How to safely stop your Samsung dryer mid-cycle

Note: This guide is applicable to Samsung dryers available in Canada.

Immediate stop: To stop the drying cycle immediately, press the Power button. The dryer will stop and turn off.

After stopping: Use caution when opening the dryer door, as the interior may still be hot.

Removing clothes: Metal parts such as zippers or hooks may be hot. Allow items to cool before removing them.

Child Lock: If Child Lock is enabled, the door will remain locked after the cycle is stopped. Turn off Child Lock to unlock the door.
