This was a great choice for our house full of hungry teens. We all love the water pitcher and water dispenser inside the door and my kids love.make iced coffee with ice from.the dispensing bins in the freezer. True I miss the bigger vertical freezer of my old side by side but the 2 drawer freezer allows us to easily see the contents . I have a standalone freezer anuway. It's a big fridge and has the capacity to easily store a turkey without being crowded. I love the power cool setting and adjusting the temperature from my phone

We bought it two years ago this past December. Days before the warranty ran out the small ice cube maker stopped making ice . I was able to get the larger ice cubes . I wasn’t sure where my warranty was held but know we had bought the extended warranty so I called the store where we purchased it . Unfortunately things dragged out and the regular warranty ran out and it’s still not fixed as it took forever to get things organized with the other company. Now they’ve had to order a part for it

Absolutely love this fridge! Due to our kitchen configuration, we were limited on the size of fridge we could purchase. As a result, I was concerned that we would have to significantly compromise on features and appearance, etc. when shopping for a new fridge. I was wrong! This fridge checked all the boxes and we are in love! I love how sleek it looks without handles in front, and the in-door concealed water station is brilliance. The french doors and spacious interior make this fridge seem like the capacity is larger than it is. I love how bright and functional the interior is. Love this fridge!

We chose this fridge for all of the great features it has - auto refill water pitcher, two different kinds of ice. But it was faulty on delivery. Would not cool properly and now waiting five days for a technician to come out and fix our brand new fridge. Who wants to pay $2k for a fridge that doesn’t work??? Not me!

I bought this fridge and not even a year and a half later the water dispenser is broken. Would not recommend this to anyone. For the amount of money to pay for this product I am very disappointed in Samsung's performance.

Nice fridge. Nearly a year on and it's working flawlessly. Love the beverage center. Couple of things I change: 1. If I were to get a replacement, I'd want a fridge with actual handles. The inset pocket handles look nice but are a bit of a pain to use compared to an actual handle. 2. It would be nice to have more shelf height configurations available. Apart from these, I like this fridge.

We are really happy with the fridge. The adjustable split shelves are allowing larger bottles to stand upright which makes them easier to be seen. The automatic refilling water jug in the door is really handy when you are pouring for more than 1 person, and the ice maker is staying ahead of what we need.

I love the water dispenser in the fridge especially the pitcher of water always cold and full. The capacity is amazing we had a fridge with the same footprint but this has a ton more space empty shelves after changing fridges.

I bought this a few weeks ago so I am still learning the features but very happy so far with how quiet it is. The refillable water cooler inside is pretty awesome and having an ice maker for us is a game changer.
I recommended this product.

It functions fine so far but as a previous poster mentioned you are unable to remove the glass on the shelf above the crispers to clean it. Absolutely terrible design. I would recommend another model or brand.

This refrigerator is working well from many years. Auto fill water pitcher avoids hassle to fill it manually. Separate doors make life easier to store and use products well. Worth buying this for sure!!

The waterline fills the pitcher but not a glass. Not sure why this feature isn’t more user friendly. It will make ice, refill the pitcher but when I take it out and try and fill a glass it wont fill it.

I love the extra middle drawer. This was a great purchase. I wish the water came out of the dispenser a bit faster. The ice maker also freezes up often but I’ve learned how to defrost it as needed.
I recommended this product.

We find the fridge’s design to allow so much storage and despite being the same cubic feet as our old one, a lot more fits in. Love the full width drawer.

There are no tabs or anyway to remove the glass on lowest shelf of my RF25C5151SR model. Glass cannot be removed to be cleaned!!! Terrible design!!!
