- AI-based features are available on certain appliances, and based on our deep learning model, which is trained using a predefined set of data and may yield incomplete or incorrect information. New datasets may be introduced to our learning model from time to time to enhanced its accuracy.
- The Peltier element is a semiconductor-based component that cools using just electricity, without refrigerant. It operates when either the temperature in the refrigerator rises above the normal range or AI predicts that the temperature will rise in 5 minutes due to a long period of food storage or cleaning, based on an analysis of the user’s refrigerator opening and closing pattern.
- Based on internal testing. When activated, AI Hybrid Cooling's Precise Temperature Control decreases temperature increase of fridge when defrosting operates. Only available on fridge compartment and may increase energy use.
- Based on internal testing, compared to Samsung RF65DG9H* model with a 636L capacity.
- A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account required.
- A red light will turn on when camera is working. The user’s appearance can be captured, but surroundings other than the food item will be automatically blurred.
- As of April 2025, AI Vision Inside can recognize 37 food items like fresh fruits and veggies. Unrecognizable items may be listed as blank. AI Vision Inside cannot identify or list food items in the fridge door bins or freezer. It recognizes food items based on deep learning models, which may be updated periodically to improve accuracy.
- AI Vision Inside presents 20 frequently used unknown items over the past 30 days, and the user can add up to 50 items on the user registered list.
- AI Wash & Dry's detection and sensing capabilities are based on our deep learning models trained using predefined set of data and may yield inaccurate or incorrect results. New datasets may be introduced to our learning models from time to time to enhance its accuracy.
- A turbidity sensor operates for all weights, while fabric sensing operates for 8lbs and under. Actual results may vary depending on individual use. To prevent wear, wash like fabrics together.
- The updated functions of AI Cleaning Mode 2.0 can be activated after registering the stick vacuum cleaner on the SmartThings App. The operation of AI Cleaning mode 2.0 may be limited in certain environments, such as when the All-in-one Clean Station is unplugged, the Wi-Fi connection is unstable or the Bluetooth connection status between the stick vacuum cleaner and the All-in-one Clean Station is unstable. In such cases, it operates in AI Cleaning mode 1.0. If AI Cleaning mode 2.0 does not work frequently, please move the All-in-one Clean Station to a space without obstacles nearby. To enable continuous function updates, keep the Wi-Fi in the house on at all times.
- AI Cleaning Mode 1.0 recognizes 4 usage conditions, including hard floor, carpet, mat and lifting (moving). AI Cleaning Mode 2.0 also recognizes the type of carpet, as well as the 4 usage conditions. The ability to identify different cleaning environments and the time it takes to change the settings can be affected by environmental conditions.
- Based on internal testing using the Active Dual Brush, with the global average floor composition – wood 76% and carpet 24%. The cleaning efficiency is the same as Mid mode with 2% or less difference, using the IEC 62885-2 Cl. 5.1 and 5.4 standard. The battery power consumption was measured when using the vacuum cleaner for 35 minutes. The maneuverability increases by 6% on average compared to Mid mode, using the IEC 62885-2 Cl. 7.3.9 standard. Results may vary depending on the actual usage.
- Based on our deep learning model trained using predefined set of data and may yield incomplete or incorrect information. New datasets may be introduced to our learning model from time to time to enhance its accuracy.
- Object recognition may be affected by an object’s shape or the environmental conditions. Only certain object types can be recognized. Example items: air conditioner (stand type), refrigerator, BESPOKE (refrigerator/dishwasher), TV, washing machine/dryer, air purifier, AirDresser, sofa, bed, bookshelf, table, pet excrement, electrical cable, towel/sock, cup, glass, bottle, bowl, vase, floor mat, rug, coat rack, shoes, pedestal, scales, power extension, furniture with a crossbar, furniture legs, wheeled chair, pet fur ball, smartphone cable, stain, door step, and doorway. Stained Area Recognition needs to be activated beforehand via the SmartThings App. A Wi-Fi connection and Samsung account are required.

- A liquid spill is defined as a colored or transparent liquid, such as water or juice, having a size of 7cm x 7cm (15 ml in volume) or larger. Identification may be affected by the size of the liquid or the environmental conditions of the floor, such as the floor pattern, color of the floor, direct or reflected light, or shape of the liquid. Excessive amount of liquid on the floor may cause secondary contamination.

- Only available on certain models.
- Available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required.
- AA dish should be placed in the center of the oven to achieve the best recognition. The accuracy of the recognition may vary depending on the actual usage conditions, such as the type of ingredients, cleanliness of the cavity and the brightness of the room light. For more detailed information, please refer to the user guide enclosed with the package.
- Based on an AI-created algorithm. Actual results may vary depending on individual use.
