How do I enable Forward Calling on my Samsung Phone?

Forward Calling is perfect for redirecting calls to your Galaxy phone, whether that includes transferring office calls to your personal phone or maybe you would like to forward calls from one mobile phone to another. Whatever you need, the good news is that you can easily forward calls to an alternative Galaxy smartphone.

Please Note: This guide is designed for Australian variant Galaxy devices, if you have an international device and require further support click here to get in touch with your Samsung subsidiary.

Android OS Version 8.0 (Oreo)
1 Launch the Phone app icon Phone app
2 Tap on three dots icon
3 Select Settings
4 Scroll down to More settings
5 Select Call Forwarding
6 Select a Call Fowarding option
7 Type in the number you would like to call to be forwarded to, than tap on ENABLE
Android OS Version 9.0 (Pie)

tap the 3 dots top right of the page
3 Select Settings

4 Scroll down to Supplementary Services

Galaxy smartphones operating on Android version 7.0 (Nougat) and 8.0 (Oreo) please select More Settings.

5 Select Call Forwarding
tap Call forwarding
6 Tap on Voice Call
tap on voice call
7 Select one of the Forward Calling options and enter in the contact number that you would like the calls to be forwarded to. Once complete tap on the Enable button.

7 Select one of the Forward Calling options

8 Enter in the contact number that you would like the calls to be forwarded to. Once complete tap on the Enable button.

7 Enter in the contact number that you would like the calls to be forwarded to. Once complete tap on the Enable button.
