the energy usage via a power meter and this new fridge is using 25% less electricity than my previous model! That is going to be a huge savings over the year! The stainless-steel finish looks great and will be timeless in my new kitchen. It is super quiet when running and is doing a great job keeping my food fresh and easily available when I am ready for a snack!

Compared to my old refrigerator, this is a massive upgrade just for the space alone. I really appreciate being able to use the SmartThings app to set my temperature and use the AI energy mode features. It is truly user-friendly to use the app to turn the ice maker on and off, and utilize temperature management while away from home or if i’m just feeling lazy on the couch. Once setup and running, the refrigerator and freezer came down to optimal temperature much quicker than expected for a hot summer day. I loved that I was able to use the “power cool” and “power freeze” to make sure the refrigerator and freezer maintained temperature after I filled them both with groceries. What is also really special is that the app also tells you if the refrigerator door is closed or open… you wouldn’t think that would be a big deal but when you have a young child, you can’t be too careful. I have not encountered any issues with the functionality and am very satisfied thus far.

First thing I liked was how clean and modern it look in my kitchen. I’ve never owned stainless steel appliances before. The inside got a lot of room and fits way more groceries than my old fridge did. I like how the shelves can move around because it makes it easier to fit bigger stuff. I went grocery shopping and purchased 4 juices, orange juice and a gallon of milk and it all fit on one shelf. I’m super excited. The cooling has been really good too, everything stay cold and fresh longer. The drawers keep fruits and veggies nice and crisp. I love that hidden slide out drawer where I put my bacon cheese and lunch meat in. One feature I really like a lot is the all-around cooling because it keeps the whole fridge same temperature. My drinks get cold fast and food don’t spoil quick. The bottom freezer got good space too and slides easy. I also like the bright LED light inside because you can actually see everything. The door open reminder is super helpful because if somebody leaves it cracked too long it starts beeping, so food don’t go bad. That feature saved me a couple times already. It runs pretty quiet too, barely hear it at night. I’m still reading the instructions because I want to know every detail and feature of my new refrigerator. So far I’m happy with it and I’m very grateful to have it in my house.

The refrigerator feels much larger on the inside than I expected. The shelves are wide and deep, the produce drawers hold plenty of fruits and vegetables, and the door bins easily accommodate gallon-sized containers along with all of our condiments. Everything has its place, and it’s much easier to stay organized than with my previous refrigerator. One of my favorite design decisions is the ice maker being tucked away inside the freezer instead of taking up space in the refrigerator door. Not only does this maximize the storage capacity in the fresh food section, but it also keeps the exterior of the refrigerator clean and uncluttered. Also, a nice feature about the ice maker is once you turn it on, it continuously makes ice and refills the ice bin as needed. Samsung clearly paid attention to both form and function with this model. It offers an elegant, timeless design, outstanding storage capacity, and thoughtful features that make everyday use more enjoyable. For example, the AI Energy Mode is an energy-saving feature inside Samsung’s SmartThings Energy service. When enabled, it learns your usage patterns and can save you money! Prior to this, we had a 30” wide top-freezer model, and this refrigerator is slightly larger in every direction. It’s insanely spacious and practically silent. It’s also very easy to see everything inside. The main downside for me is that gallon jugs and some larger salad dressings are too tall to fit on the shelves. This model doesn’t offer much flexibility for adjusting shelf heights. I ended up removing half of the middle shelf to accommodate larger jugs without placing them in the doors. However, the remaining shelf dips slightly, so I’m careful not to overload it, especially toward the front. It is fingerprint-resistant, but regular stainless steel cleaner doesn’t work well on it and can leave a greasy sheen. Also, the protective coating doesn’t seem to be on the handles. My son was eager to put his magnets back on the refrigerator, and while the finish does hide marks well, it can still scratch fairly easily—though the scratches are hard to see unless you’re looking closely. It does have good cooling performance. I was impressed by how well the air circulates, especially since the shelves take up so much of the interior space. I moved thermometers around and consistently found temperatures within a good refrigerator range. A minor inconvenience is that the right crisper drawer can’t fully open if only the right door is opened, due to the center divider on the left door. Also, the left door requires a bit more force to close properly. We hooked up the ice maker, and it took a while to start producing ice since it had to purge air from the filter. After that, it produces ice about every 90 minutes. One important note: the scoop cannot be left in the ice bin, or it will stop making ice.

This refrigerator gets exceptionally cold and maintains a consistent temperature throughout, giving me confidence that my food stays fresh longer. Overall, Samsung knocked it out of the park with this model. If you’re looking for a refrigerator that’s beautiful, thoughtfully designed, packed with smart features, and performs exceptionally well, I highly recommend this fridge. It’s a purchase I would make again without hesitation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving our new Samsung Bespoke AI 25 cu. ft french door refrigerator! It was time to upgrade our old one as it was 15 years old, while it was also a 25 cu. ft refrigerator this Samsung model is more compact and fits better in our space while having more room inside. The stainless steel front has been excellent, it's hard to smudge fingerprints on it. The only area where I have seen some very faint prints is around the freezer door handle at the bottom but it's so faint that I have to go looking for it. I love that I can keep it clean that easy. We just wipe it down with mild soap/water and it comes right up. The top refrigerator section holds everything and incredibly roomy. The top shelf has held up to 4 cases of soft drinks for us. That's the only thing I can really reach from that shelf because I am a bit shorter, otherwise my partner stores anything up there that's more for him because I can't reach the back of it! My favorite part of the fridge is the white pullout drawer that's a bit more hidden. It's great for storing our cheeses and puddings or sauce packets or anything small you may want to keep in a fridge so everything is a bit more tidy. I also enjoy the digital display that shows the current temperature for the fridge and freezer. The freezer space holds a lot, and we're able to store all of our weekly frozen veggies and meats that we'll be cooking up. The ice machine makes a little ice over time and keeps a lot stored in the tray that was included. It also has an ice scoop for scooping. We have set up the AI connected app from Samsung, currently called SmartThings. It's nice to be able to review the energy use over time and I can tell it's already helping us save on our energy use from our previous refrigerator. The app has features to check on the temp settings for both fridge/freezer, check that the door is closed, turn on/off the ice maker, use the power cool or power freeze features (I haven't tried these power cool features yet). It also has the status of the water filter which is super helpful. There's also an interesting stat for how many times you're opening the fridge which has been eye opening for us but if we can reduce the times that'll help with energy efficiency over time. Overall this has just been a well needed investment. This refrigerator is keeping our food at a better temp, our cheese and veggies are lasting longer, and it stores more. Very happy!
