1 Navigate to the Samsung account sign-in page using a web browser. Select Sign in, and then sign into your account using your credentials.

Let us know if you are still having issues after the two-week period. Submitting additional requests to change the phone number will reset the two-week waiting period, so it is important to wait a full two weeks.

If you are still experiencing issues after two weeks, we can assist you in creating a new Samsung Account.

2-step verification is mandatory on Samsung Accounts that have a registered phone number. Read more about 2-step verification here.[ https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/apps-services/what-is-two-step-verification/]
