I had trouble of having to fit everything for my school works within the screen of my laptop, and I thought I will need to buy a monitor, but what brand? What is the best quality monitor for a laptop? I searched online, I only thought of Samsung, the only brand that shows the best quality and can be affordable together with high end specifications. I bought the M50B Smart TV because it can be a monitor + can be a TV. So why not? And so far... No, my expectations for Samsung Smart TV exceeded every bit of it. I have been a loyal Samsung ever since they showed promise to what I buy from them, and every single time, it makes me feel no regret at all.

Been using this monitor for about a month. It works surprisingly well as a TV, but when using it as a computer monitor, the screen image and text quality is ever so slightly grainy. Not as crisp as some of the higher end dedicated computer monitors. It works well as a dual use device (tv and computer monitor) but not ideal for dedicated detailed computer monitor use, especially with large Excel spreadsheets and detailed text.

Received this monitor about 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it 😍 So many amazing features with in-built speakers making my desk so much cleaner than it used to. Also able to use many functions like netflix and youtube without needing to connect to a computer making it very useful in niche situations. Additionally, the monitor has great specs and resolution allowing me to run games like Genshin Impact at very high quality.
I recommended this product.

Great picture and sound, nice and light, quite thin. easy to use remote and plenty of apps available. Only downside is there is no way to set a default app at startup or even set it to start on the home screen. instead it auto-plays some horrible free-tv channel, and the only way to stop it from doing that is to delete that specific app, so that it tries and fails to connect

Bought Monday, exchanged friday due to screen going black intermittently. I purchased new HDMI cables to troubleshoot, which was pointless. The new one will be getting returned after work today. Not fit for purpose, which is a shame because I own alot of other Samsung products and have been put right off Samsung by this terrible screen.

Terrible unit. Bad blacks, terrible motion Sutter and cheap LCD screen. Pixels are very visible for fhd screen. My old 32 LCD panosonic has a better picture. Very disapointed they focus on it being smart but forgotten about the most important aspect picture quality.

Bought this monitor to use as an extender for my main computer - connecting 2 monitors to a docking station. The Samsung Monitor can only be used as an extender with airplay not HDMI. Disappointing.
