This new machine is so much quieter than my previous one and cleans brilliantly. The large drum size means I spend less time washing and the extra features like AddWash, bubbles and the bit at the back that turns the washing are great. I thought that the app control was a bit of a gimmick, but the laundry recipe feature is really handy and I like getting the notification when a load has finished. My only criticism would be that if you schedule a load to finish at a certain time via the app, it will sometimes finish much later as the machine doesn't do its calculations based on the weight of the load until after it starts.

I’ve had this machine almost a month now and I can tell the difference from my old Hotpoint machine. My clothes feel softer and smell fresher when they first come out the machine. I’ve found the machine much quieter whilst functioning. The app is handy if someone else is loading it and don’t know how to use it. The 9kg capacity means I can fit more bedding in at once. So I’m hoping this will save me on energy bills too. It looks good too - only downside is I didn’t realise it would protrude forwards more than my old machine but I’m guessing that’s down to the add wash on the door, and the pipes at the back which my partner will look at when he gets chance!

It washes well, the programs are fast and it has good options. It is useful to be able to add items after the wash has started. The machine is quieter than our old one (which was supposed to be a quiet model). Our last machine was a Bosch Which recommended buy but our new Samsung is better. The old machine would make regular “beeping” noises telling us to empty it and it felt like it was shouting at us because it was just in a bad mood and as a result we did not like using it. The new Samsung just plays a cheerful little ditty when it has finished and we enjoy using it.

Our new washing machine has made such a difference to our family life. Running a busy household with five grown up sporty children. The benefit of a larger load has already made a difference to the efficiency and reduced the amount of washes I would need to do to keep up with everyones needs. The programmes cater for all the needs with quick washes and being able to add those items that inevitably get missed. It is simple to use and I have trained my sons to use it. I love the quietness the prompts that it gives me. All round I am very happy Thank you.

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. It's our first ever electrical item that we've ever owned that is controllable via Wi-Fi with an app. And it's the most impressive bit of kit that we've ever had before. There are so many features to the washing machine that it's hard to find one that stands out on its own. One of our family works in the hospital and the Bubble soak is excellent for getting rid of all the germs and dirt. During the day in fact I took one of the wifes expensive shirts not that she knows that unless she reads this review! And I put tea coffee gravy and ketchup on the front of the shirt rubbed it in very well and on a standard wash with bubble soak it all came clean out thankfully. Very impressed. The build quality is excellent the touch panel is wonderfully sensitive it's just like touching your mobile phone whilst on that subject the smart control app is brilliant. Bung your washing in the machine turn on the smart control button by tapping it, and from your phone tell it exactly what your washing and it will tell you the best cycle and the quickest cycle to use. You can add bubble wash you can even add a cycle where the machine turns the clothes over in the Drum every now and then to stop creasing. When you have everything in the Drum you'll notice that the washing machine will spin around a few times backwards and forwards we're nothing really happening other than that and what it does is it weighs the washing and puts the right amount of water and from that it will then determine how long it need to wash it it's just amazing.

I bought this 6 weeks ago. The first machine which I received was faulty and leaked. Samsung were hugely unhelpful, and despite the machine having been fitted by an engineer refused to accept that there was a fault, or even look it it for a number of weeks. The supplier eventually replaced it, and I have had a working machine for about a month. Whilst I love many of the features; the add in feature is useful and the controls are easy to use, I am so far disappointed by the cleaning. My clothes are coming out grubby, even when only half loaded, using the dirty setting and bubble soak, and I find I am itchy suggesting soap remains. I have never had this issue with previous machines. Hopefully soon I will discover the magic setting that works... :(

Only had this 6 days.Very happy so far with how much cleaner clothes are and how easy it is to use. This washer is so much quieter than my old washer. The wifi is a great bonus,being able to check and control washer on my iphone/ipad when away from home. It looks amazing and is of a solid build. I think it was worth paying that bit more for a QuickDrive model also the 9kg load. This is my first Samsung washer and would highly recommend. Another reason i choose Samsung was the 5 yr Guarentee. Just hope it lasts ......

Noise level very low. It sees to switch to a longer cycle if you have a lot of washing and I cannot seem to work out how to just put it on for the time I require.. not the time it wants to wash my clothes. The add door feature I have used a couple of times for socks but is more of a gimmick not really needed if this feature affects price go for one without add door. Not tried out all cycles as yet as only had a month but seems to wash well..

My washing machine was delivered 2weeks ago and I have to say I cannot find any negatives . Plenty of cycles to suit everyone, I also found it does seem to wash my clothes very clean and some cycles are short but this in no way was detrimental to the cleaning power or freshness. I'm very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend Samsung Q drive to anyone . It exceeds expectations and doesn't dissapoint.

Got it nearly two months ago.great quality just- child lock locks everything except on/off button,so becouse washing machine stands next to my sink, my kid or other family member nearly every time switch it off accidentally by standing next to it to wash dishes ir hands.,and when switching back,all program starts frim begging.Nightmare! There was one day that i literally been washing one load allllll Day!!!!

Washes clothes well and is nice and quiet. The internet connected point doesn't work for me as it only works on old 2.4ghz and my new BT hub is maxed on that for Kindles etc, but why a washing machine needs to be connected is beyond me. But, the important point is, washes clothes well, is very quiet (I can do a conference call on my mobile whilst it is washing) and generally does it's job well.

I love it so far, but if you brush past the on/off button mid cycle it will stop the machine and you will have to start the whole cycle again. It is so frustrating! It has happened to me twice in a month already and its very annoying and wasting money. Apart from that it looks good, washes clothes very well. I love the large leters around the wash mode selection knob, and it is quiet.

So you buy a 9kg washer with a 39 minute quick wash, sadly you cant use that on the full load. The biggest issue though is put it on a normal wash, reduce the temperature and it will tell you the wash will take just over an hour to complete not bad you think, give it 10 minutes and it will have changed its mind. First wash put it on bubble wash as well, an hour and a half, thinking it was nearly done go back to the machine and it has three hours left! Put it on yesterday and no bubble wash goes from 1 hour and a few minutes down to 53 and then up to 2 and a half hours you simply cannot plan. 39 minute was is great and is the one we have used more often but twice as many loads, why they couldn’t have figured out how to do a full load on a quick wash is beyond me. Seriously considering sending it back within the 100 day guarantee. On a positive note we got it for an excellent price, cash back and price matches. Quite disappointed though.

Not as good as my old Bosch, but does the job. I like the connectivity with my Iphone and lots of programme options. Unfortunately, doesn't fit under the worktop and sticks out... making it a bit bulky. Have also noticed the drum is rather sensitive to the way the laundry is position and the programme may get stuck in one place.

The best washing machine I've ever had. It's quick, quiet and even plays a little tune when it is finished. I can even connect it to my phone. I haven't tried all of the features yet but the ones I have I'm impressed with. The only slight thing is it sticks out and is not flush with my counter but even that doesn't spoil it.

Really robust well designed machine! Great features and gets things really clean even at low temp and in a short time using bubble soak. Haven't had it long yet but so far cant fault it! Only downside is it's quite heavy to move and deep too but that could just be my inlet pipe being in the way!

I brought this a month ago and was so excited after reading the reviews. I have to say I am so impressed with everything about it. It looks incredible, washes the clothes perfectly, is so quiet when spinning and the little tune it plays at the end of the wash, well this just tops it! The biggest thing for me is that the clothes do not come out soaking wet when finished. I found with my prior machine...although it was 14 years old...the clothes would always come out ringing wet. When then having to put them on the radiators, I would always have a pool of water on the floor which meant I could never put them in a room where there was carpet. With this machine this is not the case. Not only that, I can put this machine on when my children are napping knowing that it's so quiet, there is no chance of it waking them up. The add-wash feature is a bonus. I am always finding an odd sock of my children's after starting the washing. This gives me the benefit of being able to add these when started...which has come in handy so many times already. I am so glad I purchased this machine and would do so again in a heartbeat :)
