Avoid at all costs , this is a defective product , its stops charging intermittently , doesn't do "Fast Wireless " charging , only works if you disable the Fast Wireless charging in your phone , and then it charges your phone painfully slow . check online forums before purchasing , the support doesn't do anything for you and you will be stuck with an extremely expensive e-waste. before you ask , Yes i used it with all sort of Magsafe / Qi2 cases including the official one from Samsung for my Zfold 7. and Yes all of those cases work just fine with other magsafe / qi2 chargers. Yes i am using Samsung Provided Charging brick that comes in the box and the official cable.

I rarely write reviews, but this product deserves a warning label. The Samsung 3-in-1 wireless charger is a complete disappointment. It doesn’t even perform its most basic function — charging my phone. For something this expensive, you’d expect reliability, but instead you get frustration and wasted money. The worst part isn’t just the faulty charger — it’s Samsung’s terrible customer service. Trying to get a refund is like going through a maze designed to make you give up. Endless forms, unhelpful responses, and every excuse possible to avoid taking responsibility. It’s honestly shocking that a company as big as Samsung treats loyal customers this way. Save yourself the time, money, and irritation. Avoid this charger at all costs. You’re better off with a third-party brand that actually works and values its customers.

An absolute piece of rubbish. Don't waste your money far better cheaper options on amazon. Any higher performance phones (like my Z fold 7) does not stick to magnet as its too weak and defeats the whole purpose of the charger stand. I'm also super annoyed as i spent a considerable amount of money on a bulk order with Samsung and they won't return this defective product.

Got this when I got my new watch and quickly realised after it was too late you needed a magnetic case to use the thing. So into the cupboard it went till I got around to getting a case. Got a case, went home pulled it out and it doesn't work tried different chargers (all samsung chargers) and it doesn't work. I put my phone onto the pad and manually held it there it started charging and then stopped i put the case on just by itself and the charger started blinking red. My watch charges off it no worries but my phone. Nahh. Waste of money do not buy

Bought this thinking it would be better than my good Sprout charger. Trouble charging the phone with any case except the thinnest types. The magsafe phone charger was loose and didnt keep the phone fixed on the angle I wanted. Wont charge anything but Samsung buds my other buds are QI2 Certified and genuine product but surprisingly wont charge. The watch charger works fine. Overall it looks nice but isnt built well, wont charge well and dosnt work as well as my older Sprout triple charger and cost $100 more. ill stick to my old charger.

Charged my phone for nine seconds then dies. All this on the standard charger it comes with. Also tried with all manner of cables and chargers, with and without a case on it. It doesn't matter how good your design is when your product is this poor. Do not recommend, do not buy

Bought this over the weekend and works perfectly fine. I have a magnetic case which clearly stated is needed. Chargers phoneas fast as any other 15w wireless charger. It is really sturdy Also chargers watch and buds with no issue I got it for far less than they sell it on here.
