Using Air Wash on your Smart Dryer

The Air Wash* cycle is found on most Samsung Dryers, and it allows you to refresh clothes without needing detergent or water. This cycle is great for polo tops and school uniforms, giving you longevity of your clothes between washes. The Air Wash* cycle also takes less than an hour, saving you time. 

Follow the steps below for how to select and use the Air Wash* cycle on your compatible Samsung Dryer. 

Step 1. Tap the Power button to turn on the dryer, or tap any button to wake the screen.

Step 2. Turn the Navigation dial (01) and select Air Wash.

Step 3. If you would like to change the Dry Level for your cycle, tap the  Dry Level icon.

Step 4. Tap and hold the Start/Pause (02) button to start the cycle.

• Once you set the cycle you want, the screen displays a brief cycle description, maximum laundry load, and cycle time.
• You can also check the cycle progress, and remaining cycle time.

For models that do not have a Simple UX Design (like the one above), you just need to turn your dial selector to Air Wash to select. To change the dry level of your Air Wash cycle, press Dry Level button after cycle selection and choose from one of the following:

• Level 1: For light odours (default) 
• Level 2: For normal odours 
• Level 3: For strong odours

To maximise the deodorising effect, dampen the garments with a little water. Check the colourfastness of the fabric before adding water.
