I bought the tv about a month ago and I was looking into returning it but it was a financial decision not to waste money on the tv because it was already a waste of money. I think it was refurbished and I was not notified of this issue when purchasing it through Amazon direct from Samsung in the US Georgia I think it says on the box. The colour is not of Samsung quality I expect to receive from Samsung as I have bought several tv’s from Samsung and I have stuck with them for the same quality. This one is terrible quality I can’t even adjust the picture quality to the quality I want it to be. Terrible quality this tv is. Not happy with it at all.

I needed a TV that can fit into an existing cabinet, and this was one of the few options at a reasonable price. The good: image quality (full HD is perfect for the size), overall size, and resolution. The bad: audio quality was mediocre enough that a bought a soundbar. The so-so: While certainly usable enough, the smart TV apps are slowish and a bit laggy—but I prefer using a Roku box anyway, so not really an issue. Overall: Would have been 5 stars had the sound been better, but I’m very happy with my purchase. After all, expecting amazing audio at this size and price isn’t really fair.

I had a Sony 43" for over 10 years and it was the best, but was too old to stream so I bought a Samsung 40" smart tv. It's screen is smaller than I thought but I'll get used to it but so far the sound had quit a couple of times, fortunately, rebooting resolved it. I guess I was just used my trouble free Sony. Other than that, the sound is a bit tinny, but I adjusted it and it's better. Overall it's a nice TV so far.

Samsung asked to leave honest reviews. As I would love it to be all positive, this particular 32” is just one of 5 Samsung smart tv’s I’ve purchased but is also going to be the last. The picture quality (resolution, brightness, and contrast) on all are top shelf. The smart features mostly work well, however while the 32” is most complicated to navigate with a less friendly remote control. My new beef with the brand is dealing with the taking over my viewing to default to Samsung’s priority channels each time the tv is switched on. And moving to local live streaming has become a complete hassle.

Overall the TV picture is great, but there are frustrating software issues. The TV frequently has trouble staying connected to the cable box and often jumps back to the main/home screen on its own. HDMI detection can be inconsistent, and it takes extra troubleshooting to keep the correct input active. The sound output is also noticeably lower than expected, so the volume has to be turned up much higher compared to other TVs. Hoping Samsung improves these issues with software updates because the picture quality and hardware itself are solid.

I bought this Samsung because I previously bought a 55 inch Samsung simply because it was on sale at the time. I didn’t realize what I was buying! Easily the best TV I ever bought. Not only as a TV but it also acts as a hub for my home automation. Built into the television set is a smart hub that picked up all my smart appliances and allowed me to automate my home. I purchased the second TV because the interface is great and the picture quality is superb. I now have three Samsung TVs in my home and consider Samsung now “my brand of choice”.

I am not computer savvy and was not good with the whole streaming thing but I had an operation on my knee and we bought this TV for the bedroom while I recovered. I am 69 years old. That is when I learned how to use all of the TV's features. WOW, it was actually easy. Now my husband and I watch TV in bed and I do all the streaming to watch soo many movies, series etc., etc., etc. I feel so cool and smart. Now I know why they call it a Smart TV because it makes you feel smart when you use it. Have a great day!

Just purchased a week and a half ago to replace a ten year old LG tv. This Samsung tv was very easy to buy, unbox, and setup. The design is sleek and slim and it outperforms the old LG that it replaced.

DO NOT BUY! Pure Junk. Remote doesn't even have a mic to voice search with on YouTube etc. Tech Support didn't even have info on this model when I contacted them - after 2 weeks of waiting contacted them again and they suggested I use their SmartThings app and search with Bixby! Seriously?! How bout you include a $2 mic and stop providing remotes that are 10 years ago with no innovation whatsoever. Don't even get me started on how ridiculous the remote is to use. So I even tried the app thing for searching ... completely useless!! Bixby was a total joke! Tizen is slower than Molasses in January and support tried to blame it on my internet connection...lol. Yes he 1GB up/down that we have at home. Returned the TV and bought a Hisense with Google TV. Super fast, intuative remote with mic - couldn't be happier. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...GET MORE FOR LESS LIKE I DID. SAMSUNG IS JUNK! NEVER BUYING SAMSUNG AGAIN!

We've had our new Samsung for little over a month. We'd had a similar model from maybe a dozen years ago that still worked fine, but was unable to make wireless connections for casting, or headphones, etc. This one does this, although the process can be awkward, involving more steps than necessary and sometimes hard to remember. I watch sports on regular sports channels, and again, the manner of connecting is far more complex than necessary. This problems are compounded by the slowest processor I've seen in a TV in a long time. But, once connected to what we want to watch, sound and picture are fine.

Just after I purchased my new Samsung TV I found myself battling a long and soul-destroying flu. I was saved, however by many restorative hours spent watching new shows and old favourites in front of this magnificent television. And since I hadn’t purchased a new tv for more than a few years, I was happily amazed at the stunning clarity and sparkling brightness of my new 40” television. For which, I might add, I shelled out a mere fraction of what I was accustomed to paying for far lesser TV experiences. So hurray for you, Samsung, and for me.

The picture and colour is good even at an angle and in bright light. Unfortunately the remote and sound are not good. Remote is awkward to use definitely a no if you have mild mobility or vision issues. Buttons are tiny and awkwardly placed very easy to hit the wrong one. The sound is not balance and has to be turned up to 40 or above and I less then eight feet from the TV. Thankfully I am using a wall mount as the feet are light, flimsy and as a result the TV is easily tipped. I used them when first testing the TV.

Purchased the F6000 4K Smart TV (2025) after being told it was very easy to setup and use. Nope, it wasn't easy to setup, maybe because I don't have any other Samsung devices, likely because we are seniors and don't really want to deal with QR codes. I was able to setup but we're still struggling with finding the channels we want. Remote has 46 individual buttons on a rather small remote! Suggest buyers make sure the eye glass prescription is up to date and a magnifying glass might also help. The price was good and the picture meets our expectation. We are waiting for some younger generation visitors this weekend, hopefully they can navigate the problems. If not will it be returned and we can go back our old not smart TV that still works great after many years.

I bought this 32 inch F6000 Smart YV about 2 months ago. It was fairly easy to set up. I had to figure out how the remote work with my MTS remote. Then I had to set up all my streaming systems with their passwords. The TV is the right size for my bedroom and the picture is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago. Quick and easy through the purchase process, and really good delivery service. It’s challenging to find a good 32” TV but I needed that size due to placement (bedroom TV). It’s not as slimline as I would have liked but limited with choice as I didn’t have anywhere to “embed” the connection box of The Frame (that’s the TV I really wanted as I already have one of those elsewhere). The TV is a good quality TV - does everything you need it to do, great picture, and really simple to set up but doesn’t feel like you’ve bought the top of the line.

Purchases for our guest room and returned it inside of a week. Picture quality was atrocious, even from 3 feet away. Unintuitive user interface, apps wouldn’t install or update properly, and when they did they were hard to access and slow to load. Hated that videos played at full volume on the main menu page, always promoted content. I was forced to watch the same 30 seconds of show 15 times over while trying to get used to the set-up. If I could give this negative stars, I would. Avoid.

I would not buy this again. We bought to use with cable TV. When you power up, the TV shows a bunch of nonsense ads and shows and often will not go to the HDMI input. All we wanted is a TV that will go straight to hdmi and that seems impossible with this set.

I purchased this 32” to replace an older 32” Samsung. The worst part are the picture settings particularly the brightness setting. Even on the maximum setting it still seems too dark. The other annoying thing is the remote control. You press the channel up or down and it jumps several channels not just one. Also the remote has a definite lag time. Overall I regret buying this TV and should have bought a cheaper brand because the quality doesn’t reflect the branding name.

The 40" made for easy placement on a desk for viewing! The samsung channel list has a channel he glues to about big truck rescues continuously! He absolutely loves it! Had tv for about a month. It does the job perfectly. It is light enough (very) to re-position easily. It however has inferior sound quality and is missing a male jack for our earphones, as it has a usb jack instead. Cannot use you format of stars for ratings, as they are not defined left to right or right to left in worth. Even overall rating is useless as worth not specified per choice of start. Had to therfore choose middle star assuming it was medium.

We have 2 other Samsung TVs in the house. I think the image quality is great on all of them. However.....the other 2 sets were no problem set ups. Plug-in the Rogers Xfinity box and bingo everything works. The new set took me to the Samsung APP when I plugged in the Rogers box? I went on-line and after some fiddling I got the Xfinity box to work. But the TV goes into Samsung mode when I initially turn on the TV which is strange. Is this something new?

I bought this as a bedroom Television. So far it's been great! It was easy to assemble the stand (Although it doesn't seem very sturdy). Setting up and connecting the smart tv to the internet and all my apps was fairly straightforward and simple. It has pretty good sound for built in TV speakers & the resolution is great! It has a lot of great features for connectivity. I don't think I've even scratched the surface of what it can do yet.

I have bought nothing but Samsung TV's for many years. This product may be my last. My purchase of the F6000F was disappointing in terms of connectivity. Samsung has eliminated their audio output jacks which is a 'cheapen down' that is disappointing and unacceptable. For those that have connected their 'Phonak TV Connecter' accessory for hearing aid users, it is now impossible to connect it to the F6000F Samsung TV. :(

Slow to react. Pain to set up. You need a Samsung account with lots of questions to answer with many "agree" questions and not sure what you are agreeing to. Poor picture quality depending on angle of view. If you sit directly in front of the tv, the picture is great. Move over one spot and the quality fades, 2 spots over and color starts to wash out. Never had that experience before with other televisions.

The sound balance is good, with highs and lows very clean out of the on-board speakers. The TV is the perfect size for a small apartment. I like this so much, I bought a second one for the bedroom.

I love the streamline design and that l can mount it in the wall in a frame of my choice and it truly looks like a painting! I am going to load family photos and some of my artwork on a USB stick, and that way we have our own personal gallery. The resolution is amazing!

I find it very confusing; I also have to join apps before I can view most things. It offers a lot of garbage however I have found some interesting docos and the picture is excellent; sound is great.

Using Smart Things on my phone to control the tv is an absolute bonus! The TV display is great for a small TV, good definition in a light room and from angles, with beautiful colour. Couldn't be happier.

This TV has two major failings in that there is no sound jack; - which is essential if being used in a bedroom; - and the performance is woeful in that you will have to "pause and wait" between menu selections as the TV is so slow. The price is low but so is the value and performance of the TV. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I’m happy. It works as a TV should. The reason I held back on another star is the Tizen OS. It’s super slow compared to my old Roku TV. so yes, the speed can be a bit frustrating while navigating between programs. I see a room for improvement with the OS. Other than that everything is standard and good. :)

I bought it not long ago,my house cleaner/shopping lady picked it up for me and set it up mostly. It works good for me,nice picture,good color and sound. I am pleased with my purchase. I love that it is a smart tv as Tubi has some greaty shows and the Prime and Netflix buttons are a neccessity for me.

Very nice television with a great picture and surprisingly decent sound quality. I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of audio outputs and probably wouldn’t have purchased it if I had noticed the lack of a n optical output. Guess I’ll need to purchase a Samsung soundbar with ARC now.

I use this TV in an outdoor pergola . So far I'm absolutely delighted With the picture quality . Brightness is good Connectivity extremely quick on Bluetooth I am pleased . I wasn't sure that this would work Well enough In the outside environment . Surprisingly it does

I bought a 98 inch Samsung TV with a sound system 3 months ago and love it. Being a senior it took me a little while to figure out all the options the TV had but it only took a few weeks of using it to figure out what it could do. Easier than I thought it would be.

This television is wonderful to watch…great colour, contrast and resolution and big choices for brightness. My only wish is an easier way to turn on the tv and immediately return to most recently watched. Thankfully, there is more than one way to figure it out!

Great TV, good picture quality, great sound. Not a perfect 5/5 as I think the remote could be organized better for the easier use in the dark, and I dislike how there is no voice command button to control the TV directly from the remote.

We bought this for our truck ... it does the job, quality of picture is great! The only issue is the responsiveness of the tv - its pretty slow. We have it connected to our starlink so it has great reception all the time

Like everything except too small remote. Also have had issues with sometimes when I turn it on the picture is half size & no sound. Turn off & on a few times to resolve it. Noticed on Google others have experienced same.

Bought this a month ago. Picture is good, tv size is good for what we needed. The remote control is awful, can’t see or feel the buttons. They are not intuitive and there’s no voice audio option on the model we Bought.

My old LED tv costed a bit over $100 has better picture quality. You could tell the cheap built; thus, a slight contact tipped it over LIGHTLY and the screen was smashed easily. It went to garbage in a few months.

I’m happy with the picture quality and the sound. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. My only criticism-and it’s a big one is how painstaking slow it is to navigate and open the various apps and menus.

I was recommended this tv by my friend Jeff. He said I couldn’t live with a 720P tv any longer. My Amazon fire tv wasn’t cutting it! I enjoy watching ragu making videos on it. I can smell the sauce!!!

So slow connecting to anything that it’s really annoying and I wish I hadn’t purchased it. My much cheaper Roku tv was better than this tv. It does have a nice picture when it finally connects.
