Galaxy Watch - Manage App Permissions (SM-R800 & SM-R810)
In order to use the Alti-Barometer on your Galaxy Watch, you have to let it access your location so it can determine your elevation; or maybe you need Bixby to have access to your microphone so you can use voice commands, but you want your storage to be off limits. You can turn app permissions on or off in just a few taps.
Available screens and settings may vary by provider, phone, or watch.
You can access specific permissions for all your apps and turn them on or off. From the watch's Home screen, touch Settings, and then swipe to and touch Apps. Swipe to and touch Permissions, and then select the desired app. Turn the available permissions for the app on or off by touching the sliders.
