Galaxy Note9 - Set Targets on Samsung Health (SM-N960W)
You go for a jog every morning, but are you pushing yourself hard enough? In Samsung Health, you can set targets based on your goals, weight, and other factors. Once you set a target, you can view it on the Home tab to see if you reached any for the day.
Screens and settings available may vary depending on your Canadian wireless service provider and your software version.
Samsung Health is intended for fitness and informational purposes only and is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.
You need to take how many steps? There is no way you can count that on your fingers. Just set a target in Samsung Health, so your phone will track steps for you. It will even let you know if you reached your goal.
Open the Samsung Health app, touch a tracker, and then touch More Options > Set target. Swipe left or right to increase or decrease the Set Target. The Tracker will now display your Set Target on the Home tab.
You may need to touch the slider to set targets for some trackers.
