I bought this 5 month ago to replace an LG refrigerator that broke down in use. I choose SAMSUNG because I determined that there were quality issues after using LG for a long time. Although I haven't used the Samsung refrigerator for a very long time, basd on my experience so far, my choice was absolutely right. My first satisfaction was that it was very quirt, regardless of the refrigerator's performance. This is because the LG refrigerator mad too much noise when the compressor started operating, and intermittently produced another banging friction sound. The 2nd Satisfaction is the design. Most manufacturers' refrigerator colors are silver stainless steel doors, but This product is designed to allow customers to select and apply their preferred color, with black, silver stainless steel as standard colors as well as various modern colors available on the tempered glass. I chose charcoal glass for the top french door and matte black stainless steel for the two freezer drawers; it looks so stylish and beautiful that selecting this refrigerator was enough to transform my old kitchen into a beautiful, modern space. With the design of the Beverage center, it features an energy-efficient door design that allows you to retrieve beverages and cold water/ice by opening a hidden door on the left, just like a vending machine, eliminating the need to open the entire door, which is a very convenient feature. The 3rd aspect of satisfaction is performance. Due to the very simple temperature settings, the upper refrigerator temperature, lower freezer temperature, and middle drawer have maintained consistent results since the flexible temperature(slight freezing) was set once during the initial installation, so there is nothing further to explain

Love my fridge. The water feature is so great when you have 2 dogs that like cold water. The beverage drawer is so convenient. Having the option of changing the color panels is a nice feature. Just sometimes hard to get colors wanted

We ordered the blue for frig doors to match our backsplash and white for bottom to match cabinets. It looks amazing and fun. Also did counter depth to fit more inline with our galley type kitchen. It has more room than we anticipated, but we are now empty nesters and family of 2. The middle pull out drawer is a bonus for us and use it for deli type items vs setting it up as freezer items. I thought we may miss the ice dispenser but turns out not a big deal because we love the 2 different cube sizes. At some point we may order different color panels to mix it up.

It is more like a pieces of furniture than an appliance with its sleek look and colors. For the last month we've enjoyed so many of it's features. The filtered water pitcher that refills itself. The quick access to the water and beverages without opening the door. Love love the small cubes of ice with the handy dispense tray and scoop. The middle drawer for fruits and vegetables. No protruding handles and less fingerprints. All of this in a counter depth with more room than the competitors. This refrigerator is a homerun!

I'm very forgetful and the glass panels is one of the reasons why I chose this fridge over others. I write my meal plans on it, memos, etc and since my kitchen is essentially the command center of the house and I'm always passing by it's the perfect place to write things I don't want to forget. :) Something to keep in mind is to keep a clearance for opening the french doors of the fridge. I left a 5 inch gap between the wall to the left of the fridge so the hinge has space to open and the fridge door won't touch the wall when opened to the maximum.

We bought this fridge about a year ago and so far we have been happy with it. Some positives would be the dual ice maker, the beverage center, so you always have the option to have cold water and the middle drawer for storage of cheeses and butters, so you don’t have to open the entire fridge. Our few negatives would be that the second shelf only has one side that slides back for taller items (that doesn’t give it much space at all for stuff like milk, juice bottles, wine) and our other negative would be that the interchangeable doors are super basic colors with no doors of style. We would love to see some panels for farmhouse decor.

I would love to say this has been an excellent experience, but I can’t. There is one thing that prevented that. Aside from that one thing, this fridge is far beyond anything else on the market. Hopefully, it lasts longer that the KitchenAid 5 door it replaced. It is why I didn’t return it and spent close to $600 on front panels. I ordered my fridge directly from Samsung. However it turns out that Samsung had a deceptive ad. In it, you had the choice of Stainless Steel or white. When I clicked on white (which is what I wanted) the image changed to a white bespoke four door fridge. As I expected. But I received the unit without the white panels. I called Samsung twice about this. I had kept screenshots of the whole ordering process because I was unsure of how this would play out. The white one was cheaper than stainless steel, but I figured it was marketing. It wasn’t. Samsung refused to recognize my perspective, and never did call me back when I asked to speak to a manager. It was like talking with a rock. I could not get him to see my point of view, nor the lady I spoke to the second time. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t think I will order anything directly from Samsung in the future. One final thing. Samsung has since updated their site and it now shows the correct picture and no panels when choosing that option. But Samsung, you almost lost this sale. My wife wouldn’t let me return it.

The beverage center with the unique two door design is great too, allowing for just use of accessing beverages or opening that side of the refrigerator. The middle drawer flex space is amazing too, with the ability to change the temperature and storage use. Of course when paired with the smart things app, it’s really great to customize, monitor, and change settings remotely which is very convenient. The cooling capacity features a wide range of options throughout with the ability to section off the cooling areas. Truly a modern marvel.

The biggest let down is the ai tracking the food in your fridge. It doesn't always get right what your putting in and taking out. Maybe in the future it will improve. It has all the same bespoke features of the non ai fridge, so we'll skip that in here. Writing memos is pretty handy and we tend to use it a lot. I feel you would get far more out of the fridge if you had more Samsung ai devices. The recipes from the fridge are decent but, you have youtube; just saying. It works well and keeps everything cold. So I like it.

The flexible drawer can be used in multiple ways depending on what I need. The upper part of the fridge is spacious and can fit various size items. The beverage center's pitcher makes it easy to fill large containers and I can use it for water infusions. The freezer has plenty of space. The drawer in the freezer makes it not too deep that stuff gets lost. The color matches most things well. I also get notifications on my phone when my 3 year old leaves the door open. Overall couldn't ask for more.

They tried to schedule again without scheduling a date with me. We finally agreed on a date for A replacement of the replacement and it was dented as well, identified again by the drivers before even got into my home. Again, they showed up at my home with a replacement for this replacement of the replacement without scheduling a date with me and I was out of town. We’ll see if I ever get a quality refrigerator. And the worst part is that every one of these situations takes at least an hour of my time on the phone.

The absolute best fridge we have ever owned! You can see everything in the fridge. The front is easy to clean and stays that way because all the water/ice mess is hidden inside! The refill pitcher is a huge bonus especially here in AZ because our cold tap water is warm. The ice selection is very nice to have. I love how you can fit whatever you need to because of the shelf system. One flips for really tall items and the door pockets are huge! I am in love! It’s really pretty and sleek looking. You can customize the middle drawer to be fridge or freezer! This refrigerator makes the most sense of any refrigerator I have ever had!

It has the top refrigerator door with a beverage door on the left which only open for your quick items so you don't have to open up the whole frig. We love the water dispenser container as well. As soon as you use any water, shut the door it's refilling within a minute. The middle drawer can be used for anything! We use it for deli items (cheese, salami, etc) or it can be used as a freezer (just have to adjust the settings super easy) And the freezer section is good size plus you get 2 sizes of ice cubes! Love this new refrigerator. Highly recommend it

We love the internal Beverage Center that holds an auto-filling 48-ounce water pitcher and shelving for quick-grab items, accessed by an independent door to keep the main fridge cold. Also, the ice maker is moved to the freezer section (a major reliability upgrade from older Samsung models) and offers two I am not sure how although the exterior panels can be swapped out to glass I think in the future or change the kitchen aesthetic without buying a new fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a horrible time with our previous Samsung refrigerator as the ice machine in the door keep freezing up. After replacing it twice, we replaced the entire refrigerator. The new one (about eight months old) has worked perfectly. The ice machine is in the freezer and produces two sizes of ice. The Beverage Center is in the door and dispenses cold water. One more thing, when food is put in the small compartment (like chocolate chips), they are "off limits" for us to eat as they will be used to make something good in the future. Finally, since the refrigerator is hooked up to wifi, I can monitor it when we are away and stop the ice machine from producing ice.

I really like the fact that you can change the temperature for different compartments of the refrigerator. The fact that it will alert you when to change the filter or if the door is still open is great! My favorite part is the hidden beverage center which was the buying point for me. Went with the counter depth size and I did not regret my choice! I was apprehensive at first when I read all the issues about the ice maker. It looks like the ice maker issues have been resolved with these later models. So far so good! I would recommend this model.

This refrigerator is absolutely gorgeous, works so well and seamlessly blends into whatever color scheme/decor you are into. The beverage center in this refrigerator is something that I didn't know I needed, I can finally have cold water without ice because of the auto fill pitcher. There is an abundance of space in this refrigerator if you are used to a counter depth, I am really loving the deli drawer more than I thought I would, the ice maker is great located in the freezer with two different types of ice. As with any bottom freezer you have to be more diligent in taking products out of boxes and organizing it to get maximum storage.

I was skeptical to buy at first because the shelves did not seem to have a many adjustable options and the freezer did not have shelves that I had with my side by side. After using this refrigerator, I found that there was plenty of space and the shelving was not an issue. For the freezer, I bought 2 adjustable containers which helped to separate my foods and I love it. I love the 2 different ice cubes and the smart features that allow you to fill the water pitcher or turn on our of the ice makers. I am very satisfied with this refrigerator.

The counter depth, flush front gave much needed space for the kitchen. The inside is spacious & well lit. The auto fill pitcher is so convenient. I love the 2 sizes of ice. Delivery & set up was easy. Within 12 hours the inside was at the proper temperature & the ice buckets were filling. We did have to set the freezer at -2 degrees instead of zero to jump start the freezing. We were told to do this by customer support after noticing no cooling for a couple hours. It quickly began cooling afterwards. I love the morning blue color—it could be called blue green. Overall, I’m so pleased.

Then the water tasted nasty. (I have a whole home filter then a reverse osmosis filter 5 stage and the fridge filter just for reference) next I noticed everything in deli drawer goes bad after 2 weeks of purchase. I called samsung and texted and messaged through members and all the support was useless as half of them kept transferring me. This has been a horrible experience with this fridge. P.s. I put a aqara humidity sensor in the fridge and it was all over the place.

But we did have a coupon and decided to give Samsung another try. We moved into a brand new condo and needed to purchase a new refrigerator. We decided on the Bespoke 4-Door French Door with Beverage center and we are thrilled with it. The Beverage Center is a GRAND SLAM! We use it all the time and there have been zero problems with the ice maker. Keeping the ice in the freezer is great! Always plenty of ice and the water pitcher is used more than the water dispenser. The extra section door is just great for keeping those foods that need just a little different temp setting.

Purchased this refrigerator a week ago. To date I am very happy with it. Love the clean smooth surface on the outside. No handles, no water/ice dispenser and spot free finish. The inside has good compartments for storage and adjustable shelves. Water jug is a great feature. Really like the deli/snack drawer. Freezer makes two sizes of ice cubes very quickly.Temperature is good, but have not been able to change from F to C. Due to the larger width of the doors, one door was unable to open fully unless pulled out from wall a few inches, therefore defeating the purpose of buying a counter-depth fridge. With some adjustments and added expense I was able to resolve the issue.

We truly enjoy this refrigerator. The size is perfect for our family, the Beverage center door is fantastic as we drink a lot of water and are in it constantly. The French door still is nice with the middle drawer, which we are in a lot. Having the ice compartment in the freezer is nice and opens up more refrigerator space. This is a counter depth which opens up our kitchen pathway and without handles opens it up more. We do not miss handles as they take up too much space. It is a bespoke model and we have changed out a panel to blue which goes well with our kitchen decor. Overall we are very pleased.

It’s easy to clean - a microfiber cloth wipes off any fingerprints. I love the clean look of no handles and the counter depth doesn’t intrude into our kitchen too much, really just the door depth. Seems quiet so far, the occasional hum or water/ice filling noises and we are open plan so I’m conscious of noises. The drinks drawer is great, we have used it for cans of soda/juices/waters but also for wine for a party. The freezer is a little on the smaller side - great for the two is us but you might want to check it first if you have a large family (we bought counter depth)

I bought this fridge back in December. I am six months into owning it. While it has a ton of features that I love, there is one feature that I want to love, but the fridge works against itself. The water carafe dispenser. I have only come on here to tell all of you, future buyers, to know that if one half of one drop of water is on the carafe shelf, it will not fill. That's where the sensor is. And guess what, there's practically always a lil droppy drop of water down there that must be wiped off for it to work. It really bums me out because more often than not, I have an empty water container when I myself, the dehydrated health goddess that I try to be, is also an empty water container.

The size is perfect and all the different compartments are perfect for separating the different foods I buy and store. The only minor issue I’ve had is the cooling of the ice, sometimes the cubes will freeze together and make it hard to use individual blocks. I haven’t customized the door panels but I like the thoughts that I can. The water dispenser is perfect, I use that the most out of every feature, specifically the jug. And so far it’s been efficient, my energy bill hasn't increased

Our new home came with a new stainless steel refrigerator and after 2 years with it we knew we wanted Bespoke again. And sure enough we bought one and our kitchen is awesome. We decided to order the matching range, microhood and dishwasher. They have yet to arrive, but we can’t wait. My favorite past is the dual ice maker with large and small ice. No dispenser is best since I can scoop. The drink dispenser is great since it automatically fills the carafe. The panels can be changed to mix up the mood of the kitchen. Go out and buy this refrigerator now.

We love the pitcher. It has so many uses and fills itself back up automatically. The shelves in the beverage center hold bottles of water and cans both. They stay ice cold. The two sizes of ice cubes are great and since they are in the freezer instead of the fridge compartment, the ice does not stick together and the scoop and ice cover are so cool. The freezer still holds a lot of stuff. The flex drawer keeps meats and cheeses cold and fresher longer. The fridge shelves are flexible and roomy holding taller bottles and jugs or sodas. Overall a beautiful appliance.

I love this refrigerator! I was initially drawn to the Morning Blue glass front. I like it that someone at Samsung asked themselves, why can't refrigerators be pretty? Now that I have it, I really appreciate the convenience of the beverage center. I didn't think I would need or use the auto-filling water pitcher but I use it every day. I like have the water dispenser behind the glass. Love the little ice bites and the roomy freezer space. And the flexible drawer that can be a freezer or for deli. It's just a great refrigerator all around. Mine is counter depth and fits right in. Love it!

Keeps my food cold and fresh for way longer that a regular fridge. During the big storm that came thru I was without power for almost 24 hours and my fridge didn't let anything go bad. (We did not open it during this period ) The look of my fridge is amazing. I love the wifi connection. Would like to buy a pink panel but they are not easy to find unfortunately but I still love my fridge. At first you could take a picture of say your dog and they would put that on the panels. I dont believe you can do that either. If you can they make it hatd to find. Lol. Still love my fridge. Lol

My only issue has been with the middle drawer storage which has not always matched the temperature I was seeking. (For example, when set to the meat setting it began to partially freeze my contents.) It is a beautiful addition to my modernized kitchen, easy to clean and adaptable to many uses (such as times when I have larger quantities of certain foods as I prepare to make applesauce or cook for a larger group.

2nd one we bought. Loved everything about it until you spill liquid on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator compartment. It IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE GLASS SHELF APART TO CLEAN IT. This is seriously the worst engineering design I have ever seen in an appliance (I used to work in the appliance mfg industry). How could you design something where it is so easy to have liquid get under the glass and over the plastic but not have any way to take it apart to clean it? Did you do any real world product testing. This more than negates the other really nice features of this fridge.

We bought this fridge nearly 2 years ago. We were impressed at the start but over time the less than desired functionality was realized. There is no need for two types of ice. It takes up valuable freezer space. One type is enough. The water dispenser and jug do take up valuable fridge space. The water jug novelty wore off. The depth of the fridge is not that great. The middle row drawer could have been inside the fridge instead. And no handles on the doors is actually more problematic than good as finger and hand prints are constant on the door face. We would not buy again.

I like the middle compartment that allows us to store mostly our kids snacks, yogurts etc so we don’t have to open the main door multiple times a day. I like the water dispenser and the option to only open half the door to access soda and protein drinks which we keep in the door compartments. The only negative so far is the freezer drawer doesn’t close all the way sometimes and you have to give it an extra shove to make sure it’s closed. There have been a several obsessions where it don’t alert us that it was still open and we woke up to melting ice. All in all it’s a good product,looks sleek and stylish and I would probably purchase again.

None of them where familiar with Samsung's Glass front fridges and how you can pick different colors to match your home or kitchen. We quickly put the dual ice making capabilities to the test and had a happy hour. I can't say enough positive things about the refrigerator. The water that comes out of it taste great. The auto refill pitcher is brilliant. I personally don't like water dispensers that appear at the front of a fridge. So i love that mine is hidden. We're using the flex draw as our kids snack/beverage space. Which is great with my young kids. They know that's their draw and they can take any snacks/food from it.

Couple of things about the refrigerator that present problems. Most importantly, the doors need an extra “push” to ensure that they are closed. They do not close on their own which they shouldn’t but these door require a little extra. After 30-60 seconds there is a soft “beep” that reminds you the door is open. There is only 2 of us, no children, and we leave the door open all the time. Not intentionally. When the doors are left open, especially the freezer compartment, the defrost kicks in and frost develops in the freezer compartment. It’s a problem.

I was very surprised to find out how practical it is and how many great features it has. The ice maker is our favorite in the house as it makes big ice cubes and small ice cubes so we can choose which ice cubes we want in our drinks. Having the filtered pitcher of water where we can infuse with any fruit to get flavored water is also a household favorite. Our Bespoke refrigerator is counter depth and fits perfectly into our kitchen space. The center drawer is useful. We use it in Deli mode. The freezer space isn't huge, but we have our old refridgerator in the garage, so space isn't an issue. The beverage center is great. It allows a clean look while providing both a cold water dispense and a 'never empty' water pitcher behind an easy to open door. This item had good reviews. I expect to have good service for a long time.

We bought samsung french door fridge freezer a few months ago, since day one we had a problem with it ,fridge has a manufacture fault, there was some fixing missing , we contact samsung straight away, it took them couple months to book engeener , after egeener visit we find out that work he has done was very ,very unprofesional , wrong type of fixing was fitted ,also we found some scratches on metal brackets expose bare metal , now we have even bigger issues with the fridge then before repair , and we still cannot using it propely, avoid samsung!!

Previously had another Samsung fridge that did have the 4 door French doors. The previous French door bin shelves did have the option of rolling out so that’s an adjustment. Compared to the older fridge, it’s slightly smaller due to the beverage Center. The middle drawer is really good for drinks. Wished there were more flexibility in arranging the plastic inserts to customise the drawer to fit your needs. Otherwise great fridge! Would recommend again!

The beverage center is an added plus as is the flex zone drawer. Temperature holds steady in all areas. The smooth front without handles is a pleasant feature in the kitchen. It is well made and easy to move. The stainless steel finish is quite pretty and fingerprint resistant. The freezer with the ice maker allows a large capacity for frozen food. After researching for quite a while, we decided to try the updated Samsung Bespoke model. The ice maker in this model is not in the fridge section, but is in the freezer section where it belongs. So far we have only had one ice maker issue and that was due to the freezer section not being closed all the way. Operator error, not a Samsung issue. A simple reset button press fixed that. Otherwise the fridge is an excellent unit. The 'never empty' water pitcher was an excellent addition. We customized the doors with the 'white glass' option and have not regretted that decision. Fingerprints are no longer a problem.

Hmm... not sure if I just became color blind, but I can tell you the Samsung "white" if NOT white. My cabinets are white... the glass panels I received with the fridge look grey next to my cabinets. Samsung should clarify a specific color code for each of their colors so the buyers can confirm it matches their decor. Most manufactures dealing with colors can provide you with either a Benjamin Moore, Behr, PPG or a Valspar code or even a crayola for reference. Now I'm stuck with this "off-white" that doesn't match anything around it.

We really enjoy the use of the mid-line cooler section with 5 separate temperature settings depending on what we put in there. Our kids love the beverage center with built in water pitcher and water dispenser. I personally like controlling the settings from the app on my phone. One thing to note is that it takes some time for ice to be made - while not a negative for our family, for others it could be an issue.

Our favorite feature is the wifi connection where we can download the app to recive alerts directly to us. For example, since we have little kids, leaving the door open is common and with the alerts we can manage the energy savings when this happens. Another family favorite feature is the ability to infuse water with any type of fruit into the built in pitcher where we can get flavored water at our fingertips. The only downfall of this refrigerator is the color. We choose white and once installed it looks light grey. All in all, I would highly recommend this product. We are very pleased with our new appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this unit is stylish, modern and sleek. everything about it is well thought out - the look, design and performance. the metal stainless steel paneling helps maintain consistent temperature. it boasts of extra-large capacity refrigerator space with a dedicated beverage center. it has both a water dispenser and an awesome autofill pitcher with infusion option. it has a flexzone drawer w/ 5 customizable temperature settings. the bottom-level freezer drawer is spacious and also holds a dual icemaker with scooper. this is quite unique but it's one drawback for me since it is separate from the beverage center. the glass door panels are easy to clean. temperature performance so far is good. the unit is wi-fi enabled so you can control settings thru the smart things app.

Our house is small and older, so the bright white finish brightens up the kitchen a lot. It is much more roomy than the older side by side French door fridge freezer we had before. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for over 3 months now and I love it! Things I love. It's super quiet. The two types of Ice it makes allow more versatility than I expected. The middle drawer is also something that once you have it - you won't want to give it up. The beverage center is also better that what I thought because you don't have cans stacked somewhere on the shelving like you would have in a normal refrigerator. The freezer is a nice size. And the interior of the refrigerator is Huge - even with the fruit and vegatable crispers, which are also great. And the other bonus is with the glass panels, easy to maintain and no more finger or handprints like on my old refrigerator. There really isn't a single thing that I can think of - that I don't like about it.

It was a bit more expensive, but much more functional than standard refrigerators. Granted the colored glass doors grabbed my attention,but it offers so much more than beauty. It's wider, the shelving is thought out and placed according to sizes of your containers. The water filter and auto-fill pitcher make drinking your water quota for the day a pleasure. Many of my friends also comment on how deep and roomy the freezer compartment is.

It does stick out a lot further from our built in cabinets then our old fridge but it doesn't look bad and the fridge holds so much more food. I am not a fan of scooping ice instead of it automatically dispensing but i do LOVE the pellet ice so I will get over it. The sleek modern lines updated our kitchen and make it look much more modern. Fingers crossed it lasts us awhile and we don't have any issues.

The pictures online really don't do it justice, it's actually much nicer in person! It has a super clean and modern look to it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this fridge!! it's super sleek and the white panels look amazing, with neutral gray undertones that look beautiful. i love that you can swap out panels if they get damaged or if you want to switch up the color. only things to point out is that the front of the fridge isn't magnetic, and since it's not a pure white, i would recommend checking the colors out in person to make sure they work for you. i got the counter-depth fridge that only sticks out just enough to allow the doors to open, and it's a great size. it also has regular and bite size ice. but my absolute favorite feature is the beverage center - the autofill pitcher is so nice and super convenient. the samsung app can also let you know if you leave your fridge door open. overall, super pleased with this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i can't say enough good things about this fridge. i absolutely love it!!!! i waited a very long time for the perfect fridge to come available and man is it perfect. it was important to me to have a third drawer that would fit drinks and this does it. it holds regular canned drinks standing up which is sweet and then our protein drinks rowed up. i also despise outside water and ice but do like having both so the beverage center is the coolest option out there. the self fillable water pitcher comes so in handy as we use it to fill our keurig and the pets water bowls daily. i seriously love the features of this fridge and that its counter depth as we have an older home and most newer fridges will not fit. the 2 different ice sizes is pretty cool and providing a ice shovel is a sweet addition.

The small vegetable middle door keeps vegetables fresher longer and I put a green panel for contrast. The beverage center is large enough for milk and wine. The ice choices are nice. I have had much higher priced refrigerators that did not work as well and were not as well designed as this Samsung. I would not hesitate in recommending this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a counter depth refrigerator the Bespoke has ample room. The sliding adjustable shelf works perfectly for tall bottles. The middle draw holds lots of items from bread to cheese even yogurt cups. The best feature is the beverage center. I’m enjoying the refill feature for the pitcher. The only negative is that you have to setup the refill through the “Smart” feature. That took a 20 minute walkthrough with tech person via the phone. The ice maker is perfect with the 2 sizes of ice cubes.

Love the two different types of ice, and the ice scope holder is kept outside of the ice, just smart so handle is not touching the ice. Very well thought out design. The only minor negative are the doors don't close as easy add you think so sometime they are left open. But love the phone and sound notifications to let you know the door is open.

The overall build quality is excellent. The middle drawer, which can be programmed for different uses, I am using on soft freeze. It's great for meats and I put ice cream in it a couple hours before eating. Makes the ice cream the perfect softness, without being all melty.The drink station is well-designed and a great feature, especially for families and those who try to drink a lot of filtered, icy cold water. The two types of ice cubes is a special treat. The cubes are best in drinks you don't want to get real watered down, while the bite-size ice pieces are perfect for sweet drink and sodas and just right for munching. Honestly, I have very happy with my new Samsung refrigerator!

The beverage center made us nervous at first but so glad we went with it considering how accessible it makes those items and how little it impacts the air escaping. The freezer is rather small comparing to my previous side by side so keep this in mind. If you buy many frozen items, it maybe small. I like that I have this set up wirh my phone and it alerts me when door is open and I can adjust temperature from my phone. Color is absolutely beautiful and cleans easily. I was tired of all the same stainless steel styles. The water pitcher is one amazing bonus.

I bought my fridge a few weeks ago as the one I had (came with house) broke. I absolutely love the fridge. Only comment when installed they didn't make sure the water was working. They ice worked immediately the water filter took us a week to figure out it was a button that needed to be pushed. The fridge is so spacious and doesn't have the bulkiness from the internal ice maker of other fridges. Flex draw is an amazing bonus features. It's stylish. I would highly recommend.

The fridge is amazing. Metal cooling is a great idea. Everything is cold, front to back, top to bottom. Love the beverage center and the different sizes ice cubes. But, everything must be controlled through the app, I guess many thing are this way nowadays. I still think it would be great to still be able to change settings right at the fridge.
