My only complaint is that it's a little heavier than I would like but it's still lighter than a conventional vacuum. The auto emptying is a great feature as you don't have to constantly empty the canister. It goes into a bag that you would replace after many uses. The suction is extremely strong and it works really well on all surfaces. It picks up cat hair from the couch easily. It's only been 5 days since I've received it so I'm still learning the ins and outs of it. But so far I'm extremely pleased.

I was looking for an alternative to a Dyson vacuum cleaner, and I ended up purchasing this vacuum because it offered great performance at a very reasonable price. One feature I really liked was the self-emptying dustbin with a stand, which made storage and maintenance very convenient. I also appreciated the four suction power settings, allowing me to adjust the cleaning performance depending on the situation. The only downside was that there was no holder included for storing the accessories that came with the vacuum, which was a bit disappointing. However, considering that it delivers performance comparable to other premium brands, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I am replacing a Dyson V10. It's quieter than the Dyson and more powerful. On carpets it's better but some lint still gets caught and needs a few passes. It's lots better for hardwood floors though. Unfortunately the feature I bought it for the auto empty feature has problems with long hair and can't extract them. So it still requires manual cleaning defeating the purpose of the auto emptying. Also because it's the lite version I find the volume of the canister a little small (seems alot smaller than the V10). So overall an improvement over my old vacuum but could use a possible design change?

You press the power button and it starts vacuuming, so you dont need to hold the button. There are a lot of attachments that you can change to make tight space easier to get to. It also shows you the battery life. When I first unboxed the vacuum, I thought it was too bulky. After setting it up, its a good weight to hold up the vacuum. It comes with a lot of different attachments which makes it essy to maneuver to different spaces. The Hepa air filter has definitely helped me with my allergies.

Used to vacuum car carpet and it is the first time it completely cleaned with easy. Hepa filter seems to control smell which usually occurs when vacuuming keeping air clean. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first 'stick vacuum' and it sure beats sweeping every day! I have tile and hardwood in the kitchen and living room, entry and hall. I used to sweep every day which was time consuming. After getting this vacuum, it's so fast! The vacuum has a charge that lasts about 30 minutes, which is pretty good. I love the feature that automatically empties the collector when put back on the charger, so I don't have to worry about emptying it and getting more dust all over when opening it like on other vacuums. The "AI" feature does a pretty good job of changing the power and suction when I move from a hard surface to a carpeted surface. The vacuum itself is light and easy to use, easy to turn and get under cabinets and chairs.

On larger items, the fact that the roller does not actually rotate as well means that it can push those larger ones around (though generally, you would pick them up by hand before). However, it does a great job of picking up everything as the suction is great as it pulls smaller things in towards the head, which is fantastic and better than some others I have used (even the Jet95 I had previously). The base is extremely convenient to throw on to charge and automatically empty the bin. The bags that it comes with tend to last a long time and it does come with a few; it's been 2 months and I'm still using the first bag. I am worried how economical it will really be when it comes time to replace those. I wish the base contained a place to hook in the attachments as there is no place to put them (I feel like this is a massive design oversight since the cover could have easily had a small set of hooks for the pet head, the skinny wand, etc. The battery life was excellent as I was able to do the whole house (including the outside of the stairs - something the small pet head is perfect to get to so kudos for the extra manoeuvrability!) and still have ample life remaining to go over again where the kids made it again. The suction filtration seems to be fantastic as it hasn't gotten caught on things like mats that the Jet95 previously did. Overall, this is a fantastic vacuum that could use a bit more design oversight for the next.

This Samsung vacuum made a world difference in my experience, light and easy to maneuver. I don’t loathe to vacuum staircases anymore. It’s amazing how the AI can transfer from hardwood floor to carpet seamlessly. I no longer need to bend over to make the switch. The suction seems to be great. It takes about an hour to vacuum my whole house and it can complete with just one charge so the battery life is great. I now love vacuuming my house!

The battery life is solid, and the slim design makes it easy to stash in a small corner. Overall, I'm loving this vacuum ,it's a game changer for cleaning!

We have 2 small dogs, that are currently shedding their winter coats. This vacuum has been a life saver keeping up with the dog hair! It has an AI function that can adapt easily to my tile and carpet. The other day, my daughter accidentally tipped over a small plant, and it worked quickly and really well to pick up the soil on the carpet, needing only to go over the section once. The tools are easy to switch, and helpful for the stairs, and couch. My only negatives were that there are no ports or storage areas in/on the vacuum to hold the additional attachment, and no real instructions on how to put it together, just QR codes that would send you to the Samsung website. I guess I'm old school, and would prefer a paper copy, or at least printed on the box.

Great vacuum, however, the battery life is terrible. On a full charge using AI mode, I get about 20 minutes of run time before the battery runs out. I cannot clean the entire main level of my house on a single charge - aprox 1,800 sq ft with mostly hardwood floors, Very disappointing for an expensive vacuum that is only a few weeks old. Other than the poor battery life, the vacuum works extremely well,

The brush is brittle and ridiculously expensive to replace. A tiny little rip on the rubber fin got worse and worse and caused the entire vacuum to become clunkily and get hot/off balance. Good luck with customer service. Wasted an hour of my time just for them to tell me they don't make the replacement part anymore. And it wouldn't be covered by warranty since it isn't the battery or motor.

Vacuum is good, NOT great. I must say for the price point I would have preferred the battery last longer OR they supply a second one like my old Shark. Further, I find it does not pick up debris on the first pass and many times I have to retrace where I vacuumed. I do NOT recommend this vacuum for the price.

Right out of the box, it looked sleek and modern, it’s definitely the best-looking vacuum I’ve ever owned. It was super easy to set up, and I was cleaning within minutes. The AI Cleaning Mode 2.0 is pretty cool. I didn’t think I’d care about a smart vacuum, but it really does adjust to different floor types, which is great since I have a mix of hardwood and rugs. The suction is strong 280W sounds like just a number, but in practice, it picks up everything, including pet hair, which is a win in my house. I’ve got long hair and a shedding dog, and the Anti Tangle Jet Dual Brush has been a game changer. I haven’t had to stop once to cut out hair or fur. The Pet Tool+ works great too! it gets fur off the couch and dog bed without any hassle. Battery life has been solid. I can clean my whole place (around 1,200 sq ft) in one go, and the HEPA filter has actually helped with my allergies, I’ve noticed less dust in the air. Overall, this vacuum is powerful, easy to use, and kind of fun. I didn’t expect to be impressed, but here I am telling everyone about it.

First off, this thing looks good. The sleek pebble gray finish blends right in with my home, and the design is so minimal that I don’t mind leaving it out in the open. Performance-wise, it’s a beast. The suction is powerful—I have a mix of hardwood and rugs, and it adjusts on its own using the AI cleaning mode. It picks up dust, pet hair, and even the fine stuff that usually gets left behind. The anti-tangle brush actually works too (finally, no more hair-wrapped rollers every other day). The All-in-One Clean Station is a game changer. Emptying the vacuum used to be the grossest part, but now it empties and charges all in one go—totally hands-free and no dust clouds. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the battery. You get around 60 minutes on low power, but if you’re using the AI mode or higher suction, it drops to about 30. I’ll probably grab a second battery down the road, but I wish one came with it at this price point. Overall though, I love it. So when I got the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet™ Lite, I was skeptical. Another pretty appliance? Nope. I was wrong. This thing is a game-changer. First off, it is so incredibly lightweight it feels almost like a toy. I can zip around the entire house, up the stairs, and even get the cobwebs on the ceiling without feeling like I've just done a full-arm workout. But don't let the weight fool you—this vacuum has some serious power. It's shockingly strong for how light it is and after a few uses, you become more and more impressed that something that lightweight is powerful enough to clean. The absolute best part, though? The All-in-One Clean Station. This is peak convenience. I just dock the vacuum, and it empties itself. No more wrestling with dusty, dirty bins, getting dust all over my hands, and creating another mess I have to clean up. It’s a completely hands-free, mess-free process that I didn't know I needed. And it works! I am genuinely impressed with this vacuum. Samsung nailed it. It's light, powerful, and the clean station is pure genius. The set up was super easy and the roller stays clean use after use without me having to get involved. If you're on the fence, just go for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Lite cordless stick vacuum isn't just another cleaner; it's practically a piece of art! That slick "Pebble Gray" design totally blends in with any decor, so you won't feel the need to hide it away in a closet when company comes over. But what really makes this vacuum awesome are its smart features. The AI Cleaning Mode is super cool – it figures out your floor type all on its own and adjusts the suction for the best clean and really good battery life. It was cool to witness it adjust the power needs based on the dirt it was sensing. And don't let its light weight fool you; the HexaJet motor packs a punch, sucking up everything from dust and pet hair to tiny bits of debris with no problem. The All-in-One Clean Station is seriously a game-changer. It charges the vacuum and empties the dustbin automatically, so you don't have to touch a thing – no mess, no fuss! Throw in the HEPA filtration system and how easy it is to use, and you've got a super convenient and effective cleaning machine. It is nice to not have to empty the dust bin each time. I do wish the app informed the user how potentially full the bin is. Bottom line? If you want a top-notch vacuum that looks great, is super convenient, and really gets the job done, the Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Lite is a fantastic pick. With its strong suction, self-emptying magic, and user-friendly design, it's perfect for homes with pets or anyone who just wants to avoid getting dusty hands!
