I bought my wife a Watch 4 (44mm). The watch died in under 3 months. Service center assessed it to be water damaged and replaced all new parts. My own Watch 4 Classic, also died in under 1 year. Service center also assesed it to be water damaged. They couldn't get all the parts to get it repaired and offered me a 1 for 1 replacement. We don't even wear our watches for swimming. Only wore it for daily activities, workouts and cycling sessions. A "sports" watch with IP68 ratings that can't even touch water. A casio watch works better seemingly. I had the previous galaxy watch and it lasted me more than 2 years with no issue at all. Not recommended at all.

I was so looking forward to this watch, as i had Huewei and a Galaxy Watch 3 in the past plus the original Moto 360. I thought the inclusion of Google wear instead of tizen would be amazing. But if im honest the changes are actually negative compared to GW3. Firstly lack of watch faces from Samsung is disappointing but the battery life and the gps on the GW4 is appalling for such a premium device. Used the watch only whilst cycling the other day and according to the watch I cycled 30% less then i actually did as the watch somehow thought i cycled through housed, fields and a hotel at one point

I upgrade from Active2 to Watch 4 Classic LTE, but just found out from service center that Waterproof specs for Watch 4 Classic is worst than Active2 Active 2 Speks: * Galaxy Watch Active2 has a water resistance rating of 50 meters under the ISO standard 22810:2010. It is not suitable for diving or high-pressure water activities. If the device or your hands are wet, they must be dried thoroughly prior to handling.* US Military Standard Compliant (MIL-STD-810G) Classic 4 Speks: Galaxy Watch4 Classic is rated as IP68. Based on test conditions for submersion in up to 1.5 metres of freshwater for up to 30 minutes. If you going to upgrade from Active2 and you are swimmer, dont!, the reason why I upgrade is because my Active2 ECG reading is broken. No clear notes about this, only small details!! VERY DISSAPOINTED.

The customization of the screens is simple and easy, even writing text is convenient, I have not used the LTE feature of it, but I do like that it is an option. I love the sleep tracker! Just learned a snore every blue moon. The heart beat and stress monitor came in handy during my pregnancy. All in all this watch is very handy and does more than I need and that's why I love it!

The watch started heating often and everything froze on it until it cooled down on its own. After following all the steps through the tech support, including resetting it back to factory state, it kept heating up. So I decided to call tech suppirt requesting warranty service and found out there were other units havint the same issue. If it wasn"t because this design problem with this watch, I would give it a 4 since it needs more software fine tune and enhancement. Nevertheless,I love Samsung products and I have been a loyal customer for.the.past 10 years. I decided to upgrade to the smartwatch 5 pro to give it a try and see if Samsung had improved the design.

Terrible investment. Battery life is 10 hours max. I leave my house at 4am and by 11am I'm on 44% .shocking how they can change so much for a really badly powered watch. My last smart watch I could do 100k steps in a day...honestly, on this watch I'd you would be lucky to do 15k steps before it goes dead Really am disappointed with this product. I saved up for months for this...crap

Love it. Terrible battery life. You CAN have two days life, as long as you don't do anything with it other than check the time. I use it for the gym and running and it will just make it 48 hours. If I have everything turned off and battery saver on. If you use always on display it's a daily charger

I have a bad experience with this watch, 4 times to SC just a mere 6 months, last ended with screen issue. This watch designed for health monitoring purpose with IP68 rating unfortunately it doesnt , i dont understand how samsung manage to obtain IP68 rating if this watch cant be wash .

This is one of the worst watch i have ever owned. Garmin watches are much better than Samsung. Battery drained out within 4-5 hours if you use Samsung Health app. What is the point of buying this watch if you are unable to use the Samsung Health app, just to preserve the battery life
