Had my ducted system installed and this controller was given - after spending $12000 on ducted they have refused to change it to a functioning unit - I can’t even set times for the system to come on with this junk as every single option is restricted!! Don’t buy this junk and better still don’t spend a cent with Samsung !!!

Had this aircon unit for 6 months. The user manual for a quantum computer would be easier to read. Why can't Samsung just put a timer key in. Simple!

This is potentially the worst most complicated product Ive ever tried to use. Im not sure who wrote the manual but then never ever went through the procedure of setting the moist basic of functions. Even setting the time is an ordeal. Its just terrible.

Unfit for purpose. Inaccurate to call it a 'Controller' Struggles to do anything more than switch Samsung's ducted airconditioning units on/off. This item should be recalled and Samsung should be required to replace with a controller that can perform basic functions equivalent to the competition. Samsung should be required to fully recompensed owners for the inconvenience this defective product has imposed on each and every purchaser.

Very difficult to operate the remote...end up everytime with restricted access.... cooling is very slow at high fan speed and lowest set tempterature...take 2hrs to come down from 26deg to 24 deg...horrible
