  • What is the Samsung Affiliate Partners programme?

    The Samsung Affiliate Partners Programme is a way to earn extra income. Just sign up, promote our brand and offers through your various channels such as social medias, website, blog, or others… and for each confirmed sale, you will receive a commission. Awesome right? And anyone can sign up, from individuals to legal entities.

  • To become an affiliate, you must have a valid website, blog, social network or other communication channel that complies with the Samsung Affiliate Partners Programme rules, a checking account in your name or in the name of your company, and other personal documents.

  • To be part of the Samsung Affiliate Partners Programme, you must register your website, blog, social network or other valid communication channel on the platform that complies with the programme rules. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email; thereafter, the approval process takes up to 7 business days. If your website is approved, you will receive a confirmation email to access the platform and learn about the promotion tools. After that, start promoting, selling and getting paid!

  • No, our platform is completely free to join and use.

  • You will receive payments for validated sales via our partner Rakuten Advertising and the following is a breakdown of how the payment process works: (1) Invoice and Payment Terms: Samsung will review and close invoices by the end of the month they are posted by our partner Rakuten Advertising. Samsung will look to make payment 30 days after the invoice date. (2) Example: Commissions earned in October are invoiced in early November. Samsung authorizes the invoice by November 30th, and payment is due to Rakuten Advertising by December 31st. (3) Publisher Payment: Rakuten Advertising issues any payments you are due the week after receiving payment from Samsung. In the example above, you will receive payment in the week following December 31st. (4) Payment Issuance: Rakuten Advertising issues payments to publishers four times a month, meaning you will be paid in the next weekly payment run after Samsung make payment. (5) Minimum Threshold: A minimum commission balance is required to receive payment. The minimum threshold is £50 (GBP) or 50 AUD/CAD/EUR/USD. (6) Payment Methods: Rakuten Advertising pays publisher commissions via PayPal, or direct deposit (ACH). If you have any questions, please reach out at ra-samsungUK@mail.rakuten.com.   • We use Rakuten's partner technology for the affiliate programme, through which you can check transactions, payment status, total earnings, real-time sales, among other information. Within the platform, we provide material to help you navigating Rakuten’s platform but also extra material to help you generate the most of the programme, like brand guidelines, newsletter to share what are the key products of the moment…

  • No. Commissions will only be paid for sales you audience will make on the Samsung website http://www.samsung.com/uk/. For other websites, commissions will not be paid, so be sure to test the links and ensure that you are directing your potential buyers to the correct environment.

  • How do I join the Samsung UK Affiliate Partner programme?

    First, sign up with Rakuten Advertising. Once your account is created and verified, you’ll need to apply separately to the Samsung UK Affiliate Programme within Rakuten.

  • Once you've created your Rakuten Advertising account and verified your email, you’ll need to apply to the Samsung UK Affiliate Partner Programme separately within the Rakuten dashboard.

  • Once you have created and verified your Rakuten Advertising account, you can apply directly to the Samsung UK affiliate programme by following this link: https://publisher.rakutenadvertising.com/advertisers/53591/about. Then: (1) Click the “Apply” button, (2) Read and accept the Affiliate Terms & Conditions, (3) Tick the box to confirm if you are happy to proceed, and (4) Click “Send Request” to submit your application. Please ensure you apply to the “Samsung UK” affiliate programme and not the “Samsung Business UK” affiliate programme.

  • Yes, you can also search for and apply directly to the Samsung UK affiliate programme via the Rakuten Advertising dashboard. To do this: (1) Go to the top “Advertisers” navigation bar and select “Find Advertisers” from the dropdown menu, (2) On the next page, type “Samsung UK” into the search bar, (3) Click on “View offer” or “Advertiser profile” next to our listing, (4) On the resulting page, click the “Apply” button, (5) Read and accept the Affiliate Terms & Conditions, (6) Tick the box to confirm if you are happy to proceed, and (7) Click “Send Request”. Please ensure you apply to the “Samsung UK” affiliate programme and not the “Samsung Business UK” affiliate programme.

  • We look to approve all applications from Influencers or Publishers weekly, so within 7 days, you should receive confirmation on whether you have been approved to join the Samsung UK Affiliate Partner programme.

  • Once you are approved, you will be able to start to promote Samsung and earn a commission on sales that you generate for Samsung UK. Via our partner Rakuten Advertising, you will be able to create your own tracking links, that you can then add to your social media posts or website, but if you are not confident in understanding how to create a tracking link, you will also be sent your own unique coupon code to promote. Once you receive your unique coupon code, you can simply share and promote the coupon code with your social media following or audience and you will then be credited and paid a commission on sales where the consumer has used your unique coupon code when purchasing from Samsung’s UK website.
