Very disappointing to pay A$99 for the charger and not receive the usb cable and adapter. On the included starter guide it states the cable and charger is included. So I'm unable to use the purchased charger yet!! Apparently Samsung Australia does NOT include these items and you have to purchase them separately. Had I known that I would have bought online elsewhere as there were cheaper options available. I thought I was doing the right thing purchasing directly through Samsung.

This came with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra purchase. I should have read the reviews earlier. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! First, they say "use the compatible cable that comes with it" on the website, BUT they don't actually package it with the device. Next, it DOES NOT work with your standard power output. Needs 25W or higher power output. This information is hidden and NOT included on the User Guide. No information on what the blinking yellow light means when you try and use the device with another power output. If you are selling a product that does NOT work with standard equipment, then you better pack the special requirements with the device so it can actually be used. Stay away. Samsung is quickly going down a very slippery path and Customer Satisfaction is no longer on its priority.

Tried charging my Galaxy Watch on it and it simply does not charge - red light flashes suggesting positioning not right. I attempt to hold it down firmly right in the middle, it finally registers but then disconnects immediately. I had the previous version of this charging pad and it works perfectly, so this new charger is a big disappointment. And agree with every other review, it's ridiculous that it doesn't come with a wall plug. Not fit for purpose and anyone who spent money on it deserves a refund.

Does not come with wall adapter, and is not compatible with any wall adapters you already have unless they are 45w. To buy a compatible wall adapter from Samsung AU is $69.00AUD. So the device actually costs significantly more in total. The product information does not clearly state that you need to purchase the wall plug separately. The only hint you get is "*Wireless charger requires power connection. **Recommend using in-box charging cable and/or travel adapter for use of third party items may cause damage to the charger or a decrease in charging speed." The above is not clear. Also, why sell a product that is a charger that requires another product to use? I have attempted to rectify this issue with Samsung AU since the start of October (almost 3 months at this point), however they have not been helpful, not understanding the issue or promising to escalate and contact me back but nothing. Do not purchase this unless you already have a 45w wall plug.

Have been charging this up for 24 hours. All I have is 2 Orange blinking lights and ni instructions. Reading the other reviews, it now makes more sense. I purchased this as an "add on" with my A24 Phone. What a waste of money. Buying something directly from Samsung should work and should come with enough accessories to aid this very modest expectation.

It works, but the whole design feels cheap. It doesn't grip to the table as it is made of cheap plastic, and your phone can slide all across it (my phone broke due to falling off it). It can be hard to find the "sweet spot" where it charges best. To top it off, unlike my previous 3rd party wireless charger I am back to using (which was cheaper, charges faster, and is much nicer to use), it makes a constant clicking noise while charging. It also has flashing little LEDs which are annoying when it is places next to your bed.

I Bought to of these . Neither work . Now I find its not compatible with my new S23 bought at the same time. No cable no charger. Wont find galaxy watch 6 bought with phone or 4 wich is only 3 weeks older than the six Only gave it a star because could not send review with out one .

This might be a good product but I wouldn't know because I didn't scroll down enough & read the fine print where it states it doesn't come with the charge cable. If your not going to include it at least make it blatantly obvious that it's not included. Pretty much every other product you buy that requires electricity comes with the freaking cable or power lead. Seems deceptive & super scummy.

I've had this charger for 6 months and it's flawless, best wireless charger on the market don't listen to the 1 star reviews. Obviously you need to buy a fast charger power adapter to use it to its full potential. I've had every generation of Samsung wireless charger and this is by far the best one

The Fast Wireless Charger Duo is a fantastic choice for charging my Samsung devices. It effortlessly charges my Galaxy Buds on either pad, my Z Flip 7, and my Galaxy Smart Watch 7 without any positioning issues. The Secret Sale discount and Reward points made it a great deal. Con: The Dark Gray colour feels a bit plain and lacks style.

It works as advertised. Not sure if it is fast charging or not, but I normally leave it charging over night. It doesn't come with the actual power adaptor though. This is just the base. What you see there is what you get. And, I had to use Apple power adaptor to make it work, because I think Apple power adaptor provides more than 1A, while normal USB power adaptor only gives out 500 mA.

Super noisy fan and horrible design and construction. Samsung also deliberately fails to mention that IT DOES NOT come with a wall brick and cable, and they are super obscure about needing a 45w wall charging brick to get its maximum output. Basically they hope you dont realise that theyre only selling you half the product.
