Galaxy Z Fold6

This is my first fold phone coming from s23 ultra It is thin sleek and works great built well, no conerns sofar. For me coming from a s23 ultra, that phone was built like a tank and i had 0 concerns! The zfold 6 on the other hand it feels more delicate, i feel like i need to pay more attention to keep my phone in tiptop shape! Other thing i want to mention is that with s23ultra i was easy for 1 hand operation while eating or check smt, with zfold 6 i found the outer screen is narrow and experience is not great as like a bigger screen, you need both your hands to enjoy the phone to the max, so def serves for different needs

I recently upgraded my Galaxy Z Fold 3 to the Galaxy Z Fold 6. The reason for this is that I want to keep the software up to date, as well as the new phone's features. The phone itself is stunning. It is significantly faster and offers better viewing. It operates much more smoothly than the old Z Fold 3 that I have. However, I discovered that the security patch remains set for June 2024, even though my Z Fold 3 security patch has already been upgraded to August 2024. It is a little disappointing, but perhaps it is just a bug. In summary, upgrading from the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 to the Z Fold 6 is worthwhile since you will notice significant improvements.

Then design and practicality of the phone is first class as is the quality of the camera. I like the ability to use the larger screen when viewing or typing replies to messages. However I have experienced great difficulty in setting up my Answering service, happily resolved by my Provider and not the EE shop or Samsung. One of my Loyalty Cards that is used many times at restaurants in the local area is not 'acceptable' by Samsung. According to Samsung the App site is not 'safe'!!! I am hoping to have this resolved by the App owners since I have had the card many years and the website certainly is not insecure. I do not use AI.

This is my first fold phone and I absolutely love it. Would be hard to get back to traditional phone. It's great for me because I only have a phone and no other devices like tablet or laptop. I use my phone for absolutely everything. From reading to writing to singining documents and even spreadsheets! This phone has unlocked great opportunities for me to be able to do these things on a bigger screen than what I normally would have on my previous Galaxy Note. Great invention Samsung. Well done! Other great things include: split screen with ease, battery life is the best of the best, would last 1.5 full days without a charge, clear screen, smooth use of SPen.

Bought the Fold 6 when it was first released. Been using it for more than half a year now. It is no doubt the the inner big screen enhanced productivity for work as I need to constantly using two apps at the same time. The new AI function especially the Bixby text call helps to eliminate spam calls. The writing composer is also great for writing formal emails with more professional words which overcome the language barriers when English is not the first language. Some improvement on this phone would be to improve camera resolutions and better screen aspect ratio to justify the premium price. Overall this is more than just a phone when opened the inner screen.

This is my fifth Galaxy Fold and is certainly the best so far. Love the multi tasking features especially now tih extra AI. Battery life is still a bit of a challenge (I don't mind thinker if I get longer between rechargers) I also wish there was a dedi cated slot for the S Pen which I use a lot. The Samsung S Pen case is OK but not brilliant. The this strip of the frame case separates from the front screen after a period of use as the adhersive striv is very narrow. The S Pen sometyimes falls out of the S Pen holder. The Fold is built for multi tasking, the S Pen makes multi tasking so much easier. PLEASE make a dedicated slot for the S Pen in the actual phone.

I got this at launch. My only complaint is there is already marks on my hinge from the phone going in and out of my pocket. I would love a hinge replacement because I don't believe it would normally show this kind of wearing tear so early. I would only get this after about 18 months on previous Flip / Fold devices I've used. I don't think it's all hinges, I think mine might just have an improper finish. I don't know. I just want my phone to look nice for longer. :-) Other than that, this is the best Galaxy device I have ever owned. If Samsung replaced my hinge, I would buy a case that has a hinge cover to prevent these ki d of marks and scratches on the hinge.

I received my Z Fold 6 a few weeks ago, absolutely loving it. The dimensions, although on paper seem negligible, the real world feel is totally different. The more squared off look makes a huge difference compared to the Fold 5. The inner display is also much better in terms of quality and it's getting closer to that "actual glass" feel. Great device and I'm still happy with the improvements, even though I would've loved a redesigned "slim spen" that could still be stored internally. Want to see Samsung incorporate an spen and an even wider front screen and larger inner screen, while trimming down the bezels even more. Would be a 10/10 for me. Right now it's a 9!

The device itself feels very refined and polished, it's gives off a sense that it's built to last. Opening and closing the device feels very good and the improved hinge feels better than ever. The screens have the brightness and sharpness that you would expect from a Samsung flagship smartphone, and the software experience has so far been very hassle free. Initial impressions of the cameras are they are much better than I thought they would be. So far so good with this product, I'm very impressed with Samsungs efforts here.

I was sceptical at first as I thought I would not use the large screen when in reality this is what I have needed all along. It is great for writing emails and for playing games. What I mainly love about this phone is how slender it is when folded as we all know that phones are getting bigger and bulkier. I am new to the world of AI and I am already infatuated by it. The camera is beyond amazing. I travel a lot and I love to take pictures of practically everything so this phone is perfect as not only is the camera quality amazing but it's also slender and easy to travel with.

I really like the phone however I do have some issues with the battery, i just seems to drain so quickly and I get about 6 and a half hour of screen time. It doesn't last me a day and i'm worried that it'll get progressively worse as time goes on. On the positive side i love the thinner tall and slim design which is perfect one had use operation. I do the ability to open up the phone and essentially have a mini tablet and the Dex feature is really useful as I was sorting my files and documents. The phone fast and well built...(so far), my only issue is the battery! I dislike the push for the AI features and honestly only upgraded my phone due to the slimmer design!

I upgraded my Z fold 5 for the Fold 6 and samsung never disappointed me with it's performance and enhanced features. I really love how beneficial that the AI features such as live translation with both screens, live translation on phone calls and circle nd search anything we want to know. Quality of the screen quality is improved and also the phone looks more slim now which is very comfortable with handling and carrying. Overall, I am impressed with all the features and specs. I would recommend this phone anyone who really looks forward to have a big screen phone with a powerful processor, multitasking and AI features.

Love the Fold 6 especially love the pink color, lots of features and options, the translation AI is very helpful for me as I live in Quebec and I only speak and read English the fold 6 helps me with all my day to day struggles with the language barrier especially the love translation with the calling feature and the website live translation, I really love the split screen option so I can do my searchs and translate while I'm calling or messaging at the same time, it's definitely the perfect device for me as I'm always multi tasking, the sound or the speakers are loud and clear and screen is very vibrant and beautiful

I've had this phone for a few weeks now, switching from a Flip. The experience has been great, I could easily transfer all my apps and accounts from my old phone to my Fold. I was scared that coming from a Flip, I'd be really aware of the difference in size (the Flip gold's to half its size), but the Fold is surprisingly thin once folded! The bigger screen is very useful for browsing the internet or scrolling through Tiktok or Instagram, etc. And you can also half-fold it to have the best stand to watch your tv shows at work or school! The multiple cameras are amazing, and all the features of the camera app makes this phone very practical. Best phone I've had by far!

Best Galaxy fold yet. Love how it's so much lighter a d love the more square design. Its a bit uncomfortable to hold at times but it's definitely my favourite one. Way to expensive for what it is though, considering i didn't get anything with it (not airpods ect) They do need to come up with better colours for everyone to use for the price they are charging for this phone. The exclusive colours are incredible but for an average jo like me who work a standard job it's not fair that I'm so limited in colour options when I'm paying so much a month. Not cool samsung. Either bring us better colours, or lower the price

My old Fold 1 finally succumbed after I dropped it after 6 years 9f faithful service. I loved that phone. Naturally I replaced it with a Z Fold 6. The migration process was faultless and painless. The only advice I can offer is to make sure both phones are fully charged as it can take awhile. The only thing I don't like is updates where they change the colours and designs of app icons and move things like search bars around. Now I actually have to focus and read the wording to know what app I'm looking for. It's unnecessarily tedious. Hopefully I get used to it again soon, but until then I feel pain.

The Z Fold 6 came out and it just made sense to switch to something of similar weight but ozcked with features, I am very glad I did. It is silky smooth whatever I am doing and it is a business tool for me. I use it for creating videos to send to customers and I am a power user for emails, note taking and it flies through everything I have thrown at it. Very pleased with switching to a folding device and having something smaller in a pocket is great. I also highly recommend the new Buds Pro 3, much improved over the 2.

I got samsung Z fold6 couple of weeks ago from my workplace as and I loved it. I have been samsung user all my life and had the s22ultra before this so noticeable difference was the screen size it is huge and have very nice colour contract. Also the fold 6 have the square edge which i like better than the round one plus it is lighter and have very efficiend battery consumption than its previous models. The only thing it set me bit back was the camera which is not good as the ultra series but other than that the battery, screen size, ai features and all the other updates is soo good and highly recommended.

I have had the fold 6 for a month now and I'm in love with this phone, multi window capability is a game changer. I can have my share market forums open doubled with my share account and to be able to play games and watch YouTube at the same time is also very entertaining! The camera quality is nearly on par with my old s24 ultra ! This phone is a must have if you're in to your technology! Reading articles and books on this phone is where it really excels ! Even the integrated ai with photo editing is fun to use. You won't regret getting this phone. Only downside is that I'm scared that I'm going to break it

Sure it's a bit fasrer, and thinner, which isn't a plus, as they could have just made the battery larger. Phone also starts malfunctioning at 7gb to 8gb of ram use... so is that all there is? 12gb is bs? Phone never drops below 4gb ram use, so where is the 12gb? Why do apps malfunction, guaranteed, when ram hits 7gb to 8gb? My Fold2 is still working ok. Fold3, Fold4 both had the screens die a week after being out of manufacture warranty, so will this Fold5 screen die too? Got the extended warranty this time, because your Fold screens are unreliable. Do better. Only bought the Fold5 because it was cheaper than the Fold4, and thought you would have fixed the issues by now.

Purchased the zfold 6 1Tb as a bundle . Watch and galaxy buds thru Optus . Recieved the watch and phone by mail . No buds . Sent proof of purchase to Samsung . Samsung rejected the doc that was from Optus with the clear heading PROOF OF PURCHASE . Contact Optus send this doc . Again rejected by Samsung . Now the redemption period is over . So now i dont even have the items i have purchased . THANKS TO SAMSUMG AND OPTUS FOR NOT HONORING MY PURCHASES. NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM EITHER COMPANY ..... ABSOLUTE RIPP OFF......

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is a big upgrade to my fold 1st gen. It has a cleaner design that looks and feels better in the hand. The flexible handset is also more durable thanks to upgrades in the hinge and on the display. The crease is still there but less noticeable than ever. And that minor nit is worth it for a truly versatile device. Galaxy AI is strong and impressive, though it’s still more fun than useful. Photography is good, though mostly due to a software upgrade. Nothing presents a greater hurdle here than price, but you can probably find a deal that lowers that price pain threshold significantly.

I upgraded from the Z Fold3 about a month ago, to this day I'm still amazed at how much lighter yet capable and larger (screen size wise) this device is. The cameras don't wow like the Samsung Ultra series however they're more than capable for my day to day photos and videos. I'm a big fan of Galaxy AI, whilst some features such as the Portrait Studio where it converts a portrait photo into an AI interpretation of a person in different style is quite novel, i am keen to see where the AI capabilities can be flushed out into more meaningful day to day applications. I really enjoy using the S-pen on the larger inner screen and it's an experience that I've enjoyed since the Z Fold3.

At first I lived my flip phone, but after about 18 months the screen became unusable as a black line appeared across the middle and slowly grew across the screen. Totally unusable now. I can't afford to have it mended. So unfortunately I have a beautiful flip phone that is now useless. All I could do was use an older phone until I could upgrade and then I was unable to upgrade to the new flip as its too expensive for my single income. I work as an hca and it's important to have a good phone to keep in contact with my family and also for work. Loved the phone but ended up disappointed and out of pocket.

I bought this phone on July 30 I was like previously I've used the original Samsung fold quality of the images and the speed of the phone especially when I am doing speech to text I've promised myself that every day I will learn one new thing and by the time your fault phone seven comes out or eight comes out I will be very curious to see Samsung's continuous Innovations if you're traveling on public transport like bus or trained and you just want to watch a movie or chills music it beats normal sized phones & when you go fold you never go back buy one right away there are good Telstra with three years

I have been using Zfold6 for a couple of weeks and so far no complains yet. I think they nailed the front screen compared to the previous fold generations. Sometimes, I'm surprised to myself that I'm using a good amount of time with front screen instead of full screen. I think the build quality is top notch and it's just right in your hand. I'm also impressed with the battery life as well. I'm sure there are some things that Samsung need to improve but for 2 weeks of usage, Can't complain yet. Hopefully, they put something that people never thought about in next generation. Good job.

The slight change on the outer screen size actually made me use the outer screen a lot more than I did with the fold 5, which is unexpected but great. On software everything is improved and refined compare with the fold 5, zero difficulty transitioning from the fold 5. The crease is smaller in depth and wideness, therefore feels less obvious overall. I don't use a case so the 14 gram weight reduction feels obvious to me, feels better in hand, thickness reduction of 1.3mm (to 12.1 mm when foled) is barely noticeable though, it would be perfect if they can reduce it below 10 mm, other foldable phones have achieved it so I hope Samsung can do it next year, will upgrade straight away.

I have been a Samsung fan since I had my Samsung S2 and I never looked back and when the Z fold series came out, I was a bit hesitat to try it so it took me a bit of time to jump on board and I started with fold 4 and loved it straight away, love the functionality of the phone, I do play games like fortnite and call if duty on the phone and I think Samsung fold is the best phone to play those games, now I am using the fold 6 and loving every bit of it, and the way Samsung kept improving the Fold series every year, it's mind blowing, I guess I am not changing my phone to anything else, anytime soon.

Make sure you have a spare phone ready to go because these phones are in for repair a lot. Also, it was hard to get anything done under warranty - the inside of the screen cracked where the fold was, and I was told it was because I dropped it. Firstly, I have the biggest case made by Samsung. Secondly, I have not dropped it. Thirdly - the crack is ALONG THE FOLD ON THE INTERNAL SCREEN. Now in again as the fingerprint reader has stopped working.

I have always been an iPhone User, but this time I decided to switch to Android and decided to get Z Fold 6. The main reason I choose Z Fold 6 was due to it's ability to provide a better viewing and typing experience when the phone is unfolded. As a someone who works in IT I alot of time get documents, incidents and other things to review and before I had to use an iPhone which was a nightmare as the text was too small. But with this Z Fold 6 I can easily review them and even make changes to organizations settings managing through AWS and Azure. Definitely will be using Z Fold series from now on.

This is my first foldable phone so I wasn't sure what to expect. Pros: Design is very sleek, especially the carbon fibre finish. The screens are great - it is going to be hard to return to a 'normal' phone now that I have tried this foldable. Neutral: The AI additions are a nice touch, but perhaps not as useful in day-to-day situations. Cons: The cameras are not up to what I would expect for a phone of this price. Battery life has not been great. One definitely needs a powerbank if on the go. In summary, a good phone, though could have been an excellent phone at a different (lower) price point.

Moving from the fold 3 to the 6 is like night and day, was thinking that the battery staying the same would mean that it would be constantly on charge during heavy use, but surprisingly the battery is lasting a full day.the only issue I'd say there is with the fold 6 is that the camera system isn't the best that samsung could have offered in the fold 6, the pen not being able to be housed in the phone isn't an issue for me as your offered loads of cases that house the pen. So for the price everything is great apart from the camera which could have been excellent but is instead just average.

Wasn't really too excited about this phone other than the fact it's my first fold. However, the experience has been great so far. Was worried about the crease in the middle but like a lot of people have said, you don't really notice it while you're using it. The camera is great, the pictures have been clear and great quality. Especially photos taken in the dark, without the flash. I didn't think having a fordable phone would make that much of a difference in everyday use but I don't think I could go back to a normal phone after this Overall, it's a great phone and would recommend
