I purchased this product April 24, 2022. I just had to send it in for its second repair. The first time I sent it in, there was an error saying the filter was clogged. That repair was covered under warranty. This time I sent the product in because there was a LiDAR issue. This repair cost 225.00 plus the cost of the shipping materials. I purchased this product because I figured you get what you pay for, but not in this case. I had my iRobot for 6 years and never had an issue. This expensive product, works excellent when it’s fully operational, but having to send it in for repair twice already in just over a year is disappointing to say the least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum about 2 months ago, and it has been amazing at cleaning my apartment. A once a day vacuuming schedule is pretty good at keeping on top of my dog's shedding. It's able to traverse my apartment and avoids certain obstacles that would jam my other robot vacuums. It has an RC mode for manual controls (great for snooping around the house while outside). It also has a Find My Pet feature for the robot vacuum to wander around the house until the camera catches sight of the dog. The only complaint I have is that it's a bit tall and cannot vacuum under a couple of my furniture pieces, but even then, it's not much of an issue.

Je suis très heureuse de mon choix. Ce petit Robot fait des merveilles dans mon appartement. En plus d’être pratique il est plutôt très silencieux pour un aspirateur. Il fait son travail tout seul et c’est super agréable de pouvoir se reposer en rentrant à la maison et ne pas avoir à penser à passer l’aspirateur. J’ai des animaux qui perdent leur poils et aspirer était vraiment devenu une corvée que je redoutais. C’est donc très pratique ! Plus besoin de se soucier de cette tâche ménagère. Certes son prix est élevé mais il en vaut la peine! Imaginer ne plus avoir à passer l’aspirateur c’est le pied. Je recommande ce produit à 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older Samsung robot vacuum, and it was good, but required constant maintenance as we have dogs that shed a lot. Repeatedly had to empty and also clean the roller. The JET BOT AI+ is maintenance free and the redesigned roller never clogs! The AI+ empties itself when the bin is full and cleans our whole floor (@1600sqft) and multiple surfaces on one charge. Did I mention how quiet it is?? Wow! I work at home at it can be running in the background without disruption. Overall, the Jet Bot AI+ cleans great on all surfaces and collections all the dog hair (and dirt/dust) that collects along the baseboards overnight.

although this vacuum is quiet, it doesn't work as it should. for example it will not go on rugs, even low pile. it never went under my coffee table, or sofas even though there was plenty of room. the auto resume never worked. it did pretty good picking up dog hair, but the microfine filter clogged up within 30 minutes of it starting. i would have to pause the vacuum empty it and take a tooth brush the the filter. that was very annoying. after speaking with customer care and never hearing back from them i returned the vacuum. i ended up purchasing another bot vacuum different company that does everything this one was supposed to do, for a whole whole lot less.

This machine has the same problems that my powerbot did. There were two edge sensors on the powerbot and it and every time I tried to clean black rugs, it thought it was coming to an edge. I have rugs with black patterns on them and it looks to me like the jet bot is doing the same thing.. the problem with this machine is there are five edge sensors underneath. When I did on the power bot was cover up the edge sensors with black tape then it worked fine. so I guess I have to cover up all all five edge sensors on this jet bot with black tape or it's not gonna clean my pattern rugs and it's not going to map my house correctly.

L’aspirateur cartographie les pièces de la maison en voyant les objets à éviter, puis il fait son travail, vous pouvez programmer l’heure à laquelle il doit se mettre en route, il revient tout seul à sa base pour vider la poussière mais c’est beaucoup bruyant. Le soucis que j’ai eu concernant les accessoires qui ne sont pas indiqués dans la notice et qui pour mon domicile serai indispensable ( une barrière pour pas que l’aspirateur y aille). Pour vous donner une idée il aspire 53m2 en 1h). L’avantage c’est que vous pouvez le faire fonctionner à distance avec l’application sur votre téléphone et l’aspiration est top.

this is our 2nd samsung smart vacuum. the first didn't seem very smart - couldn't find its way back to the docking station, got stuck under chairs, etc. this one seems to work great. we put the station in the laundry room at one end of the house. the vacuum mapped the house first, now cleans the entire house (has to recharge once to finish) and finds its way home every time. seems to do a good job cleaning. only real negative that i can see at this point is the bags - great for hypoallergenic, but costly to replace. and with 2 dogs and 2 cats, it looks like it will fill up pretty quickly. all in, i'd recommend it.

It lasts for a long time, 90 minutes to be exact and the self-cleaning brush makes it easier to maintain. The suction power is great it picks up everything. The 99% filtration and the clean station had attracted me the most to buy this vacuum, and then I found out there is more such as the No-Go Zone in settings, that allow controlling where the Bot can go. It's very impressive, I am amazed at how the bot can identify what suction power to use when on the carpet or the hardwood floor. It is definitely a great buy and won't regret it at all.

Nach dem auspacken habe ich ihn zunächst laden lassen und ihn dann zum Kartieren losgeschickt. Die erfassung der Wohnung hat hervorragend funktioniert. Durch seine D-Form kommt er sehr gut in die Ecken. Auf Teppichen konnte ich ihn leider nicht ausprobieren da ich keine habe. Aber auf Fliesen und Laminat saugt er super. Der Akku reicht für eine 110qm Wohnung so gerade eben. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit unserem Schnauffi. Ein kleines Manko hat er dann aber doch, er ist zu hoch. Erkommt nicht unter die couch und unter das Bett, das ist schade. Weniger anzeigen

this is the best robot vaccum i have ever used. however, the clean station requires a replaceable dust bag (like their jet stick clean station) and this bag is not available for ordering anywhere that i can see. it does not even show up on the samsung site. when you look at the jet bot product page, under accessories it even shows you the wrong dust bag. it lists the dust bag for the jet stick vacuum which is incompatible (i have both the stick and this robo). the vacuum only comes with two dust bags which may last a few weeks but without those dust bags this vacuum is essentially useless.

Aspirateur qui aspire vraiment très bien, ne fait pas trop de bruit sauf quand il se vide à la station mais ça ne dure que quelques secondes donc c'est top ! Possède différent types d'aspiration et peut donc passer même sur des surfaces comme des tapis par exemple. Les capteurs sont très performants puisque l'aspirateur ne se cogne jamais dans les meubles et rase vraiment les murs grâce aux "brosses" et capteurs latéraux. De plus, il est possible de lui "interdire" certaines zones pour qu'il n'y aille pas. Cependant, lorsqu'il y a un problème au niveau des capteurs, les trajectoires de nettoyage sont complètement perturbées et le nettoyage est presque inexistant, le robot est complètement perdu.

Whether you use no go zones or not, it often gets confused and focuses one area so much that it kills the battery. One day we were not home it did this and drained the battery so much that it will no longer charge. We should have to babysit a smart vacuum. The replacemnt battery cost more than the unit is worth and I guess we will have to finally add some other brand appliance to out smart home.

The vacuum always gets lost, can never find it's way "home" and runs into almost all of my future leaving marks on the surface. If I would have known this product was not as "smart" as it's claimed to be I would have never purchased it. It worked fine for the first few months but later down the road it just became worse and worse. I have tried resetting, recalibrating, and remapping my home with the vacuum but it has never went back to how it should work. Maybe I just received a faulty unit but this was a complete waste of money. Plus my cat will not ride the machine, instead he is scared to death of it.

I have had the Jet Bot for three weeks now and I am very happy with the way it functions around my “complicated” house setting. I have seven in door cats and we needed a system where the cat hair could be controlled. The Jet Bot has really helped with this situation, I have set up a schedule on the app and it does it thing when we are not home. I love the camera as I can watch it’s progress from work. It never bumps into furniture and stops for objects that do not need to be vacuumed. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a high quality robo vac. Thanks, Brett

While the powerbot did a better job under the cabinets because of its smaller size it did struggle at times getting back to the charging base. This jetbot ai+ does an excellent job navigating and creating a map of the house. This vacuum has not bumped into anything while cleaning unlike our previous robot vacuum. The charge /clean station really makes this a vacuum that needs little intervention once setup. The app will notify you when the filters need cleaned and the base station needs emptied.

Der Aufbau ging sehr flott, die Einrichtung in der SmartThings App war allerdings etwas kompliziert bis ich verstanden habe wie es funktioniert. Der erste Scan der Räume hat prima funktioniert. Es wurden die Räume sehr detailiert aufgezeichnet. Das war schon eine Begeisterung. Der erste Reinigungsgang war sehr strukturiert und genau. Ich finde es auch gut wie die Saugkraft je nach Untergrund variert. Hauptsächlich habe ich Fliesen die eine strukturierte Obrfläche haben und PArkett sowie Laminat reinigen lassen. Den Läufer mag es noch nicht so. Dieser wird öfters mal mitgezogen. Die Laufdauer pro Reinigungsgang finde ich sehr gut. Er saugt über eine Stunde mit vollem Akku.

it does vacuum, that’s why i rated two stars when it comes to intelligence, it doesn’t shine. it’s marketed as a perfect vacuum for pet owners because it doesn’t try to vacum pet’s tail. that’s true. what it also doesn’t vacuum is all the fur that my cats leave behind after having their little fights. i was hoping i could teach it to clean up the cat fur while avoiding the toys but it’s impossible. i can only change object detection from small to medium or big. the learning option is quite limited: only certain obstacles are detected and i can send a photo for learning. the piles of cat fur are never an option. it’s also quite tall and doesn’t vacuum under the shelves where it has 1cm+ available space above

I also really like the features in the SmartThings app. A few issues - it gets caught on the throw rugs on top of my carpet, so the have to be moved before vacuuming. When cleaning behind doors, the bot sometimes closes the door and traps itself in a room. The battery has died away from the base station, so I have to hunt the vacuum down in order to get it to charge. Not major issues, but for the price, I would hope these get addressed in system updates.

This vacuum is fantastic for regular upkeep cleaning. It is nice that we can look in on our animals. The cats do not seem to mind it or move out of its way. hee hee. It does not do well with pet hair. We have two cats, and one sheds a lot. I do have the settings to smart suction. I do like that it knows to clean one side of the house before it charges then finishes with the other side. I agree that it is rather large, so I would think the battery would last long enough to clean a 1700 sq foot home and not just half of it. It would be nice if it had little sweeping arms that can extend when detecting a chair, couch, bed, or anything it cannot get under but needs cleaning. A mop option would also be nice. For the price it should do more.

initial setup was easy. 5-minutes to get it out of the box, plugged in and ready. another 5 minutes to use smartthings to connect to our wifi. initially it failed on old phone my wife had used (andriod 10). i installed on mine (android 12), and it connected immediately. the voice prompts were much appreciated, and following the prompts we sent the robot off to map the house. took about 15-minutes for 2850 sq ft. having a robot before, we knew to open doors and move away sticking obstacles (but this robot handled others we forgot about w/o issues). when mapping was complete it said the robot would need one recharge to finish everything and about 3 hours. but on its first run, the vacuum completed everything in one pass of about 2 hours.

Toute la famille est ravie de l'arrivée de cet appareil à la maison qui soulage la vie quotidienne. Il rend un grand service en faisant un nettoyage quasi quotidien pendant que tout le monde peut continuer de vaquer à ses occupations. Bien entendu il ne remplace pas l'humain et le recoins sont à faire régulièrement mais il a une capacité à passer et repasser à chaque endroit, dans les moindres petits recoins où il peut se faufiler qui est incroyable. Par ailleurs il fait plusieurs passages, c'est à dire que quand on pense qu'il a fini la pièce bien il recommence en insistant sur les coins et le long des murs/meubles. Par ailleurs c'est un joli appareil et nous avons été surpris par son silence. Seul bémol, à ce prix il pourrait aussi laver.

It is also very user friendly for how many features it has. Most importantly, it makes my life easier and makes being home more relaxing, which is something I have never experience with a robot vacuum before.

Der Roboter reinigt wirklich sehr gut die Böden und besonders positiv finde ich auch, dass dieser Saugroboter sehr leise im Vergleich zu anderen Modellen ist. Vom Design und der Verarbeitung her macht er einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Super finde ich auch, dass er merkt wenn etwas im Weg liegt und entsprechend ausweicht. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Höhe. Leider passt er so nicht unter unser Sofa und ich muss hier noch von Hand saugen.

As does the cheaper model (no tracks) of this same vacuum. The fault seems to be the crappy s design of the dust container, you cannot clean it, and the docking station cannot clean it. It has a capacity of less than a cup. It clogs with hair and other debris, but it can't be disassembled to remove the clog. High pressure air, a big shop vac, and bent pieces of wire will remove some of the clog after about a half hour of work. Repeat weekly!

The only thing i would like to see adding is a 3D mapping so you can see the upstair view when cleaning different floor levels. other then that worth every penny.

Complaints would be we need to have it on max suction to vacuum the carpet so it tends to runs out of battery before finishing the whole house. Takes about two hours to fully recharge before it will finish cleaning. Other downside is that for some reason at times it has gone into the no-go zone area that we’ve set. Still trying to figure out why it does that. But overall it has cut down a lot of cleaning time. Love that we can control everything on the app remotely.

Nach dem Auspacken und vollständigen laden des Saugroboters wird als erstes der Raum gescannt und dann geht es auch schon los. Der Jet Bot AI+ kann manuell oder per Zeitplan gestartet werden. Er erkennt Hindernisse und umfährt diese geschickt. Nach dem Saugen entleert die Reinigungsstation den Sauger vollständig, sodass nur wenig Handarbeit alle paar Wochen erforderlich ist. Der Raum ist sauber, inkl. der Ecken. Klar so gründlich wie manuell wird es mit keinen Saugroboter zurzeit. Aber wenn ich nur einmal pro Woche die Ecken und Kanten Saugen muss und nicht mehr alle zwei Tage das ganze Haus das ist das schon eine Riesen Erleichterung.

I was dust mopping twice a day, but now there is no need. You can name areas on your map and send the robot out to certain areas. You can also add a square where you do not want the robot to vacuum.

the jet bot ai+ product hardware is well built and aesthetic and futuristic looking but there are some major cons which a reputed brand like samsung should immediately work upon. cons: (i) the app can save only one map which is a major problem as multiple floor houses cannot save more than 1 floor and hence cannot create no-go zones for other floors. i wish samsung addresses this problem asap. (ii) the very low front wheel cannot climb on rugs most of the time and keeps either pushing it around or folding it undesirably.

They each do a great job of eliminating the pounds of hair that the cats shed each day. Unfortunately, they don’t do a great job of avoiding cat poop and have had the great misfortune of cleaning them several times as a result. My expectation is that the Jet Bot AI+ is going to do a much better job of avoiding pet droppings altogether and in turn, make the Jet Bot AI+ the best self-emptying, vacuum-only, robotic vacuum. I know there are other combo robotic vacuum/mops with AI on the market but none of them feature the straight front vacuum cleaning edge with LiDAR like the Jet Bot AI+ has making it truly the first of its kind.

This thing has cut a chore into a no longer thought of event. It beats our 'top of the line' original brand device hands down. Thought the original device would be the best to introduce us to robot vacuums. It did okay. Moved furniture around, got stuck some, etc.. Liked but didn't love. Got the Samsung thinking I'd give it a shot in another area which was higher traffic. Had reasonable expectations. They were surpassed. Loved it so much I bought another later for my mom for mother's day. She loves hers as well. Almost reboxed the other brand and gifted it but loved my mom too much. So for now the iwitch remains in it's area, but should it die it will not be revived.

The map features are nice as i can pop into the app and have select spaces cleaned or everything. Nice that also view the onboard camera and see what is going on in other parts of the house even if i do not have it cleaning. The find my pet feature is nice but the listed dog breads is minimal. I have a labradoodle and that is not an option to choose. Overall I love this thing.

i have had many top of the line robot vacuums and so far i really like the samsung jetbot ai. fast mapping, great object recognition, takes care with my furniture, does well on all types of floors, and looks great. where this machine lacks, no fault of its own is the firmware and and the app - the robot will not attempt to go under things that it can clearly fit under, i need this thing to go under the beds and furniture where it can fit. schedules in the app are currently limiting you to all rooms or nothing, i need to be able to select the rooms i want to clean when i want to clean them on a schedule. this is a very simple fix for the app team, please help asap or i will need to return this jetbot ai, i don't want/need it cleaning 3500 sqft every day it is scheduled

as a dog owner ... this product comes up way short. we own the previous 9250 powerbot samsung put out and it is a beast, so much so that we didn't hand vacuum for over 2 years (no exaggeration). with this new jetbotai the engineering team used a soft bristle brush which is not picking up dog hair on carpets. not even a clump of dog hair. not worth the cost if it can't do the basics. this product got demoted to the basement and we brought the older model back upstairs. c'mon samsung, you're better than this.

However, it was difficult to find the dust bag for the clean station and had to buy them from Korea. It's also not easy to find them in Korea, either. I have 2 dogs and the fur it has picked up has clogged both the vacuum and the clean station but it was easy to take them apart and clean them out. When the clean station shows blinking red, flip it upside down and see if there is anything stuck. You will need a small screw driver for this. It took a while to figure out how to run the vacuum with Google Home but I found a youtube video that helped me. First you have to set a routine in SmartThings for Google Home to recognize the device. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. I wish it was a little cheaper.

first thing first. it works really amazing. i love it can play music for pets while it cleans. it is super quite and the clean station is no louder than a normal vacuum. set up was extremely easy. i love than i can monitor with a moving camera around the house. it doesn't detect dog poo easily. twice i have woken up to my floors covered in a nasty mess, third, the brush is great on hard floors but not carpet a second brush needs to be available for purchase as i want a deeper clean for my carpet fourth the smart things' app is trash i want to clean certain rooms without having to dis click each room individually, a drop down would be nicer. also have a setting for vacuum till bin full empty return to last spot. it would also be nice to have clean home once not till battery runs out.

This AI robot is defective. The buttons on front don't work, it goes into home monitoring mode about every 20 minutes, their is no way to turn it off. It was sent for repairs and came back in the exact same condition and now the warranty has expired. Very disappointed with this product. My regular jetbots work just fine. Also the tread looking design on the sides are just fake, it has the same wheels as the regular jet bot, not sure what the purpose of a fake tread was?

i had the original samsung robot vacuum which i loved. however, it was time to upgrade. this vacuum met all expectations. it allows me to manage my 2700 square foot home with ease. does an incredible job. the smart app allows you to control which rooms you want to vacuum. this is helpful in larger homes because it takes two or three rounds of charging to get all the areas of my home. never had an issue with it not finding its charging station. would highly recommend.

They all had their plus/minuses. Overall, in terms of cost + usability + performance + reliability, I ended up with the N8 Pro. Wished the JetBot AI+ performed better, it really looks hecka cool.

It does clean the dust from the floor - it tends to clump the dog hair. And it's not a complete solution - it can't go under the chairs (didn't expect it to), which means I get out the Swifter anyway. The radar is impressive - moves around the shoe left on the floor. But basically this is an expensive toy - not a serious vacuum.

It bumps into far less walls and actually leaves vacuum lines like a full upright. So far, the only issue that I have is that the self cleaning canister has bags that must be bought, instead of something that could be reused. But, all things concerned, it's a minor problem that arose from me never having to vacuum again so...worth it.

J'ai d'ailleurs beaucoup aimé le retrouver sur l'application avec mes autres appareil samsung, ce qui permet d'avoir une seule et unique app. Très bien conçue également cette technologie qui fait qu'il se vide lui même en se remettant sur sa base, inutile de le faire soit même en le démontant et il reste vraiment silencieux. Je n'ai par contre pas été convaincue de son efficacité, je le pensais plus puissant, et suis restée déçue en voyant sa difficulté pour monter sur le tapis. Je pense qu'il est plutôt adapté à des pièces plus grandes.

I had Samsung R7070 WiFi Robot Vacuum Self-cleaning Brush for Pet Hair and it worked beautifully for everyday dirt and pet hair . After serval years I upgraded to this vacuum and works great for everyday dust and dirt but absolutely sucks for dog hair. I don’t know if it’s picking up the hair as an obstacle or just can’t suck it up. But either way it definitely does not work as well as a older cheaper version that Samsung produced.

Vacuum does a great job cleaning, but probably the best feature is the mapping that allows us to keep the dock station in the laundry room. Occasionally the vacuum still gets lost and can't find its way home, but most of the time it returns to the station in the laundry room with no problems. Like the clean station too, saving from having to empty the cleaning bin every day. Now once-a-week clean and maintain.

It's also 1h 20min battery so it makes take few tries to clean apartment. What I do not like is app it would be so much easier to change layout on computer. Object recognition is definitely worst feature. It sometimes recognizes cables as pet waste :) same try tomorrow it's cable, next time same location sox.

Thus far I am extremely pleased with the product. Key features that I really like is that it has a normal vacuum roll brush instead of the turnstile bristles that a rumba has. It also has different power settings for hard floor and carpet which I have both of. The obstacle avoidance has been great as well even though it identifies somethings as other items. At the end of the day as long as it avoids them is what matters. I also enjoy the fact that I can use the Jet Bot Ai+ to see if my kids have made any spills or I can just ride along and remotely view what the jet bot is cleaning. Although the system does tell you when to clean out the internal filter and when to wipe it down. Since I run mine on a daily schedule, I recommend you clean out the components on a weekly basis for best results.

The house mapping is incredibly cool and the AI is pretty good. Once in a while it will get itself stuck or ram into something, but it's 99% awesome. Choosing rooms is amazing and the self emptying function is worth every penny. Also the find my pet function is hilarious.

The plus side is that it doesn't run around banging into furniture because of the object recognition. It also does a much better job finding its way back home to charge. I talked to Samsung support and they said it's warranty expired in March 2023 even though I bought it and registered it in June 2023. So they won't honor the warranty or stand behind their product.

I've owned this awesome robot vac for about 3 months now and didn't realize I'd be using it as much as I do. First of all the vac just looks great!!! Love that it maps the house before using it. After this you can name each room and you can choose to vac one or all rooms. Love also that you can set "no go zones" to keep the vac out of certain areas. Love the camera that you can tap into to see the robot vac in action. Would be nice if you could control the vac thru the house while not cleaning, for monitoring purposes. Love the auto cleaning of the dust bin and monitoring of the hepa filters letting you know when cleaning is needed. This robot vac has so many bells and whistles!! I named it AL and it is part of my Robotic cleaning crew. I also have the Robot Mop!! I would highly recommend this robot!! I love the Object Recognition so I'm not worried about letting it loose while I'm not at home. I love, love love this robot vac!!!

It does really well on the floors and also does good on my rugs, though sometimes it may have some trouble with Persian made rugs due to its wool pile. I really like that it has AI built in to avoid and recognize certain objects in its way! I also use it for Pet Care feature, I can ask it to find my dog and it will send me a picture of it, while I can also enable playing some music to make my pet more comfortable when we are not home. The AutoEmpty dock helps me manage all the dust it has collected and it gets sucked into a special bag, which usually lasts me about 2 months. Mapping function is awesome too, I can simply send it to do some vacuuming in the kitchen or my bedroom by using Smart Things app. Very pleased with it, very interesting design. I did buy another version of it which is a bit slimmer so it could get under the couch. Looking forward to new updates and upgrades for it down the road!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner was lucky enough to get to test this vacuum and aside from being a beautiful appliance, it just rocks. It was easy to set up, navigates around obstacles (partner's socks) expertly, and gets more efficient the more it cleans. The camera feature is awesome, we can use it to check on our pets, if they are in the same room, we probably need to get more of these. It's truly remarkable how much of an improvement this is over our previous robot, it has great suction power, being able to set no-go zones without laying out magnetic strips is a great feature, as are the washable filters. It easily transitions from carpet to hardwood floors without missing anything or leaving debris behind like a few we've had in the past. We're very familiar with the Samsung smart apps and haven't had the issues some others have had, as long as our wifi is working it's always connected and ready to go. This vacuum makes me feel like the next step is Rosie from the Jestson's.

Compared to the j7 same overall cleaning performance wouldn’t notice a difference even tho in professional reviews they say j7 is better.. navigation the is better but tricky explanation. J7 is better plug and play where the Samsung needs fine tuned a touch. But once fine tuned it’s better.. example j7 went everywhere but bumps into more furniture smasung not as good on my dark throw rugs. Like under the kitchen table. J7 didn’t have issues but left dog hair everywhere on the throw rug. Smasung would get stuck thinking a drop due to dark color, once no go Zone set up. This thing doesn’t touch walls doesn’t touch furniture. Very very smart. Minus the struggle still on black or dark brown rugs. The j7 is still a bump and go vac compared to this vac in being gentle to your walls (even tho the j7 isn’t really a bump and go, it still is)

The problem with this vacuum is the same as the problem with my powerbot- I have rugs with black patterns on them and the cliff sensors jet on the bottom of the jet but think that the black patterns on my rug are cliffs or the top of a set of stairs. It won't clean them- It just stops. I guess I'll have to do the same thing I did with the power bot and put black tape over the cliff sensors so it cleans my rugs with the black patterns. Unfortunately this machine shows five cliff sensors. So am I gonna have to cover all five in order for it to clean my rugs Question mark the cliff sensors think that the black patterns on my rugs the top of us our cliffs our cliffs. it won't clean them It just gets to the black spot and stop and stops. I solved this issue on my power bot But by putting black tape over the cliff sensors. There are five cliff sensors on this on this jet bot so do I have to cover all of them with black tape to headed to clean my rugs and map my house 'cause it won't do either.

Dies ist nicht unser erster Roboter und wir können einen Vergleich anstellen. Die Saugstation: Die Selbstreinigungsfunktion finde ich genial und ich möchte sie nicht mehr missen. Normalerweise füllen sich in einem Haushalt mit Tieren die Staubsaugerbehälter schnell und man muss sie oft leeren, was man ab und zu vergisst. Mit der Saugstation gehört dieses Problem der Vergangenheit an. Der Beutel ist einfach und kompliziert zu entleeren. Absaugleistung: Wir sind zufrieden, egal ob Laminat, Fliesen oder Teppiche - der Roboter schafft alles. Navigation: Der Samsung Jet Bot AI+ fährt um die Kabel herum und bleibt nirgends hängen. Er stößt auch nicht hart gegen die Tür oder Möbel. Beim Kauf muss man sich bewusst sein, dass der Roboter relativ hoch ist und nicht unter jedes Möbelstück kommen kann. SmartThings-App: Am Anfang haben wir eine Weile gebraucht, um den Roboter mit der App zu verbinden, aber jetzt funktioniert alles gut.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Jet Bot AI+ as and upgrade for my POWERbot R9350. Using it for about a month now. Really like all the new features. Especially the auto empty feature. The Jet Bot mapped the home well; really liked the ability to combine or split rooms, to have better control on where cleaning should be done. Overall, this one is a much smarter robot, and does a good job of navigating around furniture and other obstacles. The one thing that still does not work at all; is the magnetic tape included. This tape is supposed to keep the Jet Bot from entering an room or area; however, just like the R9350; it just rolls right over it like it is not even there. This being the case, I am just closing doors to all bathrooms now. I do see there is an option in the app to mark places on the map as off-limits; however, this is very difficult to set in the app precisely. I give it 4 stars, I think improvements in the areas of map display and magnetic boundaty recongnition are still needed to be a perfect appliance.

Er baut eine Karte der Wohnung und lernt bei jeder Reinigung mehr über die Wohnung. Er gibt an Unebenheiten bis 5 cm überfahren zu können allerdings fängt er regelmäßig an mit unseren Schwingstühlen an zu kämpfen. Aber er hat uns bisher sehr überrascht, sowohl mit Saugleistung als auch Logik. Womit er Probleme hat sind Langflor Teppiche diese empfindet er als Hindernisse und kann diesen leider nichts abgewinnen. Wenn man den Roboter allerdings auf den Teppich stellt und Startet, saugt er auch über den Teppich und "akzeptiert" den Teppich. Die Heimüberwachung habe ich noch nicht getestet die Kamera und Steuerung ist aber hoch interessant. Großer Pluspunkt unserer Meinung ist das der Staubbeutel in der Absaugstation nur 1 mal im Jahr gewechselt werden muss. Die erste Inbetriebnahme ist sehr intuitiv und selbsterklärend für Jung und Alt. Wir freuen uns auf die nächsten Wochen gerade auch wie er sich im 2. Stock verhält.

[Diese Bewertung wurde im Rahmen einer Werbeaktion gesammelt.] Der Sauger kam in einem riesigen Paket sicher verpackt geliefert. Ich hatte schon einen Sauger aber ohne diese Stationen. Ausgepackt war der Robot wirklich schnell und auch die Installation und Inbetriebnahme gingen sehr Einfach von der Hand. Auch die Integration in die App und via Google Home hat problemlos funktioniert. Bis hier her alles Super soweit. Es gibt aber dann doch mehrere Punkte die mich stören. Zum einen, damit die Absaugstation mit Beutel funktioniert, was meiner Meinung nach nicht Zeitgemäß ist und für mich als Kunden wieder Folgekosten bedeutet. Zum Anderen überzeugt der Sauger an sich nicht. Wir haben mehrere Leichte Gegenstände sowie Blumentöpfe auf 3 Beinen in der Wohnung stehen. Aber statt diese zu Umfahren, schiebt er dieser durch den kompletten Raum und hat es sogar schon 2x geschafft die Blumentöpfe umzustoßen. Das hat mein vorheriger Sauger noch nie getan, weder sie zu verschieben, geschweige denn sie umzusto0en. Das ist für mich ein Grund das Produkt nicht zu empfehlen. Schade.

I would not have purchased a vacuum that didn’t have a hepa filter with a sealed system. We’ll put it to work on the day that it arrives.

This vacuum is awful, does a very poor job at vacuuming. Our old one did a much better job. I don’t know, maybe this one is defective. I put things out at night to see if it gets vacuumed up, bu all the vacuum does is spread all the dust all over the kitchen.

Eine super Hilfe im Leben mit Haustieren . Macht seine Aufgabe bestens ,Aufladung reicht locker für über 60 Min. Aurbeit aus . Würde mir das Gerät immer wieder kaufen. Man geht Einkaufen oder mit dem Hund spatzieren ,kommt zurück und es ist alles gesaugt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start off by saying that I haven't even had to think about vacuuming since I got the Jet Bot AI+, and that's a huge lift off our shoulders considering we own a German Shephard. I own the previous generation from Samsung and was really pleased at how well it cleaned and how well it held up over the last 3 years. Barely any maintenance needed beside cleaning the filter and brush. That model is being demoted to downstairs now that we upgraded to Jet Bot AI. We love the self-emptying clean station - we literally have just ignored it for 30 days and its still not 100% full yet. The newer model runs much quieter, is built better and avoid items on the floor so well. The app functionality is an amazing upgrade from the previous vacuum now that we can select the actual days and times to run the vacuum, get floor plan cleaning updates, set no-go zones, etc. Oh and if you're away from home and need to check up on the cat or dog this model has a camera on it that you can control wherever you are. Insane. Love this feature. Worth every dollar.

this is a fantastic smart vacuum. my only complaint is the inaccurate object recognition. it often labels obstacles as blankets/socks when they are clearly not, usually door frames. it also can't handle rugs or vents and just goes around them.
