Alert: Smart Switch Mobile only partially supports iCloud® backups made using iOS9. If you created a backup using iOS9, you will be able to transfer your Contacts, Calendar, Photos, and Videos only. To transfer your remaining content, please connect to your old device using an OTG cable or Smart Switch for PC/Mac.
Smart Switch Mobile App
Find Smart Switch Mobile on Google Play™ store, and install the app on your new Samsung Galaxy device. If you're transferring content from another Android™ device, you must also install the app on the old device. If you're transferring content from an iOS®device, the app must be installed only on the Android device.
Follow these steps to install the Smart Switch Mobile app:
Note: Smart Switch Mobile must be installed on both the old and new devices (Android only).
When transferring iOS content, the content is “pulled” from iCloud® using the app on the new device (“Import from iCloud”).
When transferring Android device content, the content is “pushed” from the old device to the new device (“Android to Galaxy”).
