By entering the Samsung x Zoe de Pass Socials Prize Draw described below (a “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1. Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey KT16 0RS.

2. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and above only.

3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Prize Draw is not eligible to enter.

4. No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. The Prize Draw will open at 00:01 (GMT) on 04/12/23 and close at 23:59 (GMT) on 11/12/23 (“Prize Draw Period”).

6. There are ten (10 ) Prizes available to be won in total, each consisting of one (1) Disney prize box containing an advent calendar, a 2024 desk calendar, a Home Alone paint tin and games bundle, a hot chocolate kit and mug, a Die Hard inspired Christmas jumper, and a blue Christmas stocking (the “Prize”).

7. The Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.

8. To enter, Participants must follow Zoe de Pass (@dresslikeamum) and Samsung (@SamsungUK) on Instagram (requiring the Participant to have an Instagram account) and must tag a friend in the comment section of the Prize Draw Instagram post from Zoe de Pass and use emojis to describe what they would like to watch together on Disney+ (“Entry”).

9. Participants can enter the Prize Draw as many times as they wish.

10. The winner of the Prize will be the Participants selected at random from all valid Entries at the end of the Prize Draw Period.

11. The winner will be notified by 23:59 (GMT) on 12/12/23 via an Instagram direct message.

12. Winners will have seven (7) days from the date of notification to respond to the Instagram direct message and provide their postal address for delivery to claim their Prize.

13. In the event a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

15. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of operating this Promotion and acknowledge the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and towns of residence of all winners. Participants reserve the right to withdraw their consent at any time by visiting http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html/ or by writing to the Promoter.

16. The Promoter excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.

17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering the giveaway, each participant releases Instagram from all liability.

18. All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have participated and won a Prize.

19. Entry into the Prize Draw signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

21. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
