I really wish I read the previous review before purchasing. This product is not compatible on my OG Galaxy watch purchased 8 months ago. Amongst the pictures of the product is tiny text stating *Supports charging for Galaxy Watch3, Active2, and Active smartwatches only. Good luck finding it. I certainly didn't think to look for something like this after reading the heading 'The right fit for your Galaxy Watch' just prior. Of course there is no refund on the product as the package has been opened to discover the issue. Such a waste of money.

Unboxed and tested for the first time last night. S22 Ultra was very very slow to charge going from approx 40% at 10pm to approx 70% at 6am. This is ridiculously slow and not an option worth having. What makes it even worse is that I selected this unit because it could charge my Samsung smart watch. Now I've found out that it's not compatible. It charges for a few minutes and then stops. Booo!! Charging at only 9 watts?? This is torture and I will not use again. Shame I wasted my redemption on this option and not the travel charger kit.

I received this station as a gift this month and after owning a number of samsung chargers, I must admit this is the absolute worst charger and Samsung product I have encountered. When you come home after a long night at work and have to spend 10mins aligning your phone to charge it, that is the fist issue. The next issue is they claim it is a fast charge, but I yet more charge out of a 3rd party charger at work, than I do this. It is garbage and I will be telling people to steer clear of this product.

I selected this as one of my bonus gifts with my S22+ - this charger is very solid & looks stylish. In the box it contains a 25W USB-C charging brick which is quite handy, the cable is USB-C on both ends so you could just use the cable and charging brick to fast charge your phone if you needed a quick boost. The Trio charger is able to charge my Galaxy Watch4 Classic, Buds Live and S22+ all together. It takes approximately 1 hour to charge my watch from 50% to full, and 40 minutes for my phone to go from 50% to 85%. I have a Spigen Crystal slot case and drivers licence card and it does not block the wireless charging. There is no heat build up when charging the devices, nor any sound. The LED's on the charger make it easy to see if you have reached full charge. I'm very happy with this product.

had high hopes, but should have read the reviews first, will not charge my zfold4, but then it doesnt say it will, luckily it does charge my husband's zflip 4, and does charge our new watches 6 and 7 even though they are not listed as compatible. Earbuds charging fine. I think the probelm with my fold is that the camera lenses are heavy so the phone does not sit flat on the charging plate. A bit dissapointing as I have an Aldi trio charger that works fine. I thought a samsung one would be superior

I bought this device with the idea that I could replace 3 chargers with a single device. It would do exactly that if it worked as advertised. It doesn't. My samsung earbuds don't charge at all no matter where I put them on there. My samsung watch only charges if I moved it around until it is in exactly the right spot. And then it only charges intermittently. Not enough to actually be useful as a reliable charger. My samsung phone charges ok but still requires moving it a bit so it's in the right spot. I already have another wireless charger pad that works fine when I simply put my phone on it. No need to try and find the exact spot which works. So it doesn't even make a good replacement for my individual wireless charger pad. In short, doesn't do what I hoped it would so I'll be taking it back to the store for a refund.

I told my kids that I wanted a Samsung Charger for my birthday and they purchased this model. I have Samsung Galaxy phone, which it charges, and a BRAND NEW Galaxy Watch 46mm Bluetooth LTE. If you have one of these watches then don't buy this charger, it will not charge the watch at all. Very frustrating. Having to take it back for a different one.

Bought my S22 ultra and this came with it, plugged it into the brick that also came with the S22 ultra and proceeded to attempt to charge the S22 and my Samsung Earbuds. Woke up to the rude awakening that neither the S22 or earphone got anycharge. Best used as a paperweight and dust collector.

Absolutely the worst Wireless Charger on the Market, go with another Brand, as it's only got 6mths Warranty and mine has done very little work and failed. I've had Samsung forever, but will never buy ANY accessories, my case only asked 8mths for my Fold, and now this! 6mth Warranty is absolutely ridiculous for expensive accessories Samsung, never again!

I love this product. It clears the clutter on my bedside table and allows me to charge everything every night. Never run into the issue of my earbuds running out of charge and even works through my quite thick rugged case on my fold4. I had a friend see this and mention they wanted one. Ended up getting it for a birthday present for her and she also loves it. It is slightly fiddly to align the device at the start but after a few weeks, it gets easier and easier with practice.
I recommended this product.

The charger that comes with the watch charges faster than the pad... rendering it useless in my opinion having your watch off for 1hr is long enough now have to charge twice as long... lucky this was a free gift from the s22 ultra otherwise would return it...

I'm not sure what people are having issues with - works great for my S10+, Earbuds and Watch 6. Just drop the devices on it and off it goes. With my previous charger (duo clone) I had to move the phone around to find the sweet spot - no such issues with this one at all. Phone, buds and watch all charged relatively quickly (didn't sit and watch them - but it wasn't anything unusual). I just have to figure out the LED dimming feature...
I recommended this product.

Like others, received this dud as part of an S22 pre-order bundle. Fairly useless product. It is very fiddly in terms of placement of devices on the pad, and then once charging, it is SLOW! Why would you create and market something that is so low powered today I have no idea. It seems to me the limitations on which Samsung watches it is prepared to charge is intended to 'coerce' some people into getting a new Galaxy watch. It certainly seems to be capable, albeit briefly, of charging my old Gear watch...but something then causes charging to stop.

I bought this device as I have multiple devices to charge. It would charge my phones (including the new iPhone 12 Pro), but it would not charge the Galaxy Watch 46mm (SM-R800) which is just the last generation Galaxy Watch! I've only found out after reading the fine print on the box. Why is that just the last generation of the Galaxy Watch is no longer supported for charging?! I would totally understand if it was a watch a few generations ago but not the last generation. I've lost all confidence in Samsung mobile products because of this!

I love this charger but think Samsung missed a HUGE opportunity to make it MUCH more useful for their customers. If they had put a little kickstand on the back of it and a lip on the lower edge to hold the phone in place then it would make a perfect night table/clock charging stand and a reading platform while charging during the day. Maybe the next iteration :)

It's a shame we are all "lucky this was free" because it's right. I only have the S22 Ultra charging on it now, and even that is very fiddly to get started. But unfortunately the same echoed complaint as others...my Samsung Watch 3 won't charge! Get a brief charging indication then flashing orange light and no charge! Would like to know how you can fix this please Samsung?

Samsung quality is getting disappointing. My S3 charging cradle stopped working - impossible to find a replacement so I bought the wireless charger Trio. It's almost impossible to align the watch on the charger to get it charging. When you succeed it starts blinking after few minutes. You repeat this process endlessly to get about a 10% charge. No worth the effort or the money. Why has Samsung stopped selling the OEM charger.

I got this as part of my galaxy s22+ free gift. Im glad i didnt have to pay for this, but wish i got somthing else instead, ive had it for 5 days now and have not charged my galaxy watch ones, it connects for a few seconds and always disconects and as for my new galaxy phone it chages but takes a while to connect and is no where near as fast as my fast charging cable, do not reccomend this product. Im really disappointed as this is one of the one samsung compatible wireless charging pads.

As noted by others watch charging is pretty useless. I have a Frontier S3. First of all finding the "sweet spot" where the charging light comes on is very fiddly. Having a better shaped, and deeper, 'bowl' would help. But that is fairly irrelevant since after about 5 minutes the red light starts flashing and charging stops. Useless. Phone and bud charging work fine but in this case 2 out of 3 is not good enough.

Like many others who reviewed this, I received it as part of the S22 promo. Suffice to say that "free" is as much as this device should cost. The Qi charging works well but is slow. The watch coil doesn't work at all - there is an initial connection to the Galaxy watch for 1-2 seconds, which rapidly terminates, the LED lights begin to flash, and no charging takes place. So the Trio is really just a Uni, and not a very good one at that.

I have everything Samsung, phone.. TV.. fridge etc etc... and this will be the last product I will purchase of Samsung. Somehow Samsung fails to mention that this product does work with Samsung Watch!!.. It didn't work and now Samsung tell me because I opened the box I cannot get a refund.

I have just received the Samsung EP-P6300 wireless charger Trio through Samsung online order, but it wouldn't charge my existing Samsung Galaxy Watch 2 SM-R805F. Disappointed and just learnt from the reviews here it wouldn't charge the previous models. Why not? Can't Samsung provide an adapter or software patch, something that could work with previous models? Suggestions welcome.

When I bought this for my husbands birthday, I had a Samsung 7 and my husband a Samsung 10. I chose this because I was told that it would be good for both phone, plus our family visit with iphones and ear pods and this can charge them all. I'm very pleased with it, no more having to plug it in and you can see instantly whether the phones are being charged or not. Really glad I bought it. Oh, I've now updated to a Samsung ultra 21 and it charges that too.

Read all the reviews and took a chance. Doesn't charge my Galaxy Gear S3 watch properly. It charges for a few minutes then flashes. My Samsung Buds has been red for 10 hours now. Both my S9+ and S10+ charge fine however.

On the box is states: Compatible with Galaxy Watch. Built-in magnetic charging module for Galaxy watch. It's not! The unit only supports the Galaxy Watch3. I have the Samsung Galaxy Watch SM-R800 however support informs me that the SM-R820 and higher is supported. Why make a charger which is not compatible with the whole range else state it clearly on the box? What a waste of money and time.

Came as a free gift with my Z Flip3 and it works amazingly. Had an issue at first as the wattage was too low and it wasn't charging but once plugging it directly into a socket it worked perfectly. Charges almost as quick a wired and so convenient to have on the bedside table to just be able to place everything to charge.

Very average to even poor performance. I have a number of Samsung wireless chargers and got this one for the kitchen bench for family use. It is easily the worst wireless charger that I have had the misfortune of using and the family gave up after a couple of days and went back to cords or their other chargers. Lining up a phone correctly to commence a charge is more difficult than winning lotto. Avoid this one. It was a waste of plastic and packaging and embarrassingly poorly designed on Samsung's part. If you almost need a laser alignment device to get your phone aligned correctly to commence a charge; what's the point ? On a positive, once you do get the alignment correct, it does work. Trying to lay a galaxy watch down on it to charge effectively is also problematic unless you take the straps off and align to the nearest micrometre. Poorly designed, engineered, conceived and executed. Tested with a Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy S22+, Galaxy S20, an iPhone 13, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro Same result for all of them. Poor effort this one

So bought this along with Watch 4 and a Milanese strap from Samsung shop and was surprised to find out I can't actually use this charger to charge my watch because of Milanese strap, in order to charge the watch using this charger I would have to remove the whole strap so I'm not a happy camper here. Also the cable is too short.

The product wouldn't be bad when the charging was suitable for all watches as they initially advertised it. After asking why my slightly older watch was not charging, suddenly the text on the website was adjusted and support claimed it had always be there. It is a shame this attitude, but I guess it falls in line with increasing worsening service from Samsung.

Generally not recommended. The design is poor as I need to move the phone around multiple times to find the right spot to charge the device. Sometimes the devices don't sit firmly on the pad and drops off. The watch charger is also the same. There have been many occasions that my devices didn't charge properly as the result of these design flaws.

I have to spend 5 minutes moving my phone around for it to actually register that there’s a phone on it. It randomly stops charging and the light flashes red, this happens at least once every 2 days, so then I wake up to a phone on 10%. Charge is also super slow. Glad I didn’t actually pay for this, I received it as an extra with my phone.

Charges my samsung phone easily but it is very difficult to charge my samsung watch on this appliance. It rarely finds the watch when I place it on the board and when it does the watch tends to slip slightly off due to the weight of the watchband. So I have found this charger to be useless for charging my watch but ok for my phone.

Is it really that much of an imposition to stick the cord into the socket. I don’t recommend wireless chargers at all regardless of the brand. The product is build with great quality, but that does not compensate for the poor working quality. If I place multiple devices on it, one suddenly stops charging. If I am charging just one phone then the phone becomes extremely hot and I am not able to touch the phone. Please don’t waste your money on this.

My wireless charger works great. It chargers quick enough for me. If you put it on the left side it chargers quick. The middle does slow, not fast charging. If you want it to charge your phone quicker turn on the power saving on and your battery percentage should be higher and a less of a wait time charging.

I also was caught out by not reading the fine print. It was only after time wasted on three support chat and calls that I was informed my Samsung Galaxy Watch was not compatible with the charger. I was then pointed to the fine print. It does however charge my older phone.

I have an S10+, Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Buds2 all of which support Qi charging. But it also charged my original Galaxy Buds which it says it doesn't. I love it every morning all my devices were fully charged.
