Samsung Cloud


With Samsung Cloud, you can be worry-free of losing your data to a lost, stolen, or broken Galaxy device. Get an easy and seamless backup, sync, restore, and upgrade experience across all your Galaxy devices; setup and manage your preferences from one screen, sync and view your photos across Galaxy devices, and backup and restore your Galaxy device from a stored backup.

Note: Screens and settings available may vary depending on your Canadian wireless service provider and your software version.

Sync data


1. From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access the Apps screen.

2. Touch Settings.

3. Swipe to and touch Cloud and accounts.

4. Touch Samsung Cloud.

5. Touch the data you want to sync:

Back up data


1. From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access the Apps screen.

2. Touch Settings.

3. Swipe to and touch Cloud and accounts.

4. Touch Samsung Cloud.

5. Touch Backup settings.

6. Touch the slider next to the app you want to back up.

7. Touch BACK UP NOW.

Restore Data



1. From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access the Apps screen.

2. Touch Settings.

3. Swipe to and touch Cloud and accounts.

4. Touch Samsung Cloud.

5. Touch Restore.

6. Select the device you want to restore from and then select the backed up data you want to restore.

7. Touch RESTORE NOW.

Delete backed up data


1. From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access the Apps screen.

2. Touch Settings.

3. Swipe to and touch Cloud and accounts.

4. Touch Samsung Cloud.

5. Touch Manage cloud storage.

6. To delete backed up device data, touch Device data.

7. Touch DELETE.

8. Select back-up items you want to delete.

9. Touch DELETE.

10. To confirm your decision, touch DELETE.
