Check content after transfer
You can check transferred data by opening each relevant app on your new Galaxy device.
• Event: Check transferred data by opening the Calendar app. Calendar events synced with your account(s) will not be transferred.
• Music: Check transferred data by opening the Samsung Music app or Google Play Music app. If you do not have either Music app on your new Galaxy device, download and install the Samsung Music app or the Google Play Music app from an app store, and check the data.
• Memo/Note: Check transferred data by opening memo or note apps provided in Samsung devices. If you do not have any memo/note apps on your new Galaxy device, download and install either Samsung memo or note apps from an app store and check the data. The compatibility of the memo/note apps may vary by device.
Content with DRM (Digital Rights Management) applied cannot be transferred through Smart Switch.
