We recommend performing a power cycle of the TV first before retuning the TV as this will close any ongoing processes, giving it a fresh restart: Unplug the TV from the main power socket > Wait 30 seconds > Plug the TV back in again > Using your remote, turn the TV on. After this, please make sure the Aerial cable is securely connected to the TV and retune it. We'd recommend having a play around with the picture settings, to find the perfect settings for you. To do this, go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode, and Settings > Picture > Expert Settings.
